So I got a request for one I thought was a really good idea and here it is: Merlin destroying a door. I hope I did it justice. (and just pretend the knights/Arthur/everyone know about his magic in this one)
"We can't move it!"
A deadly calm voice cut through their desperation.
"Get out of my way."
The knights looked back, saw something in his face, and moved. Merlin raised a hand and his eyes flashed.
The heavy stone door exploded inwards, throwing dust in the air and crashing through the halls.
Merlin strode through the ruins and lifted a hand to his left without looking. There was a cry as the knights streamed into the room, then a flash of light.
"How did you get past the door?" a harsh voice demanded.
Merlin stopped.
"It was in my way."
A/N: a little backstory: Arthur was trapped inside the room by some sorcerer, who had spelled the door to avoid anyone interrupting him while he did something awful to Arthur. Merlin, of course, can't be held back by a little spell.
