The next morning, Seiya slowly opens her eyes as the light from outside peaks through
"Ugh…too bright," however Seiya only stood up and walked onto the balcony smiling with joy.
In her study, Biancha sits in silence as her head nods to a point of almost passing out.
"Dammit…" she whispers. She stands and leaves her room bumping into Seiya.
"Oh, good morning Biancha," she smiles.
"Good morning," Biancha says plainly. Seiya stares at her face noticing the lack of sleep her sister was receiving.
"…you don't look too well are you okay?" she asked. Biancha sighs and shakes her head.
"I am fine, I just did not get much sleep, do not worry," she said. Seiya's expression changes to a frown as she gazes into her sister's eyes.
"Biancha please if something is bothering you tell someone, you'll feel better afterward," she says before returning to her room. Biancha stares at the ground, "Sometime….I will…" she says to herself as she returns to her room and lays he head and face into her pillow. Closing her eyes she struggles to fall asleep, but all her efforts were of no good as she sits up with a sigh, "Dammit…" She pulls her knees up to her chest, crossing her arms over them and resting her head on top.
In her room Seiya sighs and stares at the ground with a frown, "Biancha…." Once more she abandons her room and heads downstairs only to sit on the bottom step in silence. The Phantomhive butler, Sebastian takes notice of her behavior and carefully walks up to her and tapping on her shoulder. Seiya looks up at him with a frown.
"Oh..hello Sebastian.." she says quietly.
"You don't seem quite happy, you just found your family here at the Phantomhive estate," he said.
"I know that and believe me Sebastian I am happy, but this morning Biancha's face….she seemed troubled by something and refuses to say anything,"
"It is her decision, whether or not she decides to speak up," He replies as he pulls out his pocket watch, "Almost time for the young master to arrive for breakfast," he puts it away and looks at her, "Care to join me? You haven't seen the entire estate yet," he says with a smile.
"...thank you Sebastian," she smiles. Sebastian helps her stand and leads her to the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Biancha sits in her position in silence thinking to herself.
'I am the oldest...I must take care of my siblings, as well as everyone else in the manor. It may not be my job, but I am not going to forget them, no matter who they are, if they are working with the Phantomhives...I will not allow them to die. I may have been forgotten after my parents passed away...but it doesn't mean i'll forget them...No Never.'
"Gah! I am so stupid!" she cries slamming her head into the wall.
"I ask myself the stupidest questions...and the sad thing is that I reply to them. Why do I keep talking to myself?!" she sighs, "I need a break," even when saying those words she doesn't move from her position,"...damn"
Just then Lane, knocks on her door. "What is it?"
"Will you be coming downstairs with the others?"
"No...not right now," Lane bows before the door.
"As you wish," he says as he walks down the stairs.
Meanwhile in the kitchen, Seiya watches as Sebastian prepares the tea for everyone, "The young master loves his tea strong, what about you?" he asked.
"It's okay weak or strong," she takes his place and prepares the tea herself.
"Oh..Ms. Seiya please allow me," he says. She shakes her head.
"It's alright, i got it," she says.
"...alright, I'll prepare the tray set up," Just then Finnian walks in surprised to see Seiya standing there.
"Huh? Why are you up so early Seiya?" he asked.
"No reason, I woke to the sunlight in my bedroom," she says.
Afterward, Ciel, Seiya, and Kimiko gather in the dining room to eat breakfast leaving Biancha to be the only one absent. Seiya sits at the table in silence staring down at her plate.
"Are you okay miss?" Lane asks as he walks up to her.
"I am just not that hungry today..." she says. Ciel stares at his twin in silence knowing full well of what's on her mind from what Sebastian had told him about Biancha's recent behavior. She sighs and stands as she walks out the dining room.
"Where are you going?" Ciel asked. She paused and turned to him sadly.
"My room I'm sorry..." she turns and walks off toward her room. Ciel turns and looks over to Sebastian.
"You know what to do," he says. Sebastian bows and disappears from sight.
"Ciel, what are you and Sebastian up to?" Kimiko asked.
"Do not worry about it Kimiko," he said walking out the dining room. Kimiko sighs and soon walks out as well.
