Ch 4 Hidden Hazards
Last time on Cartoon Drama Revenge of the Island we had a good old fashioned rumble. Each team got to pick two fighters then I randomly gave them two more. While things looked bad for the Beetles at first Garnet dominated the fight and almost won until Brick took her out. Luckily Cow's Spanish "friend" Super Cow was able to step in and win the challenge. Pearl was the poor loser who went home due to Amethyst's alliance. Who will be our next loser? Early morning before the other contents were awake Amethyst decided to have a talk with her alliance members. She was mad about how the votes had turned out last elimination.
"What happened you guys. I said we were going to vote for Pearl. She ended up leaving but she only got two votes. I want to know which one of you didn't vote for Pearl." Amethyst said annoyed with what had happened.
"I didn't vote for Pearl." Both Brick and Lalavava said at the same time.
"Seriously neither one of you voted for Pearl. Then who did you vote for?" Amethyst asked wondering where their vote went.
"I voted for him." Lalavava said pointing at Brick.
"I voted for her." Brick said pointing at Lalavava almost at the same time.
"You voted for each other. Why? Do I need to remind you that we are supposed to be in an alliance together?" Amethyst asked very irritated with them.
"I voted for him because he's an idiot who lost the challenge for us. He also doesn't know anything about girls and messing with him simply isn't as fun as it once was." Lalavava said explaining herself.
"Well I voted for her because I'm tired of her messing with my head and sending me mixed signals. I'd rather get rid of her than try and be friends now." Brick told Amethyst.
"Well it's clear you guys have issues so work them out. Lalavava it's your turn to choose who to eliminate. Just know that I'm not going to vote for Steven." Amethyst said. She then left fed up with her alliance members.
"So if she doesn't want to vote off her little friend I guess we can vote off Mojo. Or maybe I can finally get rid of you." Lalavava told Brick.
"Lala I'm sorry I voted for you, and I never apologize, especially not to girls but I'm tired of whatever game your playing. Can we just be on good terms with each other?" Brick asked her tired of having to deal with her attitude and wanting to reach a compromise.
"I'll think about it. After all I have a lot to think about. Especially if we lose." Lalavava said before heading back to her cabin. As Brick was about to leave he was approached by Rigby.
"Hey Brick I needed to talk to you about some things." Rigby said smiling evilly.
"What do you want? Can't you see I'm busy?" Brick asked him annoyed
"It's just that I know all about your little alliance. I want you to vote for Steven or I tell the others about this." Rigby said bargaining with him. In response Brick started laughing.
"I don't care if the others find out. Besides your bothering the wrong person. It's Lala's turn to pick and Amethyst already made it clear she wouldn't vote for him. Why do you even want that kid gone? He's not a threat." Brick told Rigby still laughing.
"The Crystal gems will stick together when the merge comes. If we lose I'll try to get rid of Garnet, but if you lose then Steven has to go. We have to split them up before they team up against us." Rigby told Brick. Before Brick could respond Chris announced that the challenge was about to begin.

"I couldn't have chosen worse partners for this alliance. Seriously voting for each other. At least Pearl is gone so I don't have to worry about her nagging me." Amethyst said annoyed.
"You know I'm glad that Rigby and I have decided to be friends. Our team will be much more efficient this way." Princess Bubblegum said smiling.
"The rodent might make a good point about having to get rid of the Crystal gems but Steven still isn't a threat." Brick said thinking aloud.
"We won last challenge thus supporting my hypothesis that our team was superior except for a few minor issues. I'm confident we will continue to succeed over the others." I.M. Weasel mused to himself.

