Doctor was weird, no questions asked. He would do and say weird things, like losing the pool or walk by singing 'Yoda' by Weird Al. With just cause, Rory thought he was mostly very happy. Until Rory found Doctor crying his alien eyes out in one of the libraries, and not over a book.

"Doctor?" said Rory timidly. "Is something wrong?"

"Nope, nothing whatsoever at all," said Doctor hurriedly, voice muffled by his arms, "so you can just leave now. Bye-bye."

"No," said Rory firmly, sitting on the floor next to the alien. "What's the matter?"

"Is it any of your business?" asked Doctor snippily.

"Probably not, but I'll stay until you tell me."

"You'll be waiting a good while, then."

"If I have to, I will."

"Fine."

"Alright, then."

There was silence that was only broken by the sniffling of the Time Lord.

"Just tell me!"

"Okay…it's…uh…" Doctor stuttered for a bit before finally just pointing at Rory. "That's all."

"Me?" asked Rory, feeling oddly crushed.

"Yes, but not in a way that you did something."

That made Rory feel just a bit less crushed. "Oh…"

"It's just…that…I…er…I think I like you."

"Oh! Well."

Awkwardly, Rory moved to kneel in front of the Doctor then moved the brunette's arms aside. Doctor looked at him in confusion. Rory took a hold of the alien's face and pulled it closer to his own. Just before their lips met, Doctor gasped sharply.

"But, you're MARRIED! To Pond!" he yelped when the kiss broke.

"She's got nothing on my alien."

"Your alien?"

"Yep."

Doctor gave a small smile. "Well, as long as you aren't sharing…"

A kiss was pressed upon Rory's lips before Doctor stood. "I'm going to sleep." Doctor pulled Rory up from the floor. "And I suggest you do the same before Pond notices."

Rory grinned and shook his head. His alien.
