A/N: Here we are guys. The final chapter. I will have to say. It was a lot of fun writing this. But it's not over yet. Let's finish this off, with the aftermath of WrestleMania 31.
Chapter 13: The Next Day...
Social media has been buzzing over WrestleMania last night. Starting with the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The likes of legends like The Bushwhackers, Alundra Blayze, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Nash, and Macho Man Randy Savage being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, as well as WWE Superfan, and cancer patient, 8 year old, Connor "The Crusher" Michalek, being honored at the ceremony with the Warrior Award. The top three highlights were for Kevin Nash, Connor "The Crusher", and the Macho Man.
Following up on Sunday where more buzz generated at the Showcase of the Immortals, WrestleMania 31. Starting with Daniel Bryan winning against six other superstar, including Bad News Barrett in a Ladder Match to become the New WWE Intercontinental Champion. John Cena manages to pick up a win over the Bulgarian Brute, Rusev. Because of this win over the U.S. Champion, John Cena snaps Rusev's undefeated streak, and won back the WWE United States Championship, not only for him, but for the United States of America. Sting and Triple H had an unforgettable match. The Cerebral Assassin Triple H, facing off against the Icon of the now defunct WCW, Sting, a dream match that came true. In the end, Triple H won and angered the crowd. Bray Wyatt faced off against the Deadman, The Undertaker, despite people saying that he will never wrestle again. The two faces of darkness and possibly evil, tore the house down with The Undertaker pinning Bray Wyatt and winning the match. Finally, there was the main event, Brock Lesnar facing off against Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. It was a bloody match for all of WrestleMania History, but in the end, Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contact, entered himself into the match and won the match and the WWE World title.
However, all what happened at WrestleMania didn't matter because fans were buzzing over the Musical guest stars. No not Skylar Grey or Kid Ink. All the fans were loving the performance of Grojband. Their concert was so unforgettable, a WWE fan recorded them and posted the video on YouTube, where it went viral, garnering 500,000 views and 80,200 likes. People on Twitter were blowing up saying the same question: Who is Grojband? Not only in the United States, but all over the world have been saying who the band out of nowhere is.
At Corey's house, Grojband looks at all the comments they received and have giant smiles on their faces over their newly created international fanbase.
Laney: Wow Corey, were world famous!
Kon: Yeah, this is awesome!
Corey: It is awesome...
The room grows a bit dim and a spotlight shines over Corey as he gives a final monologue.
Corey : We may have achieved international fame, and we may have performed at WrestleMania, but all that doesn't matter when you're with your friends. And I'm glad to be with my two best friends right here, right now.
Laney, Kin, and Kon smile wide smiles as Corey compliments them. The spotlight fades away and the room returns to its normal lighting.
Laney: although it was awesome to perform at WrestleMania, right?
Corey: Oh yeah! Thanks for...
But Corey gets interrupted as Trina slams the door open and walks in with an angry expression on her face. She's also covered in dirt and grass.
Corey: Trina... are you...?
Trina: Don't talk to me!
She walks up the stairs and yells out loud.
Trina: MINA! SET UP A BATH FOR ME! NOW!
Laney: What's her problem?
Corey only shrugs his shoulders and reaches towards the sky
Corey: Thanks for coming out everybody!
He closes the garage door, effectively ending yet another adventure for Grojband.
