Hey Minna heres a new chapter! Im sorry for any spelling or grammer mistakes, my actually broke three of my fingers and so it was hard to type and such :( But heres a new chapter!

A loud bang jerked Luffy from his sleep, it felt like that type of dream where you fall and wake up before you hit the ground. He hated those dreams, but he had them often when his Grandpa decided to slam the doors when he was napping or sleeping. Damn it Garp. Luffy opened up his brow owlish eyes, one still injured, slowly and gazed around his room. He was thankful to see his usual posters, pictures and computer and valuables scattered around the room. He was home, safe and sound finally. For the past two days, the boy was far from safe, far far from it. First he was beaten up by Marco while the other guy-was his name Thatch?-watched. After he was able to walk, or gain his balance, Luffy wandered the suspicious streets for hours trying to find a safe haven for the night, because at the time it looked like he was not going home that night. Yes, Luffy wandered the dark gloomy street for a while before a man claiming he would help came along. For a while it seemed like that guy was going to genuinely help him but instead he was just a disgusting waste of oxygen….along with his friends. He had been so scared as soon as the drugs they gave him wore off, thank the gods they let him leave. Even so...Luffy was not the same.

That reminds him! Because Garp wanted him to go straight to bed last night he did not get a chance to shower!

Yes, a shower was what he needed to wash all the disgusting filth off his body. So using all of his energy, the boy lifted himself into a sitting position but to his horror, his legs would not listen to him. No, no, no not this, the last time it happened, his legs locked and he needed to go to A and E to fix them. (1)

The boy began to sweat nervously….but he did not let panic take over, yet, because for all he knew they might just be asleep. So, he pushed the blanket off himself and bit his lip seeing all the bruises scattered over his legs and lower body. Luffy then grabbed his thigh and picked it up, still no feeling in it whatsoever, and hefted it over the edge of his bed until he was sitting on the edge. "Okay Luffy...you can do this just walk" He whispered encouragement to himself as he began to rise from the mattress. But as soon as he stood up, he crashed down to the floor with a thud. "Ow…* He whined childishly, rubbing his head. It was official his legs locked up...just great but Luffy refused to panic, he was just alone in the house with useless legs for a few hours...

"Why are you on the floor?" A voice asked, a deep sleepy voice that Luffy knew all too well. But he totally forgot about him being here...in his room...in his bed.

"Arrggghhh!" Luffy screamed a little too loudly even for him. Too bad his throat had to pay the price, he ended up going into a coughing fit soon after. His throat was still raw after all. At once Ace, bounced up and began patting the younger boys back caringly until the coughing seized. Luffy regained himself and turned around to face Ace. Seriously he needed to start remembering stuff. Badly.

"S-Sorry for screaming...I forgot you were here" Luffy sheepishly confessed, earning a chuckle from the older of the two.

Ace only smiled his usual dopey smile and rested his head in his hand watching Luffy try to stand up again. "No problem, I would be scared seeing a face like mine in the morning…" Ace joked.

"A face like yours really…?" Luffy laughed, he managed to grip the side table tightly but ended up tumbling onto the floor again. Ace noticed this and hopped up and ran to the boys side. "You alright? What's wrong, Lu?" He asked out of pure concern.

Now that Ace was out of bed, Luffy could now see that he was only dressed in his boxer shorts. This sight made a bright blush appear across the younger's face. Luffy had to admit, Ace looked so fit. "Its just my legs...I was going to have a shower but they locked up" Luffy responded, the blush still bright on his face as Ace was so close to him.

"Lock up? How.." Ace questioned, gently picking up the boys foot to inspect it or something. "Does it hurt?"

"N-No I just can't feel anything, I will tell my Granddad when he comes back or when we go to the clinic today" Luffy reassured, once again trying to get on his feet. Only to have Ace pick him up bridal style like last night. The blush on the boys face became dark as a plum once again at the this action. "Wait, Ace what are you doing!?" Luffy yelled to the person who took no notice and carried him to the bathroom.

"You did say you wanted a shower but you can't even stand, so I'm helping you. Be grateful" Ace said, his face filled with no emotion as he stared anywhere else but Luffy.

"Yeah I do but...but I'll be naked!" The blushing boy stuttered, trying to wiggle free from his holders arms with little success.

