"Hey Eddy." Donnie says, coming up from the lab.

"Donnie!" I exclaim.

"What movie do you want to watch?" he asks. He always thinks of me. I love him so much. I pull up a list of movies on my screen and Donnie picks one. We spend the rest of the evening laughing. We are best friends. I know he loves me and I love him. It's Donnie and Eddy forever, but forever ends too soon.

"Eddy!" Donnie exclaims, running in the door.

"Donnie! What's the great news?"

"You know my girlfriend, Tasha?" he asks.

"You broke up with her?" I ask, confetti filling my screen.

"No! I proposed. And she said yes!" he jumps up and down.

"What?" I ask. He was supposed to be my Donnie, not her Donnie. It's bad enough that he keeps the robots in the basement. Atleast at the end of the end of the day, they go into their tubes and he is all mine. Donnie made me and he is my best friend. I can't lose him.

"Welcome to you new home, Mrs. Davenport." Donnie says, carrying in his new wife and twirling her.

"Why thank you, Mr. Davenport." his new wife responded.

"Absolutely, Mrs. Davenport." Donnie says. He doesn't even acknowledge me. What happened to us being besties? I miss him already.

"We get it- You got married. It's getting old." the kid says, carrying in luggage. "Wow! You got this big house just from inventing things?"

"Mm-hmm" Donnie says.

"Way to go, Mom. That's a husband." Donnie kisses his wife. These are my replacements. His new family. "What the heck is that?" The boy asks, walking over to one of Donnies inventions.

"Oh, uh… that is my latest creation. Davenport Industry's' first completely interactive 3-D TV." Donnie turns it on and it displays a baseball game. Leo tries to catch a ball, bumping into me.

"Watch the face, termite!" I say, my face popping up on my screen. Leo doesn't notice me, though.

"Mom," he says, "I think the little voice inside my head is back."

"No," Donnie says, finally acknowledging me, "this is Eddy. He's my smart home computer system. Eddy, this is my new stepson, Leo. Remember, I told you Leo and Tasha are moving in today?"

"Hey, welcome. Everything in here is mine." This includes Donnie.

"Uh, Leo, why don't you go check out your new bedroom?" Donnie asks. Back to him now. I tune out.

Later, Leo invites the bionic dweebs to school with him. I'm already losing Donnie, I can't lose his trust too. If I do, he might uninstall me.

"Not on my watch, laser brains!" I say as I close the doors to the lab. The bionic kids aren't allowed upstairs, let alone out of the house.

"Aw shoot." Adam says. "We forgot about Davenport's creepy computer."

"I thought it was just in the living room!" Leo says.

"Nope! I'm everywhere." I pop up on six more monitors. I love the scared look on all of their faces.

"In my shower?" Leo asks.

"Yep. And by the way, nothing needs to be that clean, sport-o." I say, referring to his shower earlier that day.

"Ok, we need to turn that thing off." Leo says. Luckily for him, I don't turn off.

"Never gonna happen, ok?" Chase explains. As Adam approaches me. "Eddy is an incredibly complex and sophisticated piece of machinery. It would take years before-" Suddenly, my wires are pulled and I go black. I've lost Donnie's trust, and I've lost Donnie.
