Be Careful What You Wish For
Today is the first year of High school and everybody dreads another boring school year. I was sitting in class while a new girl who had long brown hair and blue eyes was introducing herself. She had a yellow ribbon tied in a bow in her hair. She was saying "My name is Sora Black; I'm new here, I prefer not talking to humans but if you are an alien come talk to me". Then she sat down like nothing happened. I wasn't sure if I should laugh, I was wondering if she was joking or something. Everyday Sora came to school with her hair up, on Monday she came to school with one ribbon in her hair, on Tuesday she had two ribbons on her hair and by Friday she had 18 ribbons in her hair. On Friday I finally plucked up the courage to talk to her, I asked her, "Do you wear your hair like that to ward off the aliens or to draw them to you?" Sora answered "To draw in the aliens, duh. By the way what's your name?" I told her "My name is Jim Bob but could you call me Jimmy I don't really like my name." I thought to myself, I can't believe that I told her my real name, I normally just tell people that my name is Jimmy. Then Sora said "I wish aliens really exist, how about you?" I told her, "Sure I guess life would be more exciting but it might be kind of scary". Suddenly we heard a strange loud rumbling noise. Sora and I looked at each other in surprise; all of a sudden it began to get dark. Sora and I looked up and we saw the sun was being covered by a cloud. After a moment I realized it wasn't a cloud; it was really an alien ship. People always said that alien spaceships are shaped like flying saucers, but that's a lie. This ship looked more like a flying pyramid. Sora looked really excited; she started to jump up and down in excitement. She looked at me and shouted "My wish has finally come true." I on the other hand was really frightened. Then a bright light flashed in front of my eyes. I stared in horror as Sora disappeared in front of my eyes. The next moment I started to disappear as well. When I could see again I was in a strange red room and I was strapped down on a table. A crystal like being appeared in front of me and said in a strange voice" We are Aliens and we are here to dissect you". That was the last that anyone ever heard of Sora and I. My last thought before the aliens dissected me was "be careful what you wish for".
