~Eggman's POV~
Urgh... What just happened? Oh, yes, a second before, I was cursing at the computer... But where am I now? And most importantly, why am I here? I recall seeing a brown female hedgehog before blacking out...
I tried to move my body, but I didn't succeed. I felt my arms and legs tied onto something. Was I tied on a chair? This seems kinda familiar...
I tried to look around me, but all I see is pitch black. Suddenly, I heard footsteps, and a blinding light appeared, and I saw the lights turn on. Then, I saw a furry orange animal approach me. Was that... Tails?
"So, Eggman, you like being tied to a chair?" He asked me, grinning.
I sweatdropped. "Uh, no. And I don't think anyone will like it."
"Well, you see, YOU did this to me not long ago. I'm pretty sure you want to try it yourself."
"Um... Anyways, Tails, why am I here?" I tried to smile.
"Why? Why? WHY? You ask me WHY?! Is the reason not obvious?!" He frowned deep at me.
"No, seriously. Why?"
"Ugh, and I thought you were a genius..."
"I heard that!" I frowned.
"Anyways, I want to know everything. I knew you must have something in mind, anything- And I need to know what you were thinking. Now.
"Why would I sneak up on you Tails? I wouldn't." I could have been an actor!
He raised his brow at me and said, "Tell me. Now. You can't fool me.
"And why should I tell you?"
"Because if you don't..." He stopped and pulled out a knife out of nowhere, and continued, "I'll slit your throat."
I gulped a big gulp at that knife. It was sharp as hell.
"Okay, okay! I'll talk!"
He smirked at me and said, "Good boy."
"It all started like this..."
(5 minutes later)
After learning the truth, he smirked at me and said, "Ha. With you, all my friends will gain trust in me again. I will be on the news tomorrow- and the title would be "Miles Tails Prower saves the day".
"Now..." He had a very serious look on his face.
"What?" I asked.
"You have to make me regain my memory."
"So, am I going to make you a memory regain gun?" I asked stupidly.
"Duh." He rolled his eyes.
"But I need some materials!"
"Here." He said as he scattered everything I needed to me.
"And uh, you need to free me first..."
He untied me and said, "Here. Now do what you need to do. Don't even try to think of escaping, my system is very smart indeed."
"Since when has Tails become so dark?" I wondered to myself.
"I'll leave you here for now." He started to head for the door. He opened it, and said, "Oh, and by the way... Your lovely base is now a mess." He grinned evilly before slamming the door at my face, locking it.
"Great. Now I'm stuck here forever... And my base a mess"
~Tails' POV~
After my mission a success, I thought that a party to celebrate it would be a good idea, so I told what I planned to Ukau.
"Oooh, this is a golden opportunity to ask little miss Cream out." She smirked at me.
"N-No!" I felt a blush creep on my face.
"Come on, you can't hide. I'll help you get the party food done."
"Thanks Ukau."
Then, I told Cream about the party. She gave me a sweat smile and said that it was a good idea. She hadn't had fun in a long time. I was glad I was able to make Cream happy.
~?'s POV~
I saw all of it. They were going to plan a party. Without me. I know just the way to make them notice me- I'll spoil the party. Hahahaha.
I'll win Tails over you, Cream. Because his only love is me. And it always will be ME. He must keep his promise he made to me when I died.
~Cream's POV~
I was so happy that I skipped back inside my room. Yes, skipped. I haven't had fun since Tails betrayed us, and now I can finally relax and have some fun. I thought of what would happen at the party. We would have all kinds of fun! I giggled to myself.
But then, I heard some footsteps behind me. I turned to see who it was, but only saw a female in a black cloak. I was terrified; who was she?
"W-Who are you?" I asked.
"I'm here to ruin your life..."
Strange. That voice seemed familiar. Have I heard it before?
"D-Do I know you?"
"Heh heh. Smart girl. You knew me when the Metarex arrived..."
It was just a second before the truth shot me like a bullet.
"Cosmo?! I thought you were on your own planet! And how did you come here?"
"I don't care... You stole Tails from me and you're going to pay for this!" With that said, she slammed the door behind her, locking it.
" What are you going to do?! Why would I steal Tails from you?!" I nearly burst into tears.
"You're coming with me..." She pulled out a green device and pressed a button.
"What's that?! Where are you..." I suddenly blacked out.
When I woke up again, I found myself on the soft, green grass.
"Ow, my head... Where am I?"
"Is this the..." My thoughts were cut off by somebody covering my mouth with a cloth from behind.
"Mphh! PH! Mmm!" Was all I managed to say. The cloth had a strange smell in it, and a few seconds later, I fell onto the ground, unconscious.
