Jim tapped his fingers to a familiar beat in his head. He was sitting in his room, after finishing alpha shift, and had nothing better to do. He had finished all his work for today. Maybe he could surprise Bones with a visit? That sounded like a fine idea. Kirk stood and went to the turbolift.

"Sick Bay," the computer beeped in acknowledgment and started moving. Kirk smirked heading to the medical room. The door was locked, but Jim just thought it was because Bones was getting some sleep. Using his captain override he entered the medical rooms. McCoy wasn't anywhere he could see and he was about to leave, but heard someone in the medical office. Kirk smirked and followed the sound. To his horror Scotty was propped up on McCoy's desk with McCoy sucking on his neck.

"Aye think aye hear somethin' Len'rd," Scotty moaned trying to move around to see if anyone was watching them. McCoy growled and bit him in reprimand.

"If anyone's here then they can watch. Or leave. I don't care which one they do," McCoy looked up to Jim and glared, saying nothing. His face clearly said it all. 'Get out now or you will regret it.' Jim didn't want to take the chance and see if he was lying. He quickly exited stage left before Scotty saw him.

"I hope I never have to see that again," he shivered in remembrance and started walking away. He wasn't half way down the corridors to the turbolift before he heard quiet sobbing. Following the sound he found the youngest member of their StarShip crew. Chekov was curled into a ball and sitting against one of the hall walls.

"Hey, Chekov, what's wrong? Are you okay?" the younger boy looked up at his captain.

"K- Keptin, am I unloweable?" Chekov looked up at him with wide watery eyes.

"No, no you're not unloveable, everyone loves you. McCoy loves you, Scotty loves you, Spock and I love you, even Sulu loves you!" that turned out to be the wrong thing to say. Chekov started crying again, harder this time.

"'K-Karu doesn't lowe me. H- He eet in lowe with zhat vomen from engineering. H- He doesn't lowe me," Chekov buried his head in his knees. Kirk sighed and rubbed Chekov's head, soothing him a little.

"Pavel, Sulu does have feelings for you. Trust me," Chekov was looking up at him now. "Come on, would you like to go to my quarters and have a drink with me? I'm sure I can get my hands on some vodka," Chekov perked up and allowed Kirk to escort him to the Captain's room.

They sat at the little table in Kirk's room just talking and sharing stories. Kirk told Chekov of his shitty childhood and how his step-father beat him like a rag doll. In turn, Chekov told Kirk of his parents unexpected death and how his uncle forgot about how he even existed. Chekov told him how he and 'Karu had met at Starfleet and started a friendship from there. How he had been bullied, but it was put to an end when 'Karu found out about it. How he had fallen in love with 'Karu when, on Valentines, 'Karu had given him a beautiful multicolored rose.

A few hours after they'd started drinking, Chekov fell asleep in his chair. Kirk smiled, drunk off his ass, and helped Chekov to his bed. There was no way Kirk was going to be able to drag Chekov to his own room and then pull himself back to his. So Kirk brought them both over to his bed and flopped them both down to go to sleep.

Spock and Sulu got up the next morning and went looking for both men, having not seen them the night before. They both ended up in the turbolift saying the same thing.

"Where is Kirk."

"Where is Pavel?"

They looked at each other questioningly, but the computer answered before they could ask.

"Both the Captain and Ensign Chekov are in the Captain's quarters."

"Take us to the Captain's room," Sulu responded. The computer beeped in response and shifted, taking them to the Captain's room. "What do you think they're doing in there? Do you think the Captain would take advantage of Pavel?" Sulu looked at Spock, concerned.

"No, the Captain would do no such thing. He has seen how you look at young Chekov and would not want to ruin any of that." Spock replied simply.

"And he has you, doesn't he?" Spock's head snapped over to the man next to him. Sulu took one look and knew he had overstepped his boundaries. "S- Sorry I didn't-"

"He does." Spock replied, cutting him off. Sulu looked at the Vulcan and smiled, knowing the older man wouldn't lie to him.

When the turbolift finally stopped at the Captain's floor they exited and went to his door. It click when Spock told it to open and moved aside. Sulu stepped in first and looked around. Spock noticed them before Sulu did.

Kirk was sprawled out on his bed, snoring loudly and drooling. Chekov, who was laid across Kirk like a stretching cat, slept soundly. Spock and Sulu shared a look. They didn't want to jump to conclusions, but Kirk and Chekov were doing something last night.

"Would you like to wake them up or should I?" Spock gave Sulu an uncaring look so Sulu went over to the bed and pulled the covers out from underneath both men. Making them fall to the floor.

"I didn't steal the car I swear!" Kirk cried out as he woke. Chekov and Kirk sat up together and looked around. Sulu and Spock were looking down on them from the other side of the bed.

"Spock, Sulu, what are you doing in my room?" Kirk looked over at the clock in his room. "Guy's, you're early. You don't wake someone up before their alarm goes off," Kirk smiled but it quickly vanished when the other two didn't smile back. Chekov noticed the tension and quickly stood, turning and helping Kirk stand also.

