Midnight Rendezvous
"…So I was stuck there for three years, because the piece of coiling I needed to fix the Tardis hadn't been invented yet." He said with a chuckle as he leaned forward in his seat and rested his arms on his knees. "It wasn't all bad though. I got to witness several historic events in the Homythea civilian. Their lower classed citizens, who were generally used for slave labor, gained their independence. They changed their marriage laws, so the females had to be at least four years old before the males could consummate the marriage. And I saw the first male elected president. It was all so liberating, really. You should have been there Martha. " He spoke softly as he stared down at her. He reached out and brushed some stray hairs from her sleeping face. "Well, goodnight Martha Jones, I'll see you tomorrow." With that he stood and quietly left the bedroom. He looked around the small living room briefly before returning to the Tardis and to destinations unknown.
