Let me just say it now, this chapter is total filler. But I needed it for both groups to meet, sorry for the long wait.

"There it is guys! Ponyville!" Twilight pointed a hoof at the small town ahead of the group. Since they were flying the whole way without stopping they made it there in several hours and arrived after midnight. Twilight was sure taking advantage by asking the quartet every question she can possibly think off, which they answered but when Haruna threw a hissy fit because she got annoyed with all the questions she decided to stop.

"Kinda small if you ask me…" Haruna commented.

"I like it. It reminds me of my village." Sera said with a glimmer of nostalgia and a bit of sadness.

They all landed in front of Twilight and Spike's home, the Golden Oak Library, which was a hollowed out tree with a library and living quarters inside. The four new companions were amazed on how this tree was still alive. Then Eu gently lifted Spike with her magic, who was sleeping soundly on her back, and passed him over Twilight.

"Thanks for letting him sleep on you Eu. I'm not surprised he couldn't stay up this late, he is a baby dragon." Twilight thanked as she held Spike with her magic and placed him on her back.

'You're welcome.' Eu wrote back.

Twilight used her magic to open the door to allow everyone in. The first thing they noticed was that is dark inside.

"Hey Twilight, where's the light switch?" Ayumu asked.

"SURPRISE!"

Everyone jumped in shock when the lights suddenly flashed on and confetti was thrown in their faces, waking Spike up in the process.

"What the-?!"

Ayumu suddenly got tackled by a bubblegum pink Earth pony with a darker pink poofy mane and tail and her cutie mark was three balloons (two blue ones and a yellow one).

"WOW!Fournewfriends!Hi,I'mPinkiePie!Ponyville'sresidentpartyponyandithrewthislittlepartyjustforyou!Sodoyoulikeit?Huh?Huh?Huh?" The pink pony said all in one breath as she shook the their respective hoofs. Or claws in Ayumu's case. Then Pinkie was pulled back from her tail by another Earth pony except she was orange with a blonde mane and tail, with scrunchies on the end of both. She had freckles on her face and wearing a cowboy hat on her head, her cutie mark was three apples.

"Sorry 'bout that. Pinkie here gets a bit wound up when meetin' new ponies or dragon in your case partner." She apologized in a Southern accent as she tipped her hat. She was surprised at his arrival but at the same time wasn't and happy Spike met someone his own kind.

After he got over the shock of what happened Ayumu just gave her his usual smile. "Hey, no problem. Let me guess, you're… Applejack right?"

Pinkie Pie gasped loudly at what he said "How did you know?! You must be psychic! Oooh, guess what I'm thinking now!"

She closed her eyes and put her hoofs on the side of her head. Haruna laughed at that, this girl was a hoot! Sera raised a brow at her and Eu was, well… being Eu.

"No I'm not psychic; Spike told me all about you. Which is why I'm surprised this party doesn't have more members since he told me you tend to invite the whole town…" Ayumu said as he looked around to see only two ponies inside but there were several sleeping bags on the floor, a couple balloons and a table with s'mores, cupcakes, gems for Spike and hot chocolate. Haruna immediately went for the treats.

"Trust me, she was going to do that but I convinced her nopony was going to wake up this late at night, but the three of us can have a slumber party until you guys got here." Applejack explained.

"Three of you?" Ayumu repeated looking around until he saw a head peaking from the library's sleeping quarters but immediately hid itself again when Ayumu looked at it.

Spike gave his hood a tug to get his attention "That's Fluttershy, Ayumu. She's probably got scared because you're a dragon, ya know?"

"Oh yeah… I remember now." He said as he saw Rainbow Dash trying to coax her to come down.

"Wait I don't understand. How did Pinkie know we were coming?" Sera questioned the pink pony with a suspicious glare.

"My Pinkie Sense told me, silly-billy~! When my tail twitches, my right eye gets an itch and I sneeze, that means some old friends are bringing new friends for a visit!" Pinkie answered as if it was obvious.

"Wha-?" Sera was beginning to doubt but Ayumu stopped her.

"Forget it Sera. Spike told me about the coveted 'it's Pinkie Pie, don't question it' card."

