Hank and Connor work a case of a serial killing with no discernible M/O other than the bloody mess at the crime scene). Matters become even more complicated when Cpt. Fowler brings Detective Delarosa from the Cleveland Metro PD onto the case, whose partner also was among the victims.

As Gavin recovers, Nines comes to the decision that he would like to become exclusive. However, he is unsure how to ask, so he needs a little advice.
