Chapter 10: It's Time to Party

"So are we clear on where you are going?" Meigui asked, earning a nod from each and every girl.
"It is a sound plan, but will the enemy fall for it?" Aveline asked.
Meigui shook her head, "If it is repeated, but then again our enemy is Sima Yi. He'll know what's going on after the first or second strategy so we must be extremely careful. He will underestimate us because he still thinks that we are nothing but woman." Sh explains, earning an odd look from Sophitia.
"Are women treated this differently in you countries? That's sexist." She asked, earning herself a nod from the woman in black.
"I completely agree with you. The first strategy will catch him off guard, but he'll suspect more will come and probably read through them all-," she paused before chuckling, "-so let's give them a taste of what the Black Parade can do."
"Understood!" Everyone said in unison before Meigui gave the order.
"Move out!"

With that signal, each and every female officer advanced together towards their escape points through the valley.
Meigui took out a silver pocket watch from her underneath her clothes on her breast as she watched the clock ticking, Just a bit more. She thought.
Nikky was controlling her, so she wouldn't know what she was doing but waiting for the enemy was also essential to her plans.
"Creator, can you hear me?" She asked.
Nikky responded, but she sounds flustered, "C-creator!? Don't call me that! I-it sounds like I'm your master or something which I don't like! Call me by my name, Meigui!"
The woman chuckled. She never changed. Of course, she knew Nikky like the back of her hand. She played with her three times and each and every time it was similar, but different at the same time.
"Alright then, Nikky. The condition said that you have to control me, but it didn't say about me giving you advice on what my plans are." She said.
Nikky stopped her so she was not moving at all, "So what's the plan since you gave us pretty much next to nothing?"
"Run, run as slow as possible." Was her response. Nikky seemed confused until she saw that the enemies had entered the battlefield.
"Are we gonna fight them?" She asked her, totally confused by her advice.
The woman chuckled, "Think of it this way then. In a valley, rain, narrow space-," she paused as she lets her continue.
"-landslide..." Nikky said, almost in a whisper.
"Impressive, but I see no people standing on the cliffs." Taigong Wang critiqued, seeing that no one was going to execute the plan.
Meigui chuckled, "There are no one that makes the landslide. Let nature takes its time." She explained.
She heard a small gasp, "Natural disasters... But the timing must be right, so you mustn't fail." Susano'o said, finally realizing her plan was.
She heard Nikky gulped but felt determined as she turned back to see that the Demon army were approaching.
"Run." Meigui said, causing Nikky to control her as they ran away from the place. The Demon army were gaining up on them, fast.
Meigui took a glance behind. They were almost at the exact point where the land slide will occur. She looked up to see the earth was slowly eroding away and fell down.
Just a bit more... She thought, hoping that the enemy just arrived in town for the party.
Meigui, however, was slow. Extremely slow. That was her only weakness, but what she lacks in speed, she makes up for it in her strength to fight and her mind to think.
Looking behind once more, the landslide was almost ready. The enemy was just right on top of the point. She looked at her clock and smirked.
"Commence Operation: Mother Nature in three..." A single peddle was separated from the earth above.
"Two..." The peddle rolled down the cliff like it had no care in the world.
"One..." The peddle landed in front of the cavalry.
An earthquake started as the mud and rocks from above fell and rolled down to the cavalry below as they screamed in terror at what would've become of them. Buried underneath the earth. Sima Yi stopped his horse and cursed.
Meigui smirked, looking back at the rather high mud wall Mother Nature created, "Mother Nature is completed, now onto the next one and where the real battle commences."
With Sima Yi
"A landslide... I should've known that they'd prepared a strategy or two." The former Wei strategist said, cursing at his own stupidity but nope. He'll know what to expect next.
He could only guess that they'd set up even more traps somewhere, but first of all, he had to think of a way to overcome the landslides. The only solution, however, going the climbable cliff on the right side.
"We have to leave our horses and climb up, it's the only way but be prepared." He ordered the troops as they all obeyed his command and began to jump up the wall.
