Anyways, on with the fic.
A Mission
It was a new day. The sun was shining, (A/N:I'm not a fan of the sun, more about that at the bottom) the birds were chirping, and unicorns were farting rainbows. Everything seemed... peachy.
Naruto yawned and sat up on his bed. There, standing in front of him was Hanabi, arms folded, foot tapping and a scowl on her face.
"What?" he said stretching his arms out.
"It's 11 in the morning. You were supposed to get up early, dress me, make me food, and wait for more instructions," Hanabi said sternly.
"I-I... what?" He said still just waking up.
"Grrr!-
"Woah wait. I got it. I'm up, I'm up," Naruto said looking at her face. She was pissed.
"I don't have time for this, I'm going on a mission. I'll be back soon," Hanabi stated.
As she was about to walk out, her father stood in her way.
"Ah Father? What are you doing here?" Hanabi asked trying to compose herself after being slightly spooked, not that she would admit it.
"I've spoken to the Hokage. Naruto will be accompanying you and your team," Haishi said with a serious face.
"WHAT?!" Hanabi and Naruto yelled. One with excitement, the other with disappointment. She didn't want to share Naru-... dah um her servant with other people. She thought they would abuse their right to boss him around. Only she had the right to boss him around.
While Hanabi stood their shocked, Naruto was looking for his headband. Rummaging through his stuff, desperately looking for the symbol of his dream. His ninja headband.
"You won't be needing your headband, Naruto. You'll be accompanying Hanabi on a C-ranked mission. Her sensei is in critical condition from his last mission, but he thought his team was ready for an easy C-ranked mission," Haishi said stoically.
"Oh ok. Well I wanna take it with me anyways," Naruto said still searching. He had experience with C-ranked missions, and if he new anything about missions, it was that they could be just as unpredictable as he was.
"They couldn't find anyone else?" Hanabi asked making Naruto scratch the back of his head for moment before returning to his search.
"Your team will be waiting for you by the gates. I suggest you get ready soon," Haishi said leaving, he had other responsibilities to attend.
"Found it! heheh," Naruto said holding his headband above his head triumphantly.
"Uggh Lets just get this over with," Hanabi said.
"I'm right behind ya," Naruto said with glee, which only served to annoy Hanabi even further.
As they walked along the road they were able to see two people standing by the village gates. Naruto assumed they were Hanabi's teammates. Hanabi dreaded what they would say.
Surprisingly enough, Naruto hadn't tied the headband around his head. He just kept it in his pocket, something Hanabi had noticed.
When they had reached the team, Hanabi felt like her stomach had dropped six feet under. Hanabi's teammates were both female.
"What's up Hanabi. Is he gonna be our substitute sensei?" One of the girls had asked. She had brown hair that was tied into a ponytail, two horizontal red lines on each cheek, and one visible canine tooth. She reminded Naruto of someone, but he couldn't place his finger on it at the moment. She had a normal red short sleeved shirt and black shorts on, a couple of bracelets and the usual ninja gear.
"Hello Inuzuka-san," Hanabi greeted without answering the question causing said girl to shake her head as if this were routine.
"Um excuse me, but I um was wondering if you um really like boys, mister?" Hanabi's other teammate suddenly spoke to Naruto. Her hair was jet black and it covered one side of her face. She had a black long sleeved shirt and a black skirt with the usual ninja gear as well.
"WHAT! NO! I don't like boys! I mean i don't dislike guys who do, I just don't like guys ok?" Naruto tried to reason with the girl who was completely red faced.
"Tomoka! You can't ask questions like that," the Inuzuka said brashly to the flustered girl now known as Tomoka.
"It's all right. I just want to know who told you that. Could you tell me?" Naruto said with an all to sweet smile which he struggled to hold. The smile had a different affect on Tomoka. She seemed to want to just completely hide away behind her hair. She was still blushing.
"I-I heard it from that guy over there," Tomoka responded pointing meekly toward a male teen with a very large dog next to him. This guy was leaning on a fence.
"Kiba, you're beginning to look like a creep! What are you doing way over there by the women's side of the hot springs!" Naruto yelled. It was then that Kiba noticed he was indeed leaning on the wall of the women's hot spring. And as soon as the sound waves of Naruto's voice traveled far enough to reach the eardrums of the women currently in the hot springs, they all screamed.
The Konoichi side of the women looked over the fence to see Kiba trying to sneak away.
"You're dead," They whispered.
"Naruto, you mother fu-!" Kiba screamed until he got cut off by the few women beating the shi-, the cra-, the daylights out of him.
"Business is settled. We may proceed now," Naruto said as he bowed while making a motion with his hands causing the girls to giggle, well except for one.
"He deserved it," the Inuzuka said.
"You know him?" Naruto asked.
