Moved on and on to the next drabble. This I had came up with out of nowhere and I'm not sure if I'm proud of it really. I was really just trying to come up with something to keep me going. I am hoping to update more now that I have some inspiration to type. I just hope that inspiration sticks around a little while. I need to type more! Also I have been extremely busy lately. I type a lot but not as much as I would like.

It was early morning for both Teams in their home of a valley. It had been a couple of days since the incident with Caboose being shot in their weekly battles and he was recovering well. Tucker was sure that he wasn't that hurt anyway and was only saying that his wound hurt just to get Wash to do stuff for him. However Caboose insisted otherwise, that he would never take advantage of Wash like that. Wash believed him as well. Ever since the incident things were kind of strange at Blue Base, but it was starting to normal out.

That was not the case however as of lately. Caboose being bored decided to venture out as far as he could away from the valley. At first he thought he couldn't even leave the valley until he had found an opening and slipped away. While gone he had came across a small cave, and decided to adventure into it, not really thinking. When he had went into the cave he stumbled upon a kitten, or more of a cub. Newborn, small black cub. Maybe of a panther or something and it was absolutely adorable. Caboose knew the second he laid eyes on it he would have to take it with him.

So later that day, he returned to the valley, with the cub in tow. Caboose decided Wash deserved a nice thing ever once and awhile and Wash loved cats. This would be a prefect surprise for Wash. Besides their one month anniversary of dating was coming up in a week or so. Caboose could give Wash his present early. It was prefect. Wash would love his gift Caboose was sure. When he returned he set out to find Wash immediately, ready to give his lover a present.

He found Wash in their shared room, laying down on the bed reading a book. Caboose put the asleep cub behind his back carefully, making sure not to hurt it as he approached the bed. Soon he was at the bedside and Wash was looking up at him with a small smile on his face.

"Hey Caboose what's up?" Wash asked as he sat up some and sat the book aside. Caboose was much more important than the book he was reading, even if it was interesting. Wash could tell whatever Caboose had to say would be exciting mainly because Caboose was practically seeping joy. Sure enough, what Caboose had behind his back was surly interesting.

"I found the little guy in a cave. I know how you like cats and it was prefect for our month anniversary next week." Caboose announced cheerfully as he presented the cub to Wash. Wash looked at him in surprise. The cub he was presented with was a panther cub and Wash could only assume that panther were indigenous to the planet. However Caboose got an abandoned cub here will leave him befuddled but Wash didn't really care all that much. It was nice that Caboose had wanted to get him a cat for their month anniversary but a panther cub? Once it grows old it would want to kill them.

"Caboose this is nice and everything but we can't keep it. Once it grows up then it would be too dangerous to keep around. I really appreciate the idea and everything but I'm not sure about this. I'm sorry." Wash said with a sympathetic smile on his face. However that did not stop the crushed look that graced Caboose's face. The blue soldier tried his best to convince Wash otherwise and that it was safe to have the cub around.

"But Wash! If we raise it then when it's old then it won't try to hurt us. It would love us! Plus it was all alone and had no mother. We have to keep it. Please Wash. I want you to have a cat. You love cats. Cats make you happy. You happy makes me happy." Caboose persuaded with a pout on his lips. Wash knew he could hardly resist after that. Caboose wanted him to be happy, and he wanted to make Caboose happy as well.

"I guess we can keep it but if it tries to attack anyone that isn't a Red or Tucker than we have to get rid of it. Deal?" Wash reasoned. Caboose lit up instantly and nodded before leaning down to kiss Wash on the head and hand over the cub to his lover. Wash took the now awake cub with open arms, smiling at the overwhelming cuteness of the cub starring down at him with yellow eyes. Now all he had to do was name it.

"I think a good name would be Vant. What do you think Caboose?" Wash asked after confirming that the panther was in fact a male panther. The name had came to him randomly and he thought it was prefect for the tiny cub. Caboose nodded and sat on the bed with Wash, looking over the panther with a smile on his face. It was nice to surprise Wash with a cat of his own.

What is this? Two updates back to back? Although they are really short one-shot, they are drabbles and drabbles are not supposed to be long. I am perfectly content with having these terrible short drabbles that are really fluffy than long drabbles with to much seriousness in it. Besides I've been practically begging for ideas and I am not getting any. Your fault. I can't expand on my own ideas like I could with a drabble that someone requests.