In her room Seiya stares at the ground for a moment leaning against the door, "..Damn..." she looks up and notices a white envelope laying on her bed. She walks up to it and picks it up noticing the red wax seal placed up on it.
"This...is!"
As Kimiko walks about the manor she sighs, 'Ciel what is going on...we used to be closer than this...' she thought. But then a rush of footsteps caught her attention, 'What is that?' Seiya runs down the hall passed Mey-rin, Finnian, and Baldroy all at once.
"Whao Seiya?!" Finnian shhouts as he moves out of her way.
"Watch it!" Baldroy cries almost getting run over. Biancha overhears and heads to the door to check on all the fuss. Seiya bursts through the door to Ciel's study gasping for air, "Ciel...!"
"What has gotten into you?" he asked, but the Sebastian points to the envelope in her hand.
"What's in your hand?" he asked. Ciel looks over and notices the envelope.
"A letter from the queen..." he said. She nodded, "Bring it here," she walks up to his desk and hands it to him. Ciel looks over it and simply opens it up and begins to read it.
"I found it on my bed..." Seiya said. Ciel reads it silently his expression growing serious with each second.
"Master?" Ciel lays the letter down on his desk and looks over at Sebastian.
"Sebastian gather the others now," he ordered. His butler bowed and quickly left the room.
"...Ciel?" Seiya looked at him and then back at the letter. Whatever was written there must've been very grim to have to summon everyone within the manor.
On the steps of the manor Kimiko sits in silence, "...Aiji come sit," Her butler appears and sits beside her.
"Young mistress...is something bothering you?" he asked. She turned to him.
"Sort of..." but before she could continue Sebastian had already arrived to see them.
"Kimiko, Aiji gather in the master's study if you will," the only words that come out of his mouth without a reason as he walks off to go gather the others.
"Come Aiji," Kimiko says as she heads back inside with him following her. After gathering everyone Sebastian goes to Ciel's study and bows.
"They shall all be here soon," he said. Ciel nods.
"...You'll find out soon enough..." he says. Once everyone arrives Ciel holds up the letter sent to them by the queen.
"Listen closely all of you," he lays the letter down, 'I have just recieved her majesty's orders to solve a very important case that has just risen today not too long ago,"
"...What is it?" Seiya asked.
"And what about it? How is it so important that all of us are needed?" Kimiko asked.
"This morning around eight, the queen had held an assembly within the center of London where thousands of people were gathered...according to what she had wrote someone or something was able to kill over hundreds of the citizens watching and participating living few in critical condition. We're dealing with someone who was able to get rid of them in only a matter of minutes. I'm going to need all of your skills for this,"
"How is that possible..?" Finnian asked.
"It is possible," Biancha looks over at Olivia, "Olivia," Olivia looks at the ground not saying a word.
"That is right, Olivia you were able to take out over five hundred soldiers," Kimiko says.
"It wasn't me!" Olivia shouts.
"I know that, you were still here around eight," Kimiko says.
""...Hmmm what are we going to do first?" Seiya asked.
"The queen has provided us a mansion to stay in, we will be there for as long as we need to in order to catch this brutal killer," Ciel said.
"My lord do you have any guesses?" Sebastian asked.
Ciel glares down, "No unfortunately i don't..."
"Well we won't know until we see the damage ourselves..." Seiya says.
"Tonight you all better be prepared...you're dismissed now." Ciel says as he turns around in his chair. Seiya sits there as the others leave the room to prepare.
"...Something just doesn't fee; right," she said. Ciel turns to his twin.
"What do you mean?" Ciel asked.
"..I mean killing innocents right near the queen...but people who only gathered, and if they were after the queen then they would've killed her front and center right?"
"I suppose..."
"It's just to get the queen mad, to scare us into giving the something.." Olivia says as she walks back out.
"...give them what though...? And i believe that they could have took a different approach, but they chose this one..."
Sebastian clears his throat, "Why don't you relax for now, and get ready. I'll have lunch prepared soon,"
"Right..." Seiya says as she stands and walks out lost in thought. Once the door closes Ciel quickly slams his fist onto the desk.
"Dammit!" Kimiko stands in her study beside his and frowns.
"Ciel...this isn't like you..." she sighs. Seiya stands in the hall and looks up determined.
