Months had passed since the Carsons had returned from the Underland. Grace had planned to move the family to Virginia as soon as they returned, but Laura, her Mother, was in the hospital and not fit to travel; and so they remained in New York.
Gregor decided that he could never return to the Underland, because Grace would be devastated, and he feared that if he returned more people would get hurt, and that was something he wouldn't allow if he could help it. So he gave up his dreams of seeing Luxa again, of being at her side until the end of their days. He believed that those dreams could never come true, but that changed one night at 9:41 when someone knocked on the apartment door.
Ok so I decided to post tonight instead of waiting for tomorrow. Comment and tell me which story you think will be more interesting.
