Chapter 15
The Christmas holidays were slowly approaching and the list that is staying at Hogwarts for the holidays have to be completed by tomorrow dinner. The marauders have never stayed at school for the holidays and they don't want to start now either. They sent an owl to Mrs Molly Weasley to ask if they could stay with them for the holidays. While they waited for their reply they sat and played a game of exploding snap.
"So I wondering that Mrs Weasley will let's us stayed at her house?" Remus asked
"I hope so." James said
When an owl flew in and hit Peter in the face and nocks him out while leavening a face print of the bird in his face.
"Ouch" the rest of the marauders exclaimed together.
"Looks like we got a letter." Remus stated the obvious.
Dear James, Remus, Sirius and Peter,
Boys you are welcome to come over for the Christmas holidays. Please tell Harry Fred, George, Ron, Ginny and Hermione they can home to stay for the holidays.

"Sweet, Mrs Weasley is letting us come." James said to the gang.
"Yay home cook food." Sirius said dreamily
"What home cooked food?" Harry asked when the golden trio came up to them.
"Guess what Ronnie dear." James said to sweetly
"What?" Ron asked
"Your dear Mother is letting us come over for the Christmas holidays." Sirius said again in a cheerful voice.
"Mum did?" Ron said looking confused
"Yes, also your mum would like you, your brothers and sister and Harry and Hermione to come home as well." Remus added
"Well I better go and find my brothers, tell them that mum would like home for the Christmas holidays." Ron said went off to find rest of his family while Harry sat next to his father and Hermione got her book out to read and sat next to Remus.
"So Hermione what are you reading?" Remus asked
"I'm rereading Hogwarts History of Rumours and Facts." Hermione replied
"Boring" James said "You should read The Founder past history but there is only one copy of that book in the world." James said
"Really there is a book about the founders past. Where is this copy of the book?" Hermione asked very excited
"It is in the Potter mansion library but you have to be descendant of the founders to read the book." James said
"Why didn't you tell me this?' Remus asked astonished
"I just thought just then, jeess." James said
"Have you read the book?" Hermione asked
"Maybe yes and maybe no." James answered mysteriously, at that moment Ron along with Ginny, Fred and George.
"So Mum really letting you came home for Christmas?" Ginny asked
"Yep." The marauders coursed together
"Why do you want to go home, when you can get in so much trouble at school?" Fred asked
"We never stayed at school during holidays plus you get more in trouble at home." Sirius answered for the marauders
"What are you guys up to?' Hermione asked
"Nothing" "We innocent" they coursed together in prefect tune.
"OH we believe you." Ron said sarcastically
"Anyway, are you all going to the borrow this holidays?" Remus asked tried to change the directions of the conversation.
"I guess so." They agreed
"Well we better send a reply to mum don't you think Fred?" George asked
"I think so." Fred agreed they went off to reply to their mother.
"This will be a blasted." James said happily
"We could help Mrs Weasley cooking in the kitchen." Peter said while everyone stared at as he was crazy.
"What?" Peter asked clueless
"Anyway let's go and tell Prof. Dumbledore and Prof. McGonagall." Sirius said
"Let's go, see ya guys." James agreed, as they headed out of Gryffindor tower to head towards Dumbledore's office.
"James we haven't pulled a prank in ages." Sirius complained
"No we haven't pulled a prank in ages. Let's plan one while we walk." James said
"But it can't be dangerous." Remus said sternly.
"Don't you trust us?" James and Sirius said in faked hurt tone together.
"I trust as far I can throw Snape." Remus replied
"The pain…"
"The horror…"
"Stop it you guys." Remus said or more likely he ordered.
"Anyway we could make Snape give points to Gryffindor you know every time he tries to take points he will give us house points to Gryffindor and he tries to give or take points from Slytherin his house shell lose house points." Sirius said
"Lets do it" James said eagerly
"Plus it not very dangerous." Remus added not shortly after they have arrive at front of Gargoyle to Prof. Dumbledore office.
"So Remus do you know the pass word?" James asked
"No, anyway James you are head boy you should now the pass word." Remus said back
"Look's like we have to guess the passwords." James said
"Lemon drops"
"Sour worms"
"Coca colas"
"Snakes"
"Jellybeans"
"Fredo's"
"What's Fredo's?" Sirius asked
"Muggle's Chocolates frogs." Remus answered
"Oh okay, strawberry and cream."
"Mars bar"
"Cherry ripe"
"Snickers"
"Blood lolliespops" Finally the gargoyle jumps aside to let up the marauders up the stairs case and they raced up the stairs to nock on the door.
"Come in."
"Hey Professor" the marauders chirped happily
"Hello boys, what can I do for you and what I you done this time?" Dumbledore asked
"You think we done something wrong, we could just come up here for a chat." James said
"Plus we haven't done anything yet." Sirius added
"So boys do like a lemon drop?" Dumbledore asked with the twinkle in his eye.
"yes please." James and Sirius said together as they went to grab some lollies.
"Why are you here then?" Dumbledore asked
"Well sir, Mrs Weasley has invited us over for the Christmas holidays so we are wondering if we can go?" Remus asked
"Well boys you have my permission to go the Weasley." Dumbledore said
"Cool thanks see ya." They said as they ran out of the door to head back to the common room but before they did ran out of the room James and Sirius gave Dumbledore a giant hug that actually surprise him. When they reach the common room James and Sirius where so hyper they were jumping of the walls with the remaining people in the common room staring at them weirdly.
"I gather that Dumbledore are letting you go then?" Hermione said
"Yep" James said happily
"I think Dumbledore has put something into those lemon drops." Remus said
"Why is that?" Harry asked
"As James and Sirius has been acting weird since then." Remus said
"Dumbledore has Drugs!" Ron asked stupidly
"Don't be stupid Ron, he probably put calming potion into the lemon drops." Hermione said
"Anyway I better put them to bed." Remus said while nocking the two idiots out and take them to bed.