"Would you care to explain what you and Chekov were doing last night?" Sulu asked balling his hands into fists. Kirk looked between Sulu and Spock before bursting out laughing.

"You- you think that I- that I-" he started laughing even harder, stopping when no one laughed with him. "You can't actually think that I did anything to Chekov right?" No answer. "Oh c'mon! I'm not that bad!"

"I don't know Captain," Sulu spat, "are you that bad?"

"'Karu!" Chekov gasped, "Zhe Keptin vould newer do zhat zhing to me! Vhy vould you zhink zhat?"

"Don't defend him! He's just using you!"

"No he eet not!"

"Yes that would be illogical."

"Guys, guys? Guys!" Kirk yelled. Everyone stopped talking and looked at Kirk. "Okay, look, I don't know what you though we did, but it was nothing. We didn't do anything."

Before anyone else could say anything, Scotty's voice was on the com.

"Captain, the planet we've been servalin' has suddenly grown life signals. What should we do?" Kirk sighed.

"Alright Scotty, I'll be there in a minute. Don't do anything until I get there," Kirk turned back to the others. Sulu, who was fuming, threw his hands up and stormed out. Spock didn't even look at Kirk as he left the room. Kirk sighed and turned to Chekov, the only other person in the room.

"I'm sorry Chekov, I think I just screwed everything up even more," Kirk ruffled the younger man's hair. Chekov sighed and nodded, looking worse than the night before. "Hey, why don't we see about talking to them after shift. Seeing if either of them will listen to us?"

"Really?" Kirk nodded as Chekov squealed in delight.

"Alright, so head down to your room and get changed. We'll see what we can do after shift," Chekov nodded and ran down the hall happily. Kirk shook his head and went to get ready.

Spock and Sulu wouldn't even make eye contact with Kirk as he sat in the Captain's chair. Chekov tensed at the tension in the room, looking around uncomfortably. Thankfully Scotty and Bones were around to ease the tension.

"Life signs appeared about an hour or so ago on the planet. It started out small and it spread around the planet. The whole planet seems alive. Not just one part of it, all of it," Bones said, handing his PAD to Kirk. Kirk scanned it through and made up his mind.

"I'm going to send an away team down to the planet to check it out. Spock, Su-"

Spock cut him off, "Lieutenant Sulu, Doctor McCoy, Lieutenant Uhura, and I will beam down to the planet." Everyone looked between the Captain and his First Officer, waiting for them to start coming to blows like before.

"Alright Mr. Spock, I'll leave it up to you to lead the away team. Be careful," Kirk looked away as they left the Bridge. Bones looked back one last time before exiting with the others. Kirk couldn't look at them as they left, feeling betrayed by the only family he'd ever known.

Spock stepped on the transporter, waiting patiently for Scotty to beam them down. Sulu and Uhura stepped up right behind him.

"Now ya be care and ya come back safe. Are ya listenin' Len'rd?" McCoy waved him away, but Scotty grabbed him and kissed him on the mouth. Uhura looked at them, stricken with doubt and disbelief.

"Damnit Scotty, I'm a Doctor not a romantic," but he had a smile on nonetheless. "I promise I'll come back safe. Just focus on the job at hand. I'll be back soon. Don't wait up." Scotty put on a goofy half smile and returned to the controls.

"Alright now, I'm beamin' ya down. Call if ya need anything," he warned before maneuvering the machine to beam them down.

Spock waited to be beamed off of them ship. He couldn't stand being on the ship any longer. Kirk had made him feel and feeling had never been his strong point. He had alway been told not to feel anything, but then Kirk had come in and turned everything around. Made him think feelings weren't all that bad and were kind of nice. Most of them anyway.

But nothing happened. The light shimmered over them and they could feel their molecules breaking apart, but then nothing. No soil beneath their feet, no fresh air in their lungs, and no green plants in sight.

"Sorry, the transporter seems ta not be workin' for me taday," Scotty came around the controls with a child in hand.

"Monty, who's the kid?" McCoy asked stepping off the pad.

"Don' tell me ya don' remember your Cherry," Scotty picked up the little girl and put her on his hip. She had McCoy's hair and Scotty's eyes. "She's our daughter, Johanna. Don' tell me the transporter scrambled yer memory." Before McCoy could answer another small girl ran in, followed by two boys, Kirk, Chekov, and Carol. Both of which were pregnant.

"Amanda, Amanda stop running around!" Kirk grabbed the little girl making her squeal and flail in his arms. "Amanda, Amanda stop that! You know you're stronger than a normal person!" Spock watched the altercation with surprise. When did Kirk have children?

"Haadok! (ha-dahkuh: meaning two life, twin) Kawarda! (kahwa'ra-de: meaning similar mind) Don't mess with your father. He's very busy right now." Kirk tucked the young girl under his arm and turned to twin boys who were standing next to Spock. Spock was about to ask what was going on when Scotty started talking.

"Actually Captain, the transporter is actin' up and I can't seem to get it to respond," he turned, noticing the other two. "Chekov, Carol, what are ya doin' down here? Ya know how Sulu and Uhura feel about you running around." Scotty smirked at Chekov's flushed face.

