As Sakura proceeded to run towards Naruto, there was a pause. Naruto froze and then red chakra started forming around Naruto.
"I'm afraid I can't allow you to do that." Kyuubi said to Naruto. "If you die. Then I will too." Kyuubi continued.
Sakura paused. Never had she ever seen her teammate become like this.
Suddenly. The cloak of red chakra around Naruto started to fade away. As Naruto's tears started to dry aswell.
"Don't die." Kyuubi said to him.
Naruto looked around, at that moment he saw Sakura gazing at him. Sakura then snapped out of her daydream. And started walking towards Naruto.
As Naruto began to back up a little he bumped into a tree.
"How could you do this to me?" Sakura asked.
"You told me to yourself.. you said I was nothing more than just a stupid demon fox." Naruto replied, heartbroken. And sad.
"I made the mistake. Of saying all those hurtful things to you." Sakura was practically begging for him. "Naruto, I love you. Don't kill yourself!"
"Huh?" Naruto looked at Sakura. Noticing how she took him by surprise.
"Naruto, is it too late now. To say I'm sorry?.. I was so dumb to like Sasuke!" Sakura got closer to Naruto.
Naruto intently moved a little closer. That's when Sakura pulled him closer and kissed him.
