I was kept at the hospital overnight for observation. Harry stayed and slept in the chair next to my bed, he never left my side. All I did till Sunday morning was stare at the mark and make notes of possible cinereo's. throughout the knight I kept sensing Harry and You-Know-Who. The connections were so strong that sharp pains came from my scar.

After thinking for hours, I highly doubted that the knife was, or at least not poisoned by a potion, rather. Be it an enchantment or even a curse, that knife had to have been contaminated somehow. I also deducted that the slytherine who did the deed, was commanded to do so by Voldemort.

Before I left the hospital the next morning, Pomfrey insisted that she wrap a bandage around my stitched wound, so I let her. After I left I went straight to Dumbledore, who was expecting me. We still needed to discuss how I came to be in this world, and what was to happen in the future. I knocked on his door and it opened on its own. Dumlbedore was sitting at his desk. "Come in Miss Jordaens." He said. I walked in a bit nervous. I jumped as the door closed behind me, again on its own. Dumbledore chuckled,

"I think you'd be awed by something as simple as that, but considering recent events I understand why you'd be a wee bit jumpy."

I stayed silent only nodding slightly.

"Well come sit," said Dumbledore, gesturing to a lounging chair placed in front of his desk. Taking hold on of my bandaged arm, I sat down in the chair, not saying a word.

"I take it that your memory has recovered a bit since you've arrived?"

"Yes professor. I must say it was quite strange. I still remember my life from before I came here, only it's becoming more and more of a blur. " I stopped for a moment then spoke again. " Professor how is ths possible? I-it just doesn't make sense to me. A-am I dreaming? Am I dead?"

Dumbledore pulled at his beard, "Ah.. I understand, you see Jessica, dreams are trickey things." He got up from his chair and began to pace. "And when someone puts enough effort and faith into making them real, they just might." His eyes twinkled as he grinned at me.

I looked at him. My mouth was open a bit then formed itself into a smile. "So your saying that I created this world." I said, but then my smile faded, "But then does that just mean that I'm only dreaming."

"Well," Said Dumbledore, "All I can tell you now Jessica, is that This is no dream, and that only I know of your other life. the rest is a mystery even to me, but then again, you have always dreamed of adventure, so isn't the mystery the best part?"

He sat on his desk and grinned at me. I was still confused, and wanting to know more, but maybe in time I would find those answers. At that time I just smiled. I jumped up and hugged Dumbledore. He was taken aback at first but hugged me back. He then pulled back and took my arm.

"I understand you know what will happen in the near future." He said

"I do for now. I think my knowledge of the future will fade completely I'm not sure." I looked him in the eye.

"Hmm.. " He said. "Try to hold onto that knowledge for as long as you can. come back later this evening and I'll help you to preserve your memories for the pensieve."

"Yes professor." I turned around and began to leave

"Oh and Jessica," I turned to face Dumbledore, "Remember, there maybe troubles ahead, but friendship and love will help you get through even the darkest of times.

"I smiled. "I will professor." I turned around and left his office, ready to start life in this world.
