The life change
In two days time until the Christmas holidays will started and the marauders are all ready in a holiday mood as they will be staying with the Weasley. Except one of the marauders was in quiet mood and it was not Remus Lupin it was actually James. You could see him sit in the library by him self looking up some type of information and seeking off to see someone. This got Sirius and Remus worried as he hasn't come up with any pranks do against the Slytherins so they decided to follow James around for the day.
"So Remus, what do you think James is up to?" Sirius asked they walked out of the library.
"Whatever it is it must be important." Remus said "May be we should just asked him."
"Nah, too easy let's be detectives and figure out the clues." Sirius said as he gets over excited.
"Figure out the clues for what?" James asked as he came be behind them.
"AH" Sirius shouted out surprised "Don't do that!"
"Sorry." James said "What are you two up to?"
"Nothing." They answered to quickly
"Anyway, I have something to tell both of you in privately." James said
"Right then, lets headed towards the Shrieking shack and then we might have a convession with Snuffles." Remus said
"yeah sure." James and Sirius said together
All three started to headed down towards the Weeping willow secret passage but thy didn't notice they where been follow by the trio.
"I wonder who Snuffles is?" Harry wondered to his friends
"I don't know we should follow them." Hermione said
The trio where half way down to the weeping willow and where least 15 metres away from the marauders.
"They going to get them self hurt by that tree." Ron stated the obvious
"Well well isn't it Pothead, Weasel and the mud blood and by the way following his father and friends." Malfoy said
"Run along Malfoy." Ron snapped at him.
"Why where you following your Father around?" Malfoy asked
"None of your business." Harry snapped at him.
"Oh well, I think you lost your father." Malfoy said rather cheerfully
"WHAT!" They said and quickly turn around to see that they have in deed have disappeared.
"Thanks Malfoy." Ron shouted sarcastically
"Your Welcome." Malfoy shouted back
Meanwhile with the marauders.
"We lost the tag alongs." Remus said
"Good" James said while they are in the tunnel that's headed towards Sheicking Shack. They have reach the stairs that's head up towards the floor of the building.
"Yo Snuffles." James shouted out
"Hello boys." Snuffles said as he walked the stairs "May I asked why are you here on a school day?"
"Who needs school." Sirius said with a shrug of his shoulders.
"Any way I need asked you some question first before I tell every one what I'm planning." James said
"Well sure," Snuffles said
"Well I was wondering did I wrote a will?" James asked
"Well yes of course, may I asked why?" Snuffles asked
"I been thinking what exactly did I left on the will and I wondering if you new?" James asked
"Yes I was there when it was written down." Snuffles answered
"Can you please tell me?" James asked
"Um sure." Sirius said "well I shall read it by word as I remember. I James Potter here by declared my will. If I died before my wife Lillian Potter all my assets goes to her and my son Harry Potter. My invisible cloak will be hold by Professor Dumbledore until Harry is ready. To Sirius Black my best friend I leave him my collections of broomsticks and godfather Harry James Potter. To Remus I give some rare books and also the guardian to my son. If Lily and I have past away at the same time I would like to Sirius Black and Remus Lupin to be the guardian of my son. My Son shall inherited potter fortune. That all I remember." Snuffles said
"Thank you as I need to know that information on the will as it seems that I have the accurately will but it had some planks inside of it I decided to change it as what I have seen today." James said
"What did you mean it have some blanks in the will?" Snuffles asked
"Well I shall show you." James said as he pull his piece of paper out and handed to Snuffles. It stated:

I James Potter I hear by declared that I give custody of Harry James Potter to Sirius Black and Remus Lupin and do not want my son to go to Petunia and Vernon Dursley if this happens I shall curse them until the custody of my son is give to Sirius Black and Remus Lupin.

"Of course he will because I'm James Potter." James answered smuggly
"James your name doesn't solve everything." Remus said
"Of course it does, I'm James Potter." James said
"You are so full of your self." Sirius said hitting James over the head with his book.
"Anyway when are you planning to get Fudge here?" Remus asked
"Beginning of next term around about that time." James answered
"Right you all better head back to school before you get into trouble." Snuffles said
"Right see ya Snuffles." James and Sirius said together.
"Goodbye boys." Snuffles said and they were gone.
