This chapter will take place around Thanksgiving.
Melody's POV.
Greg and I had dated for around five months and Lidia loved having him around. It was around Thanksgiving so Sara and I were talking about how many people were going to be at her and Nick's house.
Adding everybody we had a grand total of eighteen. I wrote a list to make sure we had everyone. The list consisted of these people.
Greg, Lidia, Tom (my brother), Alicia (my oldest niece), Lucia (my youngest niece), Tommy (my nephew), Sara, Nick, Catherine, Grissom, Lindsey, Mrs. Grissom, Lily, Warrick, Jim, Dave, Doc Robbins, and myself.
It was a long list Sara and I knew we were going to be in for along few weeks. Then all we had to do was figure out who was sitting by who.
Sara thought for a while and after an hour we figured it out. Brass would sit at the head of the to his right would be Myself, Lidia, Greg, Sara, Nick, Warrick, Dave, and Doc Robbins. To his left would be Tommy, Tom, Lucia, Alicia, Lindsey, Lily, Catherine, and Mrs. Grissom. Grissom was sitting at the other end of the table.
After we figured out sitting arrangements we still had a menu to plan. That also took almost an hour finally we settled on one that would please everyone including the three vegetarians one being my youngest niece.
That list was made up of turkey, gravy, cornbread, tomato soup, baked beans, mashed potatoes, sweet tea, and pound cake. It wasn't a long list but that just made it easier on everyone. When we finished planning and we got to work.