Siam Yi unmounted his horse carefully, not before scanning the area for more hidden obstacles before slowly going towards the cliff.
He did, however, heard explosions on top. He paused his tracks, and looked up to see that explosives were set on top of that cliff.
She's better than I expected... He thought before he noticed something underneath a vine plant on the left.
He slowly approached it, but before he could at least investigate, be heard a loud crash from behind him.
The former Wei-strategist looked back to see Gyūki who had destroyed the large boulders away with his large club.
They will be able to advance, but due to the unstable ground, they'd still have to leave their horses.
The army moved, ignoring the pleas of help and the injured on the ground. Trampling them against the cold reality of the ground. They will capture the Black Parade, dead or alive.
With Nikky
"Not bad, but now Sima Yi is cautious. What will she do now?" Nobuyuki wondered to himself, watching the screen as the girls reached a place where there were three paths for them to take. The main road in the middle or the two cliffs on either side of the valley.
Meigui was the last one to arrive with her horse. Looking behind, she calculated her plans in her head.
"I dunno, but she is much smarter than she looks. I'm glad she is our ally." Shennong said. I nodded my head as we listened to what Meigui has to say about the next strategy.
"Next one should be a bit tricky. We need to through the main road, not the cliffs as they are dead-ends, those giant arbalest machines are in the way." Meigui said.
"But you said you set up traps everywhere, how are we going to pass all of them if you don't tell us what they are?" Ina asked, slightly glaring at her.
Trying to calm her down, Meigui said, "Easy. The enemies are out of sight so this is the perfect opportunity. Girls!" She yelled out to the distance.
Almost instantly from the shadows, the Knights appeared as they grabbed something from the ground and pulled it to reveal several strings in a line on the main road.
"Follow the strings and don't even think of moving away from them. Hurry! We have no time!" Meigui ordered everyone as they followed her ordered.
She looked behind, they were gaining. The female warriors were across the road safely. I carefully controlled her to be directly on top of the string as Meigui ordered her troops to disappear to pull away the strings.
"So... Run straight?" I asked, earning myself a nod from her. I gulped as I tilted the analog, just ignore everything and run straight and don't think of moving away from the line she said! Easier said than done!
"Are we safe now?" I asked, Meigui shook her head.
"Almost, but not yet. Just a few feet more." Was her response.
I sighed but continued running until she said, "Stop here."
I stopped tilting, "Are we safe now?" I asked.
Meigui turned back once more as the Demon Army finally approached us but still a few distance away. Sima Yi gave her an odd look, he knew that something was going to happen but didn't knew what.
Meigui smirked at him and waved. We don't even know what she's thinking so how the hell do we know!?
"Let's go, we need to prepare our next plan." I nodded my head as I called her horse as she mounted the horse via DW8 style while running.
"What is her plan for that one particular area?" Yukimura asked, I just shrugged. Not knowing what to do.
The screen turns black as a cut screen was playing.
Cutscene
"Halt!" Sima Yi said, looking around the environment for more hidden traps.
"Search the area, make sure to neutralize every suspicious things you find!" He ordered.
The demon army went onto the cliffs, but had not found anything noteworthy but a dead-end... And filled with giant arbalests.
"Sir! The cliffs are filled with arbalests! We can't go through!" One of the soldier reported to him. Sima Yi touched his chin, sensing something was definitely dangerous.
Contemplating on what she could've done, no... He had never seen her in action before. His eyes closed in concentration until he forced them open when he heard a yell from a soldier that fell against the same vine plant on the east.
A cave... Judging by the environment, he had to risk some things in order for them to appear, "Separate into two groups, we'll execute a pincer attack against them." He said before mumbling to himself, "If only I have a map of this place, though..."
"Dodomeki, you will be in charge of the second regime." The strategist ordered as he went inside the cave, followed by half the army.
Dodomeki looked at the road and yelled, "Advance!" But never thought that once he said that, the ground was destroyed once the soldier's foot met the earth.