"So-"

"So!?" Luffy spluttered, was this guy serious! "So you dont care?"

"No, if you let me finish my sentence, I was going to say….so Ill run you a bath and let you do the rest" Ace said still carrying the boy to the bathroom. "Although I wouldn't mind…." He whispered, smirking in the process.

"Shut up!" Luffy blushed harder.

Soon the two guys were sitting in the bathroom. Luffy sitting on the closed toilet seat while he watched Ace run him a bath instead of a shower. Probably a good idea.

"Ace?" Luffy suddenly asked, twiddling his fingers together.

"Hm?" Ace replied, pouring bubble bath into the tub, mixing it in with the hot water.

"On the night of the party at your house, why did you do that?"

Ace closed his eyes, this kid had a habit of bringing up things that he did not want to talk about. But he deserved some explanation to why he was tackled to the ground like that. Or to why Marco did that to him, but he felt like he knew anyway. "Luffy, I'm so sorry...I was drunk and you looked so freaking cute-" Ace broke off mid sentence seeing the unimpressed look Luffy was giving him. "Sorry I know thats no excuse for my behaviour and the thing is I regret everything. But I still know that's no excuse at all" Ace scratched the the back of his neck as he stood up and walked over to the teen. "Can you forgive me.."

Luffy suddenly slapped Ace hard across the face, with force enough to make it whip to the side. He did not regret anything, he knew Ace needed something like that. He didn't care if the older teen slapped him back or even punched him, he wanted to do that for while believe it or not. All the things Ace caused problems with, came rushing back, the argument with Vivi, he really wanted to get close with her but he knew that would be a problem with Ace around.

Usopp, not going to his house because Ace filled his head with the party plans, as if trying to ease his mind off Usopp. Also, he knew something was going on with Usopp and the fucking Franky Family. He wasn't even there to help his friend.

Also being so rough with him in the past, threatening him from time to time at school. Ace needed a hit, it made Luffy feel a little better.

Portgas's head whipped to the side with the force, it stayed there for five seconds then slowly turned back to face the teen, face filled with sorrow. Before Ace could say anything to the boy, Luffy grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him into a deep kiss. This action took even Ace by surprise, normally he was the one kissing Luffy first but here he was.

Luffy kissed Ace deeply, eyes closed. Imagining Aces bare body and all the things he did for him. Sure Ace could be a real dick sometimes but there was also positives with the guy. Ace helped him with Morgan, said he would help Usopp, was nice enough to invite him to a disastrous party, Not to mention make him feel special. Also, he helped him a lot this morning with his ragdoll legs and all that. Plus, he did crack him around the head with an ashtray.

Luffy broke the kiss first and looked down shyly. He knew Ace was smirking he knew so much about him already.

"I'm going to get my bath now, Ill let you know when I'm done okay?" Luffy finally said, breaking the silence. "Luffy…."Ace whispered before getting up and leaving the boy alone in the bathroom. As soon as Ace left, Luffy began smiling, the first real smile in days.

Walking into Luffy's room, Ace looked around the place. Just like his own room it very neat and tidy. The bed was the only thing that was messy though, he would fix that. Strolling over on the carpeted floor, Ace lifted the comforter to begin making it when he dropped it suddenly. A dark blush crossed his own face for the first time at day as he stared down at the bed sheets. "Damn it…" He face palmed and picked up the wet and sticky bed sheets, bundling them under his arm. He really needed to stop having those type of dreams about him and Luffy….

As soon as the sticky bed sheets were gone Ace carried on replacing them with new ones for Luffy. After the teen was done he continued walking around Luffys room, waiting on the teen needing his assistance. Thinking about Luffy kissing him first was amazing to Ace...maybe...just maybe Luffy wanted him too? But then again he also got slapped…. the red mark still visible on his right cheek. He did deserve it after all…. He loved Luffy, he didnt even have to think about it first or anything he just did, true love. And for what his so called friends did to him was unforgivable, a few times he felt like marching down to Marco and Thatch's houses and beating the living crap out of them but Luffy needed him and plus it was not even worth it.

The sound of the from door opening down the stairs made Ace flinch. Who?

"Luffy, wake up we need to get to the clinic!" Garps thundering voice yelled up the stairs. Well shit.