"Sorry, eet ees just zhat Sakura and Paku vere feeling restless vithout zheir fazher," Chekov smiled and walked over to Sulu, taking Sulu's hand and placing it on his belly. Sulu looked at him in awe when he felt a small kick to where his hand was placed.

"I just wanted to walk around. I'm not going to be bed ridden because I have an over protective wife," before anyone could say anything more, Spock spoke up.

"Captain, it seems that there has been a miscalculation. We do not know who any of these children are." Everyone went silent. Chekov pulled away from Sulu, Scotty backed off of McCoy, and Kirk looked at all of them disbelieving any of that.

"Carol, can you take the kids and go play? I'm going to talk to Spock," Carol nodded, rounding up the children and removing them from the room. CHekov, Scotty, and Kirk were left with the others.

"I thought you were acting a bit off," Kirk remarked looking up at Spock. "You always picked up the boys and made a secret smile with them while you thought I wasn't looking. You're not my Spock, are you? You're from somewhere else."

"Yes, I believe we are. I think that we have come from a different time line."

"Ya mean like an alternate universe?" Spock turned to Scotty and raised a brow. "Aye listen to ya when yer talkin' ta Len'rd sometimes."

"Yes. Like an alternate universe, but I'm not sure how we got here."

"Probably the transporter. It's probably off calibration," McCoy answered rolling his eyes.

"Are ya sure this is an alternate universe?" Scotty asked skeptically.

"I believe so Mr. Scott. Why? Do you have reason to believe otherwise?" Spock asked as Scotty walked over to McCoy and picked up his hand.

"I gave this to Len'rd on our first date. It's engraved with his name on it." Scotty showed them the ring on McCoy's hand.

"Alright, so maybe this isn't an alternate universe. Maybe it's a warped timeline," Kirk interjected. "What if you traveled from your time to a future time?"

Spock nodded, considering the idea. "Yes, that may be possible."

"If, and I'm not saying it is, this is a time warp kind of thing, then My Spock is on the other side." Kirk got a panicked look on his face.

"Why is that a problem?" Spock asked raising his brow again.

"My Spock, is pregnant."

Kirk sighed as he waited for the others to come back so he could try and explain what happened that morning. He knew it was stupid, but he couldn't help but feel like something was very wrong.

"Chekov take the com. I'm going to check something," Kirk went over to the turbolift and went down to the transporter room. When he entered the room he saw Uhura kissing Carol. Well that was new.

"Hey, guys, what's going on here?" Kirk asked stepping into the room. Spock's eyes light up and he started purring. McCoy rolled his eyes and went over to Scotty, saying something that broke the perfect picture that had been created.

"Where's Cherry?" Kirk and Scotty both looked at each other.

"Sorry, who's Cherry?" Scotty questioned.

"Don't play like that Monty, you know who Cherry is. Where is she anyway? Didn't you say that you would spend the day with her in engineering?" McCoy looked around for the nonexistent child.

As the other's spoke and looked for things that weren't there, Spock walked over to Kirk. Kirk watched his quizzically as he positioned his hand on Kirk's psi points. Mind melding with him.

"Uhura, McCoy, Sulu, move away," Spock commanded as he pulled away from Kirk. "These are not our friends."

"What do you mean by that Spock? Of course they're our friends!" Uhura smiled at him, confused at what he was saying. She looked back at Carol and realized exactly what Spock was talking about. This Carol looked stunned to be kissed by her, she didn't even have a round belly. Who were these people? "Spock, who are these people?"

"These people are a younger version of our friends. It seems we have gone back in time." No one spoke. Letting what Spock said sink in.

"Wait, so does that mean this will happen one day?" Kirk spoke first. "Uhura is going to marry Carol? McCoy is going to get even more frisky with Scotty and have a daughter? Spock's going to be all 'happy kitty' with me? And Sulu's going to… what the hell are you doing?"

"I'm looking for Parval. Since everything looks different then I would think Parval does too. Though I'm sure he looks just as cute." Sulu smirked. McCoy rolled his eyes and smacked Sulu in the head.

"And that's one of the reason's why I hate men," Uhura snorted. Kirk rolled his eyes. Yup, she absolutely hated men. She hate all of her old boyfriends, Spock and McCoy. She truly did hate men. Though Kirk knew that she did have no luck with them.

"Okay," Kirk clapped his hands together. "Lets try and figure this all out. You guys," he pointed to Spock, Sulu, Uhura, and McCoy,"are from a different time. So what are we going to do? I'm not sure if sending you back would be a good idea seeing as I don't know where you'll end up. Scotty don't mess with the transporter. Whatever is going on with it we can't tamper incase we change something and make them go somewhere different. If this really is just a difference in time then the older me will have the same idea."

"That would be a logical assumption." Spock agreed.

"Alright so is there anything I should know? Any problems or anything like that?" McCoy risked a sideways glance at Spock, but Kirk noticed it.

"Bones, Spock, is there something I need to know?" Spock looked away as McCoy nodded slowly. "Well? What is it?"

"Jim, the hobgoblins pregnant."

Kirk passed out.

Sorry I've been gone so long. Computer probs. Anyway, I'm back, enjoy.