"Alright now that you're all here we can begin today's challenge. Each team will have to find the animal that their team is named after, so that would be a nuclear narwhal and a Bio-hazard beetle. The first team to return here with their animal will be the winner." Chris explained to the teams.
"How is that fair. We need to find a rare animal and their animal is so common." Amethyst complained to Chris.
"That's very true. I guess you better get started then." Chris said laughing as he left them to search.
[Nuclear Narwhals]
"Our best bet would be to search by the water. It's the only place that a narwhal could be kept." Amethyst told her team.
"You forget these are not normal animals. Perhaps they could have changed and evolved due to the fact they are mutated. Therefore I suggest we split into teams to increase our search radius. It is the most logical move." Mojo said. They then split up. Steven went with Amethyst, Brick went with Lalavava and Mojo was on his own. While they were split up the Biohazard Beetles were coming up with a strategy of their own.
[Biohazard Beetles]
"Were finding a beetle. How hard can that honesty be? I mean I'm pretty sure the cabins are full of them." Rigby said not seeing what was so hard about it.
"Even so we shouldn't get overconfident. I suggest we separate into teams and search in the most likely areas. Rigby you and Princess Bubblegum go check the cabins. Garnet you and Cow can check the restrooms. As for myself I'll take the dangerous task of searching in Chef's kitchen." I.M. Weasel told the team. They agreed and swiftly broke off.

I was going to suggest we stick together but Rigby is right were looking for a Beetle while the others need to find a Narwhal we've got this." Princess Bubblegum said smiling

Amethyst and Steven were searching when Amethyst noticed that Steven was looking really sad.
"Hey Steven what's bugging you? You're usually the energy of this team but today you seem out of it." Amethyst asked Steven wondering what was upsetting him.
"I'm just bummed out that Pearl was eliminated. We were doing so great too." Steven said glumly.
"It's ok Steven. Look I know Mojo was the reason Pearl was eliminated. He just couldn't stand having someone smarter than him here. I should be able to get either Lalavava or Brick to vote with us, then he'll be gone." Amethyst told Steven hoping that he would cheer up. Brick and Lalavava though were nearby and heard them.
"I haven't officially decided on eliminating Mojo. I told her we would be equals yet she's deciding for me what to do." Lalavava said angrily.
"She probably just assumed you'd pick him since she won't vote for Steven." Brick told her.
"Well I've made up my mind. Come on Brick it's obvious we won't win today so we've got a deal with a monkey." Lalavava said before dragging Brick with her.

"Amethyst will regret trying to use me like she did. If she doesn't want her friend gone then I can find a nice substitute." Lalavava said smirking.

After spending hours of searching Rigby and Princess Bubblegum met up with Garnet and Cow.
"Why can't we find a dumb beetle anywhere on this island." Rigby yelled frustrated.
"Calm down we will figure something out. Has anyone herd from I.M. Weasel yet?" Garnet asked calmly.
"I think that Mr. Weasel is still in the kitchen. I hope he's fine." Cow said worried.
"No need to worry Cow I'm not only fine but I have acquired the beetle. Be careful though it is heavily radiated." I.M. Weasel said as he approached them with a beetle trapped in a lead box. They quickly rushed over to Chris where he announced them the winners. As the Nuclear Narwhals were heading to vote Brick and Lalavava stopped Mojo Jojo along the way.
"Listen to me Mojo you are going to vote for exactly who I tell you to because if you don't it is guaranteed you're leaving." Lalavava told him while staring him down menacingly. Mojo shook her hand while trying his best to look calm.

"It's obvious that Lalavava wants Mojo eliminated she has basically no other choice." Amethyst said.
"This had better work because if those two lied then they will feel the wrath of Mojo Jojo." Mojo said but getting cut off before he could continue monologuing.
"This won't bring Pearl back but at least you won't be here." Steven said sadly.
"This had better work because if that idiotic monkey messes up he's out. Then Amethyst won't need Brick or me anymore." Lalavava yelled angrily.

"Well I can't say I didn't expect to see you all here again. Same as before if I don't call your name your out. So safe without any votes is Brick, Lalavava and Steven. Now we have one vote for Mojo. Another vote for Mojo. One vote for Amethyst. Another vote for Amethyst. The last vote goes to

Amethyst. Sorry but you are out." Chris told her laughing.
"This wasn't supposed to happen. How did you two mess up again?" Amethyst angrily asked Brick and Lalavava.
"We didn't mess up. I wanted you out and it worked." Lalavava told her snidely.
"That was pretty unexpected. How will things turn out now? Will Steven last long being the only gem left on his team. Will the Narwhals ever win again? Find out next time on Cartoon Drama Revenge of the Island." Chris said signing off the episode.
