If I said the reason I didnt update for a while because of busyness would be a little lie...
The reason being, lazy, writers block, school, also I started working and stuff so Im sorry for that :)

W-Where...where was he? Its cold, dark and wet. He was outside thats for sure. The drunken crowds of teenagers could be heard at almost every corner. Once or twice he could make out them doing childish things through his glazed blurry eyes. One girl hopped up onto one guys back only to be knocked off again, the guy looked dangerous. Another guy, about the same age as him was looking out of it, holding a bottle of whatever and a cigarette in his hand. All the while their friends where yelling and shouting incoherent stuff to each other then laughing like complete hyenas.
Where was he?
Even though he couldn't see right, he didn't recognise this place as his own town at all….
Homeless people snarled at him as he staggered, holding on to the brick walls for support. He was sure he felt something sticky and wet run down his leg and hang onto his shoes. It made him feel sick.
No don't...don't...think about sick or anything like that and for the love of god do not think about-
Luffy doubled over and began to retch into the corner of a wall. First it was just dry heaving then out came whatever he had in his stomach. He hated this feeling...it sucked! It was cold, his vomiting made him shiver even more and tears formed in his eyes even though he wasn't sad at all...he couldn't explain the feeling. A little bit of everything in fact.
Scared, because he did not know where in the hell he was. Everyone in this street sounded and looked so dangerous.
Confused, because who wouldn't be confused right now.
Relieved, because he had gotten his punishment for hitting Ace and so he would not have to worry about it.
Sick, because he was vomiting.
Sleepy, because he did not sleep since yesterday. His Grandpa made him clean the house and he had to go out with Usopp as soon as he was done.
And lastly, worthless.
After the sick teen had emptied his stomach he wiped his eyes and nose on the back of his hand and stumbled backwards. His whole body hurt. His head was spinning and his eyes were going to slip shut any moment now. He just needed to get home and out of this town as soon as possible.
"Hey kid, you don't look too good, you alright?"
Turning his head, Luffy could just make out the silhouette of a man. Not a teen his age, a man. Forcing a smile, Luffy shrugged tiredly. This man looked shifty...he wasn't sure.
"Want some help? Do you have a phone?" Luffy shook his head He remembered it being smashed off the ground after he was taken earlier today.
"Want to borrow mine? Y-You don't look okay dude…" The man suggested.
He wanted to get home and go to bed. It was pitch dark and something was going to happen if he stuck around to much. "O-Okay..thanks" He agreed forcing a crooked smile.
The man's body language seemed to change. He smiled happily then it dropped again more into a scowl than anything else. "Well you see, the phone is at my house so…"
Luffy rolled his eyes. oh great, may as well give up and make his own way back. "Okay...th-thanks anyway" Luffy sighed as he stumbled off the wall in search of at least a bus stop.
"Wait! Come with me! I cant leave you here alone you look like you're not from around here kid, come with me. If you do come with me, I could sleep peacefully tonight" Again the man debated. Practically pushing him gently towards the other side of the road.
Luffy didn't protest. This man looked okay, he would rather go with him than those loud horrible teenagers smoking who knows what.
"It's okay, dont worry, I'll take care of you" The man soothed as he pushed the teen more and more, keeping a firm grip on his arm.
….XxXxXxXxX…...
Ace sat up in his crisp white hospital bed, his head was wrapped in a bandage and it was so uncomfortable. The last thing he remembered was being with Luffy in his bedroom. He knew that Luffy hit him with something, a book or...an ashtray? He couldn't tell….it happened so fast. So very fast. But all he knew that Luffy was the one who put him here….
Was he mad? He wasn't sure. Did he feel guilty? A little. In Aces opinion he was being a dick and was he forcing himself on the kid? No! He was trying to calm him down..gosh… He liked Luffy he would never do anything to harm or make him feel uncomfortable in anyway!
Luffy was something else…
The door opened up making the older teen jump a little. Why? It was probably just some doctor or- oh its just those two…
"Morning Ace, hows it goin'?" Thatch smiled, looking a little on edge but it was quickly overlooked.
"Feeling better, yoi?" Marco joined in. He on the other hand look pleased or something. Ace knew that look. He had seen it many times. Usually when Marco won a fight or something.
"I've been better...where's the nurse I need more pills" Ace whined childishly. It was true the pills made him drowsy but hey, it took away the pain from his head.
"I think you've had enough there dude" Thatch chuckled it was the first time he smiled. "Uhm Ace have you been answering your phone?" Ace looked over to the drawer to his left, There was a glass of coke, tissues, a tray and his dead mobile phone. "No, there's no point and besides it dead"
"Well someone called us earlier and said they would be coming to visit!" Marco announced taking to seat at the bottom of his bed.
"Oh? Who apart from you guys?" Ace answered tilting his head. Who would be coming to see him apart from these two clowns. He really doubted Luffy would come see him. Ugh why did he even think he would anyway!
"You'll see later but in the mean time, I wanna talk about that kid Luffy" Marco finally said, his face getting serious before Aces very eyes.
"Luffy? What about him?" Ace answered, he knew that they had to talk about the party now that he was awake and functioning again. "He hit you right?" Thatch said, staring down at him. Ace didn't like it when people looked down upon him. It made him feel weaker..inferior or something like that. "He did" Not sure if he wanted to take it back or not.
Marco scoffed, "Little brat, how dare he-"
"Marco, don't start...its over" Thatch warned, placing a hand on his friends shoulder.
"It wasn't as if he did it for no reason you know!" Ace finally admitted. He didn't want something happening to Luffy over something he felt was kind of his fault. Thatch froze, looking at Ace in the eye "So..he never attacked you for no reason...that's what we thought" He admitted.
Marco closed his eyes, the same blank expression on his pale face. "He still hit you, no?"
"Yeah but not on purpose, we got into a little fight if that's what you want to call it, and things got out of hand" Thatch stayed silent, he looked out the window while biting his lip hard enough to draw blood. "Marco...delete that picture now" Ace looked utterly confused, looking between Thatch and Marco with a wary expressions. "What did you bastards-!"
The door opened up drawing everyone's attention. The sound of heels and the sound of rustling paper accompanied it.
The teens eyes widened but eventually softened, he opened his arms for a hug as his Mother set the flowers wrapped in orange paper down in a vase then as she approached the bed.
Suddenly all of his doubts disappeared seeing Rogue's beautiful face.

Rouge is lovely is she not? :) Anyway! Hope you liked this kind of later chapter but oh well XD its here now and I have plans for the other chapters aswell ^^

I did make Ace a jerk here huh? BUT! He mean well...I hope for luffys sake anyway, he likes little Luffy but he needs to calm :) AND THE PARTY! I HAD A BLAST WRITING IT! Luffy did end up telling everything to Nami but along with blackmail..typical Nami huh XD I can tell ya Usopp will be very hurt if he does find out that Luffy blew him off for a party which ended in disaster XD Lets hope he never finds out...or maybe he will X) Also thank you!
