Hey guys!

Sorry for the late updates. I have been really busy with a project in English class. Isn't that just ironic?

Well, this is my newest chapter! Read enjoy and review!

Chapter 6 – Same as always

Tigress was still shocked about what happened. Master Proelio went from teasing to cruel. She was still standing in the training hall panting in anger. Master Proelio seemed to be good at hitting peoples weak spots. Hitting his enemies weak spots…

No, she was being silly. Master Proelio didn't see her as his enemy, he barely knew her. And you cannot hate someone that you don't know.

"Tigress, are you there?" Po was most likely looking for her to tell that the dinner was ready. When he saw her he started walking towards her. But the panda stopped when he saw the furious look on the tiger's face.

"I… I saw Master Proelio a few minutes ago," Po chose his words carefully. "He seemed very…"

"Are you here to tell me about the master's behavior?" Tigress interrupted irritated. She was tired of Master Proelio and didn't have the energy to hear about him right now.

"Well, he just seemed very angry… But the dinner is ready," Po said and he could clearly see that Tigress didn't want to get bothered.

"Just go. I will join you soon," Tigress said impassively.

Right after Po had left Tigress thought about what the panda said. Master Proelio seemed angry? Was he angry because that she punched him? Tigress hoped so; she was still mad at ham.

And then she walked towards the dining room. When she was near it she could hear her friends' voices. There were talking about Master Proelio's training; they thought that it was great. They wouldn't say that if they knew what he really was like.

Her friends became still when Tigress entered the room. Tigress ignored the fact that they didn't want to talk about Master Proelio when she was near and just sat down next to Viper.

They ate in silent. Po had made his brilliant soup. Well, Tigress didn't know if it was as brilliant as her friends said. She ate tofu as always.

Viper was about to say something and Tigress had known her friend for a very long time; the striped feline knew that she wouldn't like the subject.

"What was it Master Proelio wanted to talk with you about?" she asked.

Tigress was right. She didn't like the question that the snake asked.

"It does not concern you," she just answered.

The others were looking at her like she was an experiment and Tigress didn't like their glances.

"You didn't… say something to him that might could have made him angry?" Viper continued asking her annoying questions.

Tigress wanted to tell them about the things the master said to her and about the hit and about everything that happened. But something told her not to say it.

"No." The word came out to sternly but it helped. Tigress' friends didn't ask anymore.

The students were really surprised when they woke up to greet their master next morning. Instead of the red panda Master Proelio stood there. Tigress could feel the anger when she saw him. He looked and acted as he always did but Tigress could sense that he tried not to look at her.

"Good morning everyone," the male-tiger said. "I see that you are surprised. Well, Master Shifu had something else to do this morning so I needed to wake you up instead of him. Did you sleep well?"

The others nodded and came with a silent 'yes'. But Tigress didn't say anything. She just glared furious at Master Proelio like she tried to tell him that he wasn't welcome here.

Master Proelio turned his eyes at Tigress, he wasn't smiling anymore and Tigress could see that he understood her silent message and that he hadn't forgot what happened the other day.

"Did you sleep well, Tigress?" There wasn't any humor in his voice anymore.

Tigress didn't sleep well. Once again she had been lying in her bed and wondering about The Rulers of The Four Winds and Master Proelio. To be honest, she almost hadn't been thinking about The Rulers of The Four Winds.

"Yes, I slept very well," she answered without showing any feelings.

Master Proelio didn't seem to care for the answer and looked at the others again.

"You can go eat your breakfast and then you can meet me outside the palace." With those words the mystic tiger left the room.

"Oh no, I don't want to train outside in the killing sun again," Po muttered.

"Wasn't Master Proelio's training supposed to be special?" Crane mumbled and joined the fat panda's negativity.

"Guys come on, you don't even know what he will tell us to do," Viper enlivened and looked at her striped friend with a smile. "Right, Tigress?"

Tigress just nodded. She didn't even hear the snake's question.

After Breakfast

It turned out that Master Proelio's training wasn't special at all. Tigress' friends should just train hard as always. It didn't seem any different from Master Shifu's training. And Tigress should again train with the dummy.

It didn't bother Tigress. Okay, it did, but she didn't want to show it. Instead she did what the master told her to do. She didn't concentrate while she fought the dummy. She didn't think about the sun that made any normal people to stay inside. She didn't even care about that she couldn't even tough it. Again she was thinking about Master Proelio. She couldn't really understand him. At the morning he seemed like he hadn't forgot what happened the other day but now he seemed like himself again.

"Everything is easier when you focus on what you are doing." Master Proelio's voice made Tigress stop wondering.

She turned around and stared right into his golden eyes.

"Why are you still trying to help me?" she snarled angrily.

"Because I want to," Master Proelio answered smiling. "And as I said to your friends; the training is over for today. So let us begin the private training."

Tigress couldn't believe what the male-tiger just said. Did he really think that she would spend more time with him alone after what he said to her?

"There is no private training anymore," she said and Master Proelio's smile froze.

"Are you telling me that you are giving up?" he asked.

Tigress didn't see it like she was giving up. She just didn't like the idea that Master Proelio should taunt her again.

"You can't give up," Master Proelio said when Tigress didn't answer, he didn't sound cheeky anymore.

Tigress still didn't say anything. She didn't know what to say. The master's reaction surprised her.

"You need to finish what you started," Master Proelio continued.

Tigress turned her back on him and started to walk away. Those words filled her with an uncomfortable feeling that she couldn't describe.

"Finishing what you've started gives you strength," Master Proelio said behind her. "Isn't that what you wanted?"

Tigress almost didn't hear the last sentence. But she did and she started running. It was the only way to get rid of the horrible feeling. She could feel Master Proelio's eyes watching her running into the forest but right now she couldn't care less.

She ran as fast as she could on all four and tried to let the wind blow her thoughts away. The trees were almost misty because of the speed. She ran through scratchy bushes but didn't care. She didn't feel the pain from the little wounds that the thorns left on her face. It was like she felt another pain inside of her. She tried to ignore it, to run away from it. But the more she ran the more grew the pain.

At the end she needed to stop up panting. And so she didn't stop moving she came with an angry roar and hit the nearest tree so the leaves fluttered and made a rattling noise.

And then Tigress saw it. It was a shadow moving closer and closer to her. She wasn't alone.