"Yeah more or less," she responded.
"You haven't introduced yourself, um sensei," Tomoka said shyly.
"MY name is Naruto Uzumaki and yours'?" Naruto asked holding out his hand.
"My name is Tomoka Mishika," Tomoka said as she shook his hand and blushed, because of the contact.
"I'm Asuka Inuzuka," Asuka said shaking his hand after Tomoka.
"You related to Kiba?" Naruto asked.
"Not really. We're just in the same clan," Asuka said shrugging her shoulders.
"Oh, Ok." Naruto responded. Tomoka and Asuka both turned to look at Hanabi's arms folded and foot tapping. When Hanabi noticed their attention, she decided to address them.
"What?" Hanabi said rather aggressively.
"Aren't you going to introduce yourself?" Tomoka ased.
"There's no reason to, you all know who I am," Hanabi stated.
"Ok," Tomoka said feeling slightly dejected.
"Don't mind her. It's my fault actually, I woke up late. Heheh," Naruto said sheepishly scratching his head.
"Uggh let's just get this mission over with," Hanabi said rudely.
"Well wait a minute. What's the mission?" Naruto asked as they began walking toward the village gates.
"We have to retrieve something from a close client of the Hokage," Asuka said with a skip in her step.
"Where to?" Naruto asked.
"Kumogakure," Tomoka responded ast they reached the village gates.
"So the Hokage decided to give you a break huh Naruto?" Izumo of the village gates tole booth said.
"Nah I think she just wanted to get him out of the village in case he wanted to try something," Kotetsu of the village gates said.
"What you mean like a prank or something?" Naruto asked.
"Yeah like a prank... or something," Kotetsu said with a far off glance.
"Whatever, you gonna let us pass?" Naruto asked.
"We're behind a booth and these papers seem legit so off you go," Izumo said.
"Well lets get going then," Naruto said leading the team.
"How long until we get there?" Asuka asked.
"Its a five day trip," Tomoka said.
"That's if we don't have any trouble. We better get going," Naruto said with a smile causing two of the three girls there blush. He, of course, was oblivious.
As soon as they got out of the village, they all began sprinting towards Kumogakure. Sprinting and leaping from branch to branch, they traveled a great distance. Naruto noticed his team getting tired and the sun was beginning to set. He decided to stop and let his team recover.
"Why are we stopping?" Hanabi asked slightly winded although her pride would never admit it.
"Your team is tired and the sun is setting. You don't look so good yourself. We'll camp here for the night," Naruto said completely sure of himself.
"I can *pant* keep going," Hanabi said in between breaths.
"Even if you could, your teammates can't. You don't have to push yourself Hanabi-chan," Naruto said trying to calm her down.
"You seem to have forgotten your place," Hanabi said, frustration evident in her eyes. She didn't want to look weak.
"Hai, Hai Oujo-sama. Do you want some nice cool refreshing water?" Naruto said dismissing her. Asuka and Tomoka had finally caught there breaths and were walking towards them when they heard what Naruto said.
"You have water?" Asuka asked with a delighted expression.
"May I have some?" Tomoka asked politely, but Hanabi didn't see it that way. It was happening just as Hanabi had expected. They were taking advantage.
"Why yes of course Oujo-samas," Naruto said making the girls blush as he bowed causing Hanabi's confusing anger to rise.
"Um sensei, you don't have to call us that," Tomoka said holding one hand up to her mouth. That same hand was holding the end of her sleeve and the other hand was holding the end of her shirt.
"And you don't have to call me sensei," Naruto responded with a smile.
"Right," Asuka said sheepishly.
"Well don't you want some water? I have a couple of bottles," Naruto offered.
"Oh man I should have been better prepared," Asuka said grabbing a water bottle.
"Is this your first mission out of the village?" Naruto asked.
"Yes," Tomoka responded.
"You have nothing to be ashamed of, I mean I had to cut myself on my first mission to stay alive," Naruto said making Tomoka gasp in a cute manner.
"What happened?" Tomoka asked after she gasped.
"These guys ambushed us and they must have dipped the tip of their weapon with poison. I got cut, so before the poison could slip into my blood stream, I made the wound deeper to bleed out the poison. Heheh pretty stupid huh? My sensei told me I should cover the wound unless I wanted to bleed to death. That sarcastic bastard. He's a good sensei though," Naruto said.
"Wow," Asuka said.
"A lot of stuff happened in that mission. The client kept certain information from us and then we had to face this ninja who was hired by this big crime boss, oh well maybe I should say short 'cause he was about the size of stuffed toy. Anyways that ninja we had to face was once a member of the seven deadly swordsmen so he was a pretty big deal. Our mission got bumped from a C-ranked to an A-ranked," Naruto said.
"Do you think that our mission could get upgraded?" Asuka asked excitedly.
