Hey guys! Magenta here! Sorry for not updating for a week! (Blame my school for this!) Anyway, let's start with Chapter 22!

(Finally in the future again)

~Tails' POV~

Hmm... Eggman has been working on the memory ragain gun for a while now. I should check on him before the party starts.

I slammmed the door open and saw a old man sitting on his chair, working on a gun-like thing. I smirked.

"Hey, Doctor Eggman, how's the gun going?" I asked him.

"I can't figure out how to build it... This is just the gun's shell." He replied.

I felt fire burning in my eyes. "What?!" I shouted at him. "You can't make a memory regain gun but you can make a memory delete gun?!" I yelled furiously.

"No, no... The gun is-" He stopped mid-sentence.

"The gun is what?!" I asked.

"No, no. I can't tell you!" He said.

"What do you mean you can't tell me?!" I asked.

"I'll die if I tell you! I can't tell you! Don't ask me!" He lowered his head.

I pulled out my sharp knife out. "I'll slit your throat if you don't tell me." I said darkly.

He gulped. "Ok, alright, I'll tell you!" He said.

"Good." I said as I put away my knife.

He sighed as he told me the truth. "The gun wasn't made by me..." He said.

"What?! Then how did you get it? And who made it?" I frowned.

"The Metarex gave it to me."

"Who the hell is the Metarex?" I asked as I raised a brow.

"The Metarex... Or the Throndrigans, to be exact. They are the male Seedrians..."

I interrupted him. "What? What is a 'Seedrian"?" I asked in confusion.

"A seedrian, is an alien plant creature. They are almost extinct now. The Seedrians had two races- one is Throndrigans, the male seedrians, and one is Petali, the female seedrians. The Seedrian planet once had a war, and the Throndrigans assumed that they must use violence to end this war. However, the Petali, did not agree, so the Petali abandoned the Throndrigans. After that, the Throndrigans started to hate the Patalies. The Throndrigans turned into the Metarex and wanted to control the universe. The last remaining Petali- Cosmo, of course, did not want this to happen. One day, you and your friends, found Cosmo, and she told you all about this. All of you decided to help Cosmo defeat the Metarex. In the end, Cosmo sacrificed herself to save the whole universe." He finally finished.

"Wow," I said. "But won't the Metarex be dead now since that 'Cosmo' saved the whole universe?" I asked, raising a brow.

"No, not really. They could be gone now, but their seeds are still here. Somewhere in the universe." He said.

"So, did somebody plant those seeds and the Metarex are once again alive?" I asked for conformation.

"Yes, that's about it." He confirmed my question.

"Well, if that's the case, why would the Metarex want to corrupt my memory? And why ask YOU to help them?"

"That's because they want to use you to destroy Cosmo, since they know she's still alive. The reason is because you... You once fell in love with her. Second, if they tried to corrupt your memory, it'd be too hard for them since they have to show up on Earth. That would cause a massive uproar."

"I fell in love with Cosmo? Eh, whatever... But how did they give you the gun when they can't show up on Earth?" I suspected.

"That's because they hacked into my syestems and teleported the gun to me. They said that if I didn't help them, I would be in big trouble. I, seeing that they have the power to hack into my 'unhackable' systems, was certainly afraid, and also impressed, so I promised to help them." He explained.

"Hm, I see." I said, processing all this information in my brian. Nothing seems to be suspicious about it.

"Alright, Eggman. I will let you go if you promise not to attack me and help me on this journey." I said.

"Thank you, Tails." He seemed relieved.

"Now, shoo!" I commanded him. He ran out of the door like a bullet. Oh, well. I guess it's time for the party then.

Once I stepped out of the room, I saw Cream standing outside.

"Tails, I just saw Eggman run away. Did you let him go?" She asked.

"Yes. I've gathered enough information now." I said.

"Tell me! Oh, and Ukau too." She looked at me curiously.

"Yeah." I smiled. "But first, let's PARTY!" I shouted with glee.

"YEAH! PARTY!" Ukau rushed out of her room as soon as she heard 'Party'.

(5 minutes later)

"Alright," I began. "To celebrate this mission a success, and to gather the information I needed, cheers!" I clanked my glass of coke with Ukau and Cream. Ukau had orange soda while Cream had grape soda.

"Cheers!" Ukau and Cream said in unison. We drank our drinks in one big gulp.

"Ahh..." I said, refreshed.

"I've not had a party in a long time!" Ukau smiled.

"Me too!" I agreed.

"Let's have some food! I'm starving!" Cream suggested.

"Great idea!" We agreed.

We ate french fries, sandwiches, chicken wings, and many other party food until we can eat no more.

"Ah," I exclaimed as I collasped on my couch, "This was a great party, wasn't it?"

"Yeah!" Cream agreed.

"Wow, guys, it's already half past ten! We should get ready for bed." Ukau reminded us.

I glanced up at the clock on the wall and gasped. "Oh my! We really should get ready now! I'll tell you guys what I found out tommorrow morning!" I exclaimed.

We got ready for bed in a flash and fell asleep in our comfy beds almost immediately. Guess I was really worn out, eh?

Yay! Another cheesy chapter done by Magenta the Hedgehog! It's no surprise that my chapters are cheesy though; They always were and always will be :) Anyway, Tails learned the truth about the Memory Delete Gun! How will he stop the Metarex?