"UWAAAAAGGGHH!"
The demon looked at the road as a rather large amount was destroyed except for a very thin but strong path across. He looked down to see sharp, pointy metal pieces through the bodies of his dead soldiers.
"Use the bridges! They are strong enough to hold all of you!" He ordered, causing the soldiers to run straight on the bridges.
The Knights then appeared on the other side as they lit a fire from a match and set something underneath the bridges on fire before running away, creating a link of explosives that effectively destroyed the whole bridges easily.
Dodomeki stared at the path to death before looking at the cavern as it seemed like it was the only way for them to due to the fact that the road became inaccessible. He had already lost 20% of his troops too.
With the team
"Holy crap, there was a hole there?" Ina said as I informed the squads of what happened.
"She took out 40% of the enemies whole numbers which is 50000 troops so that means we reduced their numbers to 30000. All in three strategies." Tamamo no Mae responded, already impressed by the woman clad in black.
But what were they gonna do!? They're inside the cave now! How will they react to that? Not to mention, comparing both armies; our army only has 5009 people in total! The Orochi Army has 30000! A hand was placed on my shoulder as I looked to to see Raiden.
"Believe in your teammates, kid. They're warriors with experience." I gulped but nodded my head. I'm the only inexperience person that didn't involve myself suddenly to war but only through video games so I know the gist of it.
Numbers were important at some point but Cao Cao proved that quality is better than quantity. Obviously, you all know who has those qualities.
PING!
"Eh? News from Koei Tecmo?" Nobuyuki asked. I was also curious as to why it suddenly came in flying but oh well.
I opened the mail as there it shows Zhao Yun and a lady in purple. Another was a brown haired man looking very.. British.
"I can't read kanji." I said, asking one of the Japanese warriors to read it for me. Yukimura read it as I listened in closely.
"It says here that they're releasing a new game called Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden. It's an RPG strategy game featuring Zhao Yun and his childhood friend, Lei Bin who is voiced by Makoto Fu-,"
"MAKOTO FURUKAWA!? OH MY GOD ITS SAITAMA AND PURI-PURI-PRISONER! ITS FUCKING ONE PUNCH MAN AAAAAHHHHH!"
Everyone could only stare at me as I fangirled so hard while jumping up and down and screaming all so loudly!
Oh my god! It's Saitama! I'm a big fan of One Punch Man and I instantly fell in love with Saitama when he showed his serious side like, oh god... He's a sexy beast! Look that them muscles and look at his face and body given by the Ancient Greek gods themselves!
"Oh for heaven's sake, stop fangirling over that!" Raiden said but I couldn't contain my excitement because it's fucking ONE PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNCCCCCCHHHHHH!
"Hey, Nikky?" We all heard Zhao Yun's voice as he listened carefully for his message, "I found these... Two people near Changshan. Do you know them?"
Taigong Wang spat his water before he was attacked with a coughing fit as Shennong patted his back to help ease his pain.
"Is one of them a girl and one of them a man?"
"Yes."
"Green clad man with glasses and a riffle?"
"Yes."
"Pink haired woman that looks a bit like a child with otherworldly purple clothing?"
"Yes."
"Did the woman bestowed upon you a strange power?"
"... Yes?"
"And the man proclaimed to be your best friend?"
"... How did you know that?"
I chuckled as I switched the screen to find Zhao Yun a little be away from the two as they waited for him patiently while he talked to us, "Well Cloudy, meet your new best friend Lei Bin and a mystical woman that's sealed within an ice crystal Li Xia."
We saw in the TV that Zhao Yun paused his walk, looking at the sky with an odd expression. A mixture of confusion and shock, well I can't exactly blame him since there's two odd people there.
"Hey kid, you might want to look at this." I heard Raiden said before the screen changed once more.
Eh? The girls were also in the caves, but why? The enemy's in there! And the seemed to be waiting! What? And not to mention: IT'S TOO DARK I CANT SEE A FUCKING THING!