"It could be. I mean there might be some trouble along the way, but if we can avoid it, then we will," Naruto said with a stern expression.
"Why? We can take anyone that comes our way," Hanabi said confidently.
"Well we can try to get to Kumogakure on time or you guys can show me what skills you have and we can train to be better prepared," Naruto said.
"We want to be better prepared," Asuka said determined.
"I agree, we should be ready to fight if we have to," Tomoka spoke up.
"It sounds unanimous," Hanabi said.
"Ok, ok. I guess we'll be training tomorrow," Naruto said.
"Tomorrow? We can train right now," Hanabi said in a matter of fact kind of way.
"We're all tired and its getting late. We'll turn in for the night and start fresh tomorrow in the morning," Naruto said.
"Ok," Tomoka and Asuka said at the same time.
"Asuka I want you to get us some firewood. Tomoka can you set up the tents for us, please. Hanabi and I are gonna go hunting for some food. Asuka stay close to this spot, we won't be long," Naruto said.
"Hai," Tomoka and Asuka saluted and giggled afterward.
"We'll be back soon," Naruto said as he walked away with Hanabi behind him.
He was walking ahead of her until he felt his shirt being tugged from behind.
"I-I'm Sorry. You know, for the way I acted before we left the village. I'm glad you were able to join us on this mission, that is to say um.. not that I wanted you with us or anything." Hanabi said flailing her arms as Naruto turned around to see her
"Hey its fine. Its not a big deal. You were upset, there's no reason you should apologize," Naruto said with a smile.
"I um thank you," Hanabi said meekly.
"No problem," Naruto said expecting something else. He waited momentarily.
"So, what do you want to hunt?" Naruto asked.

Holiday Omake...
After some traveling they were getting close to Kumogakure. The snowy mountains were beginning to become a problem. They were where snow gear to stay warm.
"ECHO!" Asuka shouted creating an echo.
"Baka, don't scream. You might cause an avalllAAAAAANCHE,!" Hanabi screamed pointing towards upwards.
"Oh crap, Go! Go! Go! (Ah-eh-ah-eh-ah-eh, Sorry couldn't help it, its a soccer thing)" Naruto shouted running down the mountain his team following behind him.
Hanabi looked back but couldn't see her team any more. The avalanche was getting closer and closer to her. Instinctively she reached out and grabbed Naruto's arm.
After the avalanche had settled, she woke up in a cave and in the embrace of Naruto with a blanket covering them. She hadn't realized she wasn't wearing any clothes or that Naruto wasn't wearing any clothes, until her hand had slipped and she grasped his member.
"EEP!" She immediately snatched her hand away and pushed Naruto.
"Hanab-"
"What do you think your doing? Y-y-you... were you trying to take advantage o-of-"
"NO! You weren't breathing and your skin was getting colder by the second. I thought you were going to die. I read somewhere that we can preserve more heat if we warm each other up with our bodies. So I... I'm sorry," Naruto said as bowed down.
After thinking about it logically she covered Naruto with the blanket. She was in no way influenced by his concern or how worried he must have been. No, she was just returning the favor. That's it.
"If it will keep us warm, then I guess I have no choice," Hanabi said snuggling closer to Naruto as he sat up.
"Um Hanabi-chan. Y-your leaning on my-"
"EEP! Sorry," Hanabi said slightly inching away from him.
"Its fine," Naruto said scratching his cheek.
"Shouldn't we rub each other. In-in order to stay warm I mean," Hanabi suggested trying not to insinuate anything.
"Um sure," Naruto said rubbing Hanabi's shoulders.
Hanabi didn't know where to start. She decided his chest would be the first. As she placed her hands on his chest, she noticed how strong they were. Then she felt him shiver.
"Your hands are cold," Naruto said.
"S-sorry," Hanabi apologized removing her hands.
"I don't hate it," Naruto said grabbing both and placing them back on his chest.
They stared into each others eyes for a moment and began slowly leaning their faces to each other. Inch by inch, their lips were getting closer and closer-
"Hanabi!" Naruto shouted getting the attention of the girl.
"Hm what?" Hanabi asked.
"I said what do you want to hunt?" Naruto repeated his question.
*Bonk*
"Ow what was that for?" Naruto asked.
"Hmph," Hanabi responded with her head facing the other direction and her arms folded.

Check187: Oh I'm a rotten bastard I know =P. Sometime ago I read a review asking me their age. Naruto is 16 and Hanabi's group is 14-ish.
I don't like the sun, its to bright and if it's really hot I can feel it burning my skin. I'm not white so I've never had a sun burn. I prefer clouds over any other weather. I'm ok with rain, wind used to be bastard but now that my hair has grown out into a pony tail, me and wind are at an a agreement.
