What's Shinjis 1st promise? :D
Promise 1 (Part I)
So Shinji was walking along the streets as usual, thinking about what he should eat.
He was a farmer's son, life might be tiring but money's still manageable. After all, his family led a simple life.
He walked to a dango-stall and asked for a few sticks of dangos. Just when he was going to get some money from his pocket to pay, he turned around to see a young petite girl with twin pigtails staring at him.
"Sir, do you know how to get to the nearest spice shop?" she asked sweetly.
"Erm, I believe that would be down this street, just walk straight." Shinji turned and pointed to the direction his back is facing.
"Alright, thanks!" she answered cheerful and walked pass Shinji.
"Haha, she's cute." he said while digging into his pocket. Oh wait what, did he forget to bring his money? No way! He remembered his mother passing it to him!
"Oh dear… I'm so sorry Aoyama-san, I think I forgot to bring my money out, can I get my dad to pay you when he come deliver stocks later?"
"It's no problem but… I don't think you forgot to bring your money though… That girl you saw? She has been picking pockets recently. I kinda saw her reaching her hand out to your pockets when she walked pass you…"
The next thing he know, Shinji ran after that little brat that stole his money.
"GET BACK HERE NOW YOU LITTLE BITCH!"
Like what most people think, people with longer legs run faster. But hey, even if it's not true, Hiyori blindly ran into a dead corner. When she thought she could turn back and run elsewhere, Shinji was standing right infront of her.
"Finally…. You're pretty fast!" Shinji grinned.
"What? What did I do? Why were you running after me?" she yelled. A totally different person from what Shinji saw at the stall.
"Why were you running /from/ me then? I might be chasing after air, there's no reason for you to run." he walked towards her and un-fisted her fist(Gosh I really dunno how to describe this part 8'D I think you guys understand what I'm trying to say?), revealing the coins that she took.
"I need them more than you do though." she looked down "My grandma's sicked. I need the money or she will die!"
"Oh I know! You have your parents and 5 siblings to take care at home, right?"
"I'm the only child. And my parents abandoned me."
"You don't get the joke? HAHAhaha… I'm sorry. If that's even true though."
Hiyori glared at him and throw the coins at his feet. She ran off, not forgetting to step on his feet, hard.
Shinji decided to have a little stalking session.
