The sunlight woke me up that afternoon. I put my pillow over my head in efforts to block out the sun. My head was pounding and my mouth was dry.
I heard Chance purring right next to me. I peaked my head out from under the pillow.
"Must you purr so loud" I muttered.
He yawned and continued to purr. I slowly sat up in my bed. I blinked a couple of times and looked around my spinning room.
I slowly got out of bed, taking my time, stopping when I felt like the room was spinning too much.
I placed my hand on my forehead, trying to keep my brain from exploding.
"Ugh, what happened last night?" I said to myself.
I looked back at my bed and noticed a small blood stain on my sheets.
My memories of last came flooding back into my mind. My eyes widened and my heart started beating a bit faster.
As of last night, I was no longer a virgin.
There was a small tapping at my door. I opened the door just a crack and preyed to Merlin that it wasn't Snape.
"Coffee?" Reia said from the other side of the door.
I opened the door all the way
"Coffee sounds amazing" I replied.
"So what happened to you last night" I asked Reia as I took a sip of coffee
"Um, I remember two boys and waking up with both of them" Reia replied also taking a sip of coffee.
I looked at her in shock
"Oh don't even look at me like that Miss Virgin" Reia commented.
"Not anymore" I groaned.
Reia looked at me in shock
I looked back at her with one eyebrow raised.
"Cheers to us then" I said raising my coffee cup
Reia smiled and clanked her cup against mine. I flinched at the sound of the two cups clanking together.
"I predict sleeping all afternoon in my future" I said to Reia.
Reia didn't reply. She just looked past me, not saying a word. I tilted my head in confusion and turned around to see what she was looking at. I jumped when I noticed Professor Snape behind me.
"Geez! Sorry Professor I didn't see you there" I commented trying to slow my heart rate down.
"Do you think I forgot about last night's encounter AFTER hours" Snape said coldly.
"Encounters you say" Reia said with a smile.
Snape and I both shot her a glare. She hid her smile behind her coffee cup.
"Detention… both of you. Meet me by the lake in an hour" Snape informed us as he turned away.
"Well, looks like your prediction is wrong Katie. Tell me, how did you pass Divination?" Reia joked.
I groaned and placed my head on the table. Reia reached across the table and patted my head gently.
"I thought he said an hour" Reia complained crossing her arms.
"Yeah, he should get a detention for being late" I joked.
"What would you make him do for his detention" Reia chuckled.
"Oh wow Reia that is way to X-rated to even say out loud" I replied.
Reia giggled
"Sorry I'm late girls" Someone said from behind us.
We quickly turned around and looked up to the sky.
"Let's get started then" Hagrid said from above.
"How in the hell did we not hear you coming" Reia commented
I nudged her
"Sorry, but FOR REAL!" Reia exclaimed.
Hagrid chuckled.
"Come on then" Hagrid said turning away from the lake.
"Wait, where are we going?" I asked.
"Snape didn't tell ya then?" Hagrid questioned.
He started leading us farther away from the lake.
"I'm starting to really hate Snape, I hope you know" Reia muttered to me.
Hagrid stopped in front of the forbidden forest.
"You gals ready?" Hagrid asked
"Ready for what?" I replied back.
Hagrid smiled and started walking into the looked at each other and we followed him hesitantly.
"We are having a problem with the Vampires and the Centaurs." Hagrid told us.
"And what are we suppose to do about that?" Reia asked with a bit of an attitude.
"Well, the vampires aren't supposed to be in these parts of the woods, so Dumbledore asked me to persuade them to leave. Than Professor Snape came to me telling me to take you gals" Hagrid explained to us.
"Okay, I officially hate Snape now" Reia declared.
I ignored her comment.
We walked deeper and deeper into the forest. It became darker and darker and further we walked in. Hagrid didn't seem bothered by it. He just kept walking whistling a tune.
Suddenly it felt like someone blew on the back of my neck. I quickly turned around with my wand pointed.
Nothing was there.
"Y'all be careful, this forest makes ya paranoid." Hagrid chuckled
"There was something behind me" I claimed
"See, paranoid" Hagrid replied
I glared at him. We continue walking and I felt it again.
I turned around quickly and again, there was nothing. Reia shot me a weird look.
"I felt it again" I claimed.
"You're just hung over Katie" Reia giggled.
I rolled my eyes. It would be a different story if she felt what I was feeling.
I kept glancing around as we continued walking.
Something grabbed me around the waist.
"HAGRID!" I screamed
It pulled me up into a tree and bent my head to the side, exposing my neck. I glanced back and saw a pale human looking creature. Vampire.
Authors Note: Okay, I promise I won't turn this into a Twilight crossover, although it's very tempting. Also, I will be away for a week and a couple of days, I have to study for this exam so I can take my Paramedic course…
Sad to say that I SHOULD be studying, so see you guys in a week and some odd days.