Applejack nodded in agreement. "No kiddin'. I gotta say you folks are quite funny lookin' and definitely wasn't expecting an alicorn comin' along."

Eu subconsciously looked at her wings for a moment; Twilight said that alicorns were mostly the princesses in this world; it made sense when she thought about it, she was royalty back in the Underworld.

Spike stepped forward. "Well ladies, this is Ayumu, Eu, Haruna and Sera. I met them during the migration, but Ayumu joined me first throughout most of the way. He's so cool!"

Ayumu chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head. Not a lot of people call him that.

"Really now? He must've left quite an impression on ya for you to say dat Spike!" Applejack said as he gave him a playful pat on the back.

"It's ok Fluttershy, Ayumu's not gonna hurt ya. Now go say hi!" Rainbow said as she led Fluttershy down the stairs. The newcomers of the group got a better look at her now that she wasn't hiding, they saw that she was a butter-yellow pegasus with a long light pink mane and tail, her eyes were teal colored and her cutie mark was three pink butterflies.

"….H-Hello…." She whispered so low that everyone had to strain themselves to hear her as she tried to hide behind her mane. Fluttershy wasn't as scared as Ayumu as she is of fully grown dragons but it was just her natural shyness that had her act that way.

Heh… she reminds me of Taeko… Ayumu thought to himself. He bent down some to appear less intimidating, but before he could get two words out…

"Guys you gotta try these cupcakes! They're almost as amazing as my fried eggs!" Haruna exclaimed as she shoved another cupcake in her mouth, but scaring Fluttershy with her outburst.

"Haruna!" Ayumu scolded the unicorn. As he turned around Fluttershy noticed the various blood stains on his hood. Her eyes widened with fear as she curled into a ball.

"Sweet Celestia, Ayumu! Why is that blood all over you?!" Applejack exclaimed pointing her hoof at the hood.

"Calm down, this is my blood."

When she heard that Fluttershy suddenly perked up and flew up to his level with a worried look.

"Oh my goodness! Are you hurt? I can take care of your injuries for you!" Fluttershy said as she circled him checking for wounds, not noticing Haruna's jealous expression. But the pegasus' worried look turned into a confused one "That's odd… I don't see any injuries. No scrapes, no wounds, no scratches. I can't even find a bruise!"

Ayumu flinched at what she said; he didn't think about explaining his…condition to the rest of Spike's friends.

"How can you have all dat blood on ya if you ain't injured?" Applejack questioned him with a skeptical expression.

"Duh! Isn't obvious Applejack? Maybe Ayumu has this super power that magically makes himself heal whenever he gets hurt!" Pinkie chirped happily.

The teenage dragon's jaw dropped. "How did you know that?!"

"Just a hunch! *squee*" She responded simply with a smile.

As Ayumu, Haruna and Sera stared slack jawed at Pinkie, Rarity tapped on Eu's shoulder to get her attention. "Is it alright if we tell them Eucliwood? I believe it would be fair since we know."

The necromancer gave it some thought until she wrote down her response in her notepad. 'Very well.'

"Tell us what?" Applejack asked.

Spike glanced at Ayumu, who in return gave him a nod that seemed to say 'go for it'.

"Well… it's a long story…" Spike started.

Later…

The rest of the ponies were surprised at the story that was told to them as they were huddled in their sleeping bags. They were told everything from Kyoko (which Pinkie decided to call a "mean-meanie pants") to the King of the Night, who they actually felt a little sympathy for, to how Ayumu and the others came to this world. What they said was a little hard to believe until Sera decided to prove that Ayumu was a zombie by slicing off part of his tail with her leaf sword (which freaked Fluttershy out immensely) and the tail reattaching itself magically. They used Ayumu's hood to clean up the blood since it was already heavily stained and ripped from the fight earlier. Rarity offered to make him a new one in the morning.

"Those assholes got so freaked by my powers they flew off with their tails between their legs. It was pretty hilarious considering they talked a big game earlier." Ayumu continued as he described the day's events. Spike would've done it, but he fell asleep again about half way through, so Twilight tucked him in his bed that was brought down to the lower level.

"Do you have to be so vulgar Mr. Aikawa?" Rarity huffed at him, but he rolled his eyes.

