He never knew what is that always makes him come to her, but there he was again. Standing in the distance, he was waiting as always and she would come to him and greet him properly. He would look in those beautiful eyes and be happy. She would just smile shyly and chuckle or just blush a bit and start to talk about her day.

But something was different. He watched her, hoping she would notice him as usual but she didn't. He sighed while she walked away with her friends. You could feel how bad he felt by just watching his grimace.

Then, there was someone hangging of one of his arms and he could see one of his best friends smiling at him.

"Hey you, what's up?" she asked while brushing strainds of red hair out of her face with her hands.

"Hey there… I'm a bit of confused at the very moment."

"Why?" the girl asked.

"My crush… ignores me. I'm afraid someone spilled the fact that I like her"

"I don't know. But if you need any help… you know my brother is a good friend of hers"

"Thanks. Gotta go… "

"Ok, call me when you can!" the red haired said hugging him.

He walked his way home in silence, thinking about the girl he liked. She was a rich girl, with lots of friends and surely didn't need him but she always was sweet and he came to like having her around and wanted her more than a friend.

Practically, he liked her since the day they met or before that but he clearly liked her for some time. He remembered how she was when they met: big, blue, innocent eyes behind a brown fringe connected with his. She was shy but honest. She was flirting with everyone and now he realized… she has never been flirty with him.

"Maybe you should be flirty…" another of his friends said while he was out with his gang the next day. He loved hanging out with girls that were just his friends instead of boys who he couldn't talk about his feelings with. Over all, he knew being flirty will modify their relationship so he preferred to keep it as it was. He would just follow her around for a month and be ignored. After a month, his friends forced him to gave up on her for his won good and hooked him up with a random girl.

One day, while he was on a date with the blondie suggested by his friends, his new-forgotten crush would just show up in the coffee house where he usually meets his group. She went to the 3 girls that were always around him and asked about him. The tallest of the 3 girls, spoke first in a serious tone:

"Out with his girlfriend."

The girl had a surprised look on her face but managed to finish the conversation and get out of the café. She knew he was so hurt in his past that he would never fall in love again. She knew many things about him… yet, too little. She went to their meeting place and found a creased piece of paper. It also had dust on it but she managed to read it and see that on it was his handwriting.

She now realized that all she said to him, how she always talked about other boys or how she encouraged him to have a girlfriend, they all hurt the boy because... he only wanted her and she was sorry now, but it was too late.

She made her way back to her expensive car and called her best friends. She already knew there were many nights to come when she will drink her minds out with her group until forget about this unpleasent story.