With the gang
"This is where we split up into smaller teams. In charge of Squad 1 is me and it'll contain Tamamo-no-Mae and Rachel. Squad 2 will have Lu Lingqi in charge, Ina and Sophitia. Aveline and Joan will help Meigui with her next strategies. Is that understood?" Ginchiyo asked the group as she earned herself the nods of the gang.
"Move out!" Meigui ordered, causing the teams to be split off from the main group. She sighed before looking at both of her teammates.
"This time, it's an assassination. The darkness of the cave will help with our stealth. This shouldn't be a problem for you and I, Aveline." She looked at the woman who nodded her head.
"But what will I do then?" Joan asked, confused to what she would be doing. She wasn't fast and stealthy like the two of them were so she didn't understood why she was chosen to be in the group.
The saint stopped when she heard something and looked around, but no one was there. She heard a voice... But what was it saying?
Enemy...
Closer...
Run...
Run away...
Closer...
So close...
Meigui smirked when she saw her expression, "This is your job, Joan. You will be our... Scout of sorts. Your ability to hear the dead and with our codec-like communication, we can assassinate the enemy easily. We need you to guide us- all of us, within the darkness." She explained, earning a surprised expression from both Aveline and Joan.
"How did you know about my ability?" She asked suspiciously. It seemed that the woman in front of them was a very resourceful person.
The white haired warrior chuckled, "I know a lot of things, but first we must find our way within the darkness. I may also need to warn you that this cave is filled with ledges that are perfect for.. Parkour."
The woman looked at the assassin who raised her eyebrow for a moment, "But Aveline, we are not aiming to defeat the key figure which is Sima Yi."
"And why is that? Wouldn't the battle be over with him gone?" The assassin asked curiously, not knowing why she preferred to spare his life.
"Mostly because we will need him as an ally in the future, we need everyone if we are to obtain our goal of saving Orochi from his demise." She took a breath before she grabbed both of their hands and by some way, managed to hide themselves behind a large rock while the Demon Army came rushing in with torches.
"Not to mention, by defeating lower officers more, he will feel pressured by the burden. I aim to take advantage of that." She whispered to the both of them.
"But you said Sima Yi is a strong opponent to beat, especially in the battle of the minds. How are we going to use his ego against himself?" Aveline countered back. Joan was also interested to hear what she had in plan to defeat him.
Meigui, however, wasn't giving them a full answer, "I have a couple of recruits with me here that are pretty good in assassination missions."
With a snap of a hand, from the darkness emerged three people. A bald man in a black suit with the number 47 behind his head, a brunet wearing a blue-greenish t-shirt and a saddle-like belt with a grappling hook on his side and another brunet wearing a blue, skintight uniform with guns all over his body.
Joan widened her eyes when she saw who they were as Meigui just smirked, "This battle isn't about retreating at all."
With the gang
"Are they who I think they are?" I asked to everyone who could only nod their heads.
"So Snakes' here too?" Raiden questioned as he saw a familiar face from a long, long time ago.
Well, he was dead before he was turned into a more advanced cyborg but yeah I guess. Seriously though... Nathan Drake from the Uncharted Series, Snake from Metal Gear, No. 47 from the Hitman series.
Interesting, so one of the sibling is here. Ironically, all of the games that I've played that contains stealth but I turned it into action... Just fucking great.
"Oh, we're getting new and strong allies here. A group of assassins. Master assassins actually." Susano'o commented. I just nodded my head.
"Minus Nathan. Sometimes he sucked, sometimes he's good," I said.
"Wait... If she said that it isn't about retreating back to base, but rather to defeat Sima Yi and not retreating at all with so few numbers." Shennong commented. I had to agree that retreating isn't my style of battle.
"Of course... She had to take your way. You also hate retreating from a battle unless you work under someone huh?" Nobuyuki said to me. I just chuckled. I do hate retreating. When I had to retreat, to aim to take the enemies along with me. Especially key figures before making my escape.
