To those who have been following this story, please allow me to apologize for the extreme lack of posting chapters. I am not super great at this, and every time I tried to write I wasn't happy enough, so I thought "hey why not get some inspiration from other fan fic's?" That turned out to be not such a great idea for me because all of a sudden I was reading and reading and reading, instead of writing. I am so easily distracted. Then the dark cloud of self doubt entered my head, and if you have ever had that dark cloud over your head, it's not fun. I don't know how many times I have said it, but to those who write and post chapters every week I take my hat off to you. And now without further ado, I humbly welcome you to read the 5th chapter.

BPOV

Dinner went as normal with Charlie who seemed shocked but not surprised that Jake was over for tea. "Everything ok with you and Jake now Bells?" he asked while I was stacking the dishwasher, "Yeah Dad everything is cool, just a little misunderstanding but it's good to have my best friend back" I replied and looked up at him and gave him a reassuring smile. Not long after dinner Charlie got a phone call and had to go back to station for an emergency but not before him telling me to lock the doors when Jake goes home like I am a child he left us to hang out in my house. He closed the door before he saw me rolling my eyes, but Jake saw. "You know he is only looking after you, you have no idea what is out there" Jake said sternly. "I think seeing you wolf out it's pretty clear to know what is out there going bump in the night" I chuckled and I saw Jake give a wide grin.

This is what I have missed, the light banter that we shared. I start to think more about the fact that Jake is now part of the supernatural world and that would mean there is more, and if there is more than its starting to become clear who the others are. Wolves are a pack animal in the wild so it would be safe to assume that supernatural wolves would have a pack and I have a pretty good idea as all the pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall into place. I am starting to get a very clear picture

"I have questions" I turn to Jake "Shoot" he replies flopping back on the couch. "Ok here I go, so just give me a minute to lay all the card on the table, you are supernatural wolf, and I can bet my job that it is safe to assume that you aren't the only one because wolves are a pack animal there is never just a lone wolf. Well at least that is what I have read. And up until 3 months ago you would turn your nose up at Sam, Jared & Paul saying something along the lines that they were watching you and it was freaking you out and now you are always with them so I reckon that you are in their pack." I didn't even realized that I have started to pace, I glance over and see Jake so bugged eyed that if they get any bigger they are going to pop out. "And from what I have read from the books that I have put away in the store, packs have alpha's and you would have one too, someone who ranks higher and keeps everyone in order. Which is probably why you stumbled on a few of your words earlier when you were asking me to remember the stories, you weren't allowed to tell anyone about this. Cause let's face it who would believe you and if someone did hear about this I am sorry you have earned yourself a one way ticket to the funny farm." I am still pacing back and forth about to unleash another dose of word vomit when I heard a deep voice that I know isn't Jake's

"I think you might need to sit down and allow us to explain." Two blokes standing in my doorway wearing only denim cut off shorts one who I recognized as Paul, the other one I am not sure who he is, but from the way he is holding himself it doesn't take much for me to realize that he is their Alpha.