"Oh come on Fancy Pony! You know it's true!" Haruna defended.

"Um… I may not like swearing either but he does have a point, Rarity. He was only defending Spike and that poor little phoenix egg." Fluttershy agreed as she gestured to the egg sitting on a makeshift nest on the table made earlier by Owlowiscious, Twilight's pet owl, who was watching over the egg from his perch.

Eu nodded as well but was caught off guard by Pinkie hugging her.

"Hm?"

"Oh sorry… I just… feel so awful that you CAN'T SMILE! It sounds so horrible!" Pinkie cried out bawling her eyes out, the rest of her friends nodding in agreement. At first Pinkie thought Eu was like Cranky Doodle Donkey, but when she was told the reason why Eu can't smile, talk or show any emotion what so ever, she understood. That didn't mean she couldn't feel bad, being the pony whose special talent is to make other ponies smile.

"Hmmmm….." Eu mumbled as she took out her notepad along with writing she began to draw something. The necromancer held it up to her face to show Pinkie Pie. She drew a smile on the paper and on the bottom said 'You did make me smile. On the inside.'

The party pony stopped crying and had a huge grin on her face. "YAY!" She cheered as she gave Eu another hug. "We'll I'm glad I gave you an inside smile, Eu!" It wasn't the same as a physical smile, but she didn't want to hurt her new friend.

"I must say darling; your armor has a marvelous design. It's simple yet elegant. Wherever did you get it?" Rarity gushed. Eu just blinked for a moment, she never really had any complements on her armor before.

'Thank you. A friend made them for me to control my powers.' She responded through her notes.

Twilight rubbed her chin with her hoof. "This magic of yours is quite interesting Eu. I'd like to know more about it. Along with magical garments and vampire-ninja magic…" She mused but was interrupted by Haruna yawning loudly.

"Actually Twilight, it's getting late. Maybe we should continue tomorrow…" Sera said before she yawned as well.

"She's right Twilight it's been a long day. *Yawn* I'm ready to crash…" Agreed Rainbow Dash as she tucked herself in her sleeping bag.

Everypony said goodnight to one another as they all went into their sleeping bags to call it a night. Twilight and Ayumu were the last ones awake.

"Hey Ayumu…" Twilight started.

"Yes?"

"Thanks again for looking out for Spike these past few days."

Ayumu blushed slightly as he rubbed the back of his head again. "Hey… don't mention it. I'm glad I joined, I honestly don't know what would've happened if I hadn't tagged along."

He got another look at the baby dragon sleeping soundly in his bed next to him. "Spike's a good kid..."

Twilight nodded in agreement "He really looks up to you Ayumu. I have no doubts he gonna write about you to the princess."

"Really? I may be a magical garment girl-zombie-dragon, but I'm not that special…" Ayumu teased at himself.

The unicorn giggled at his long (and silly) title. "I beg to differ and it's not just for your powers. You're kind, willing to help others when they need it and you have great friends who you care about and they care about you…"

She looked over to a sleeping Sera "Even if they don't admit it…"

Then she looked over to a slightly snoring Haruna. "Or have a funny way of showing it."

Ayumu smiled a little. "Yeah… I guess. My life became crazy since it came to an end, but it could be a lot worse."

"*Yawn* Well time for bed. Spike's probably going to want to show you around Ponyville tomorrow, so we better get some sleep. Goodnight…" Twilight said as she closed her eyes.

"Night." Ayumu replied he wrapped himself in some blankets, since they didn't have any sleeping bags big enough to fit him. He turned over to side to get another look at Spike and smiled again. He meant what he said to Twilight; he doesn't regret joining Spike on his quest. It was a pretty interesting and fun experience, especially when he was defending him from Garble and his gang, maybe because the two of them have quite a bit in common. He was starting to feel a little bad for leaving.

But before he could think any further, Ayumu yawned as drowsiness started to overcome him. Goodnight kid. Let's have a good one tomorrow…

That was his last thought before he fell asleep.

I may feel really… "meh" about this chapter but I love that last little moment. I've always felt Ayumu would see a little bit of himself in Spike, it's why I started this story.