"She's like you, but at the same time she's not. Her way of thinking is quite unique, but she understands her limit due to her experience in war." Yukimura said, looking at the screen where the plan was beginning to take action.
I tapped my foot, the Playstation heavy on my back, fingers right on top of buttons but not really to touching them.
We carefully watched the group as Meigui began to speak.
Cutscene
"Where did you even find them?" Joan asked, confused as to why there were many great names were gathered in one space.
Meigui just shrugged, "Most of the time I found them walking around not knowing what to do after they got sucked into this world. Mr. Break here-,"
"Hey, I take that as an insult, lady." He said. Meigui just scuffed.
"Then tell me, why do every single thing always breaks when you touch them? Remember the time when you were near the Chapel of Saint Dismas where you almost fall to your deaths and you broke the bridge on your way to Libertalia? Or the fact that you always get into trouble with the wrong people and cause massive destruction which also leads to the fact that you almost died? I could write a while book of all the things you broke." She rose her eyebrow at him as he just looked like he was trying to be innocent.
"Well, I do have a knack for it but that doesn't mean you can just throw insults at me right, sweet cheeks?"
Meigui rolled her eyes at the nickname the older man gave her, "Careful, Break. You have a wife and kid already. Anyway, he was in trouble with some of Orochis' men when he were escaping the chapel so I decide to help him out." She explained.
"No. 47 and Snake here decided to do a mission to assassin Orochi but they were caught and were almost captured until I intervened." She pointed towards the bald man and the soldier.
"As for the plan, No. 47 here will be your escort Joan. The rest of us, including the rest of the squad will follow your orders. Nikky should have activated the codec already..." She said as a click was heard.
"That's done and done! So what's next?" She asked. Meigui smiled before looking at Joan.
"Joan," she began, "there will be a special place hidden underneath us, and 47 here knows the entrance and the right way. We need you to go there and pray to the saints before telling us where the enemy is so we can ambush them. Is that understood?"
The brunet nodded her head with a determined expression before looking at her assigned partner, "Shall we go now?" She asked. The man nodded in silence, causing the woman to tense slightly before a chuckle was heard.
"Don't worry about him, Joan. He just likes to stay quiet most of the time, though he can imitate other people's personality in order to assassinate the target. Just get use to his monotone, emotionless voice if he ever speaks ok?" Nikky warned her.
Meigui just chuckled as she watched Joan being escorted away from them as she looked at Nathan, Aveline and Snake respectively, "You guys know the danger right? If we get spotted, we fail immediately due to the fact that it will alert the enemies of our positions." The white haired woman said as everyone nodded.
"We are soldiers made to kill in the dark. We must prioritize the mission first." Snake said, already preparing a MK23 SOCOM with a suppressor. Meigui also noticed the almost unlimited amount of weapons somewhere hidden beneath those clothes as she saw some riffles attached on to his back.
The French-African assassin blinked, "You do realize that we have to face an army right? That handgun will not have enough ammo."
"I agree with the lady here," Nathan said, "even my guns have little to no use so I have to use my hands here."
Snake just looked at them before using his free hand and thumb to point at his blue headband, "The blue bandanna, infinite ammo."
Nathan was blinking like he just witnessed something crazy before he was about to say something until Meigui raised her hand, "Don't. I know what that bandanna means as well and it will give him intimate ammo." She said, laughing before looking up.
"I see..." Nathan started, swaying his words due to hesitation, "But then again, we're all from different universes so to speak so might as well go along with it." He said.
"If that what you say then so beat it." Aveline said, already preparing his hidden weapons as well.
Meigui smirked knowingly, preparing her needles and claws in the dark of night, "It is time to start the operation. Scatter."
Assassins at Xi Liang Cave!
Victory:
1. All officers in the Black Parade reaches escape point.
2. Defeat Sima Yi.
Defeat:
Either officers in the Black Parade Army is spotted or defeated.
Condition to play:
Player plays as Hei Meigui.
Bonus:
Stealthily defeat 50 enemies will unlock one female officer and will join in the battle. Note: must be the player that defeats them.