Ace did not know what to do, could he sneak out the window again like last night…

"Nooo…" Ace childishly whined, face drooping and his shoulders sagging. "I wanna stay with Luffy…." Ace moaned walking to the top of the stairs and peeking down. All clear. "And plus...he might see me climbing down the rain pipe!" Ace smiled, knowing he even got his own way….with himself.

"Psst, Lu?" The teen whispered, gently knocking on the white bathroom door.

"Yes?" Luffys voice responded.

"Uhh your old man is here, heh heh" Ace chuckled, covering his mouth to stop the loud laughter. A loud splashing sound came from within the room making the boys head tilt to the side. "Did you fall over?"

"Ace! Leave now!" Luffy commanded.

"But I wanna stayyyy" Ace whined once more like a child. "Pleeeaaassee…."

"Ace its not funny! You-"

"Luffy! Who are you talking too! Get dressed so we can go!" Garps voice cut through. Another splash sound was heard then a long sigh.

"Ace….just dont let him see you okay?" Ace nodded and ran back to Luffys room and hid.

Luffy wondered how on earth he was going to get out of the tub, he had planned on getting Ace to help him out but that was now out of the question. And he did not want Garp helping him, ew no way. Even though it was his Grandpa and his own flesh and blood but still….he was too old for that. A loud knock made Luffy jump, If Ace did not get out of here, he would- "Luffy are you okay? Let me in!" Garps loud voice sounded outside. "No Gramps its okay I can get out myself I'm just in the bath"

"Dont be too long, I made an appointment to see a Doctor" Luffy sighed relief upon hearing footsteps walk back down the stairs followed by the living room door closing. Sadly Luffys legs were still locked and still in no use, this was going to be difficult.

After he pulled the plug of the drain, Luffy gripped the edges of the bath and pulled himself out and almost face planted onto the tile floor. Lucky there was a towel so he could not slip. He slipped on his pants and and shirt before unlocking the door and dragging himself outside and into his room. It was empty, also why were his bed sheets different….

"Hey Lu, you okay!" Ace's happy cheerful voice startled him.

Luffy glared at him for giving him a scare and plus for not doing what he was told but thats just Ace… "Yeah...you better hide in case Garp-"

"You're going to the clinic for Marcos injuries right?" Ace asked suddenly, his face so close to Luffys. Damn it, Ace was also the one to bring up unwanted conversations, right now he did not want to mention Marco. "Yes and no, I need a checkup for the other thing"

"Your legs right?"

"Yes and no"

"No? Wait is there something else the matter with you?" Ace asked, concern growing higher and higher. Was there something else wrong with Luffy?

Luffy at once regretted saying anything, damn it he was so stupid…. "I was just kidding…"

"No Luffy I'm not dumb what else happened….was….was….Marco not the only one who hurt you?" Ace asked, He was determined to get to the bottom of this. Who ever hurt him will get it.

Hesitantly Luffy nodded. Ace then took his hand into his own and held him tight. "Tell me what happened…" Was he seriously going to tell him, he needed to go and he did not want to recount it at all… "Ill tell you later and I need to go to out"

"No Luffy...I need to know"

"Ugh, why do you need to know?!" Luffy yelled, he really did not want to talk about it and why did Ace think he had the right to know. Like he owned him.

"Alright alright….I'm sorry" Ace quickly apologised upon seeing tiny tears gather in the youngers eyes. "Luffy…."

Luffy sniffed and rubbed his eyes, wincing as he hit the sore one. "No no its okay, I just dont want to talk about it you know?"

Portgas completely understood. After all he and Roger had problems and there was times when he did not want to talk about it with anyone. But now he was really angry at Marco and Thatch for doing that….they put Luffy into an unsafe position….maybe he should stop by their houses later.

"Ace?" Luffy sniffed, bottom lip trembling. His watery eyes gazing up at the teen.

"Hm?" Ace replied.

"Uhm...stay with me forever, I want you with me….I feel safe with you" Ace almost choked on his saliva. Did he hear that right?

"Luffy…?" Only silence followed, the boy rested his head in Aces bare chest and closed his eyes. "Is it a bad time to tell you I had a wet dream about you?" Ace replied, the blush crawling back into his freckled face.
