Hey guys. OMG The anniversary of this fanfic is tomorrow! (10/30) O.O I cannot believe we got this far already. Well here's the long awaited update! :D

Dani's POV

"How could he do this to me? I trusted him and he betrayed me like that. Why did he try to kill Danny? Just because he's Phantom doesn't give a reason to kill. I hate that Jared used me like this. He blew his chance with me the second he tried to kill my cousin." I thought to myself while flying across town to Danny's house.

I got to the house and turned back into my human half. You know now that I sit down and think about it, these powers are somewhat weird. How is it that I'm alive and dead at the same time? I mean I can transform and look like a ghost and then back to human. I can't believe it took my parents dying for me to get these weird powers. I can't believe that Dan person did it. I hope Danny doesn't become him. It's scary to think about… Also he knew my name and things about me. How the hell did he get that information? I wasn't that known since I was home-schooled and I barely left my house. I only knew Danny from my parents. They told me all about him and Jazz. Sadly, I never met her… I wish that my parents weren't so busy so they could've brought me over for a visit. It's just sad that I know my cousin after their death.

"Danielle." A ghostly voice said.

I looked around. If there was a ghost my ghost sense would've went off.

"Danielle." The voice said again.

After I heard the voice, I also heard thunder and saw lightning. I quickly looked around.

"W-Who's there?" I asked to an empty house.

No answer.

"H-Hello?" I asked expecting an answer.

I think I'm going crazy… Hearing noises that aren't there. I looked around one last time. I saw noting. Before I knew it, I felt someone stick something in me and all I saw was blackness. I could've sworn I saw an orange haired kid before I went down.

Jared's POV

"I'm so stupid! I ruined all my chances with Danielle. Just because of one stupid mistake on my part, I ruined everything. I'm supposed to protect her and yet I almost killed her." I thought to myself while I flew in the rain.

It's not like I meant to try and kill her or anything it's just Phantom made me so mad! I just wish I knew beforehand then I wouldn't have tried to kill him. Even though I just saw her, I miss her like crazy. I miss her black long hair, her baby blue eyes, and her nice but sometimes cocky attitude. Why didn't Clockwork tell me about Danny? Maybe I would've stopped myself if he had.

I finally got to my house and let myself in. My stepparents wouldn't be home for another hour. Yes, I say stepparents because I'm not really their son. They know it and still welcomed me into their home. Clockwork gave me away when I was younger. He gave me my real name. My real name is River Casway. [1] I chose a new name so I could be undercover in the human world. I came up with my first name since it's a popular name and my stepparents had this last name. I haven't used my real name in years, but maybe I just might. My stepparents had a daughter named Amelia. She was a few months older than me and would always rub it in my face. My stepparents raised me since Clockwork couldn't. You know I think I might just start to use my real name and start to use my time powers more.

"River." I heard a voice say.

"Alright who are you and how do you know that name?" I angrily asked.

"River…" I heard that same ghostly voice say again.

Ok River get a hold of yourself it's probably Ammie trying to scare me again. I looked at where she might be. I didn't see her but I could feel someone latch onto me. I could feel someone poke something into my side. I only stay up long enough to see an orange hair kid laugh.

Danny's POV

I flew as quickly as I could back to my house. I hate to say it but I think Danielle might hurt someone. She looked mad enough. I got to the house in record time and looked around. She wasn't here. I could've sworn I saw her come here… I ran down to the lab and grabbed the Fenton boomerang. If it could lock on to my ecto-signature then maybe it could lock onto Danielle's. I was about to throw it until my cell phone rang. I saw the caller ID and saw it was the Froot Loop. As soon as I picked it up, he started screaming at me.

"Daniel why did you and Danielle run off like that?" He asked.

"Whoops… forgot about you. Um we have a problem. I can't find Danielle anywhere and I could've sworn she was here." I said calmly.

"Where are you?" He asked.

"At my house. I was going to use the Fenton Boomerang to try and find her." I said.

"Don't throw that stupidly named tracking device till I get there Daniel. This might be a problem that we'll have to work together on." He explained.

"Fine. Hurry your butt over here Froot Loop." I said before ending the call.

Dani's POV

I quickly shot my eyes open and looked around. I was in a cage and it looked like someone else was in here. It looked like a kid with brown hair. I could barely tell who it was since it was very dark in here. I was wet like in a basement after it rains.

"Danielle?" I heard a voice say.

"Oh crap you're here to?" I angrily asked.

"I know I know you're mad at me but can we please start over? I'm sorry… I never meant to hurt you in any way! I'll even let you call me by my real name!" He said.

"Wait you mean to tell me Jared isn't your real name?" I asked shockingly.

"No River is my real name. I used Jared as an undercover name." He said.

"And now you tell me. Ugh. Just help me get out of here." I said.

"You aren't going anywhere." A deep voice said shocking us both.

[1] Why did I change Jared's name? Well the person I based that character off is being a total douche to me so he doesn't deserve a place in here anymore. That name is a combination of two OCs I have in other stories I make.

That is where I'm ending this chapter! I'm sorry for the cliffy! I'll try to update more since I got this done in less than an hour… XD Did you guys enjoy the plot twist? Who's the person who captured Dani and River? (Aka Jared) I gave some hints in here. They have orange hair. They have also been mentioned in a previous chapter. First one who guesses right will get a virtual cookie! XD
