A/N: Hello my lovelies *waves* thank you again for the great reviews you all rock. I noticed some new followers so…welcome and thanks glad you all are liking this. Ok, this chapter is a bit different it is all in Finn's point of view unless otherwise noted. I had a different approach to how to go about this chapter but when I started writing this is what came out. I hope you guys like it. Well….I better let you all get to the story because I am sure you did not come here for my wonderful ramblings I mean if you did, I have a whole book of ramblings for you to read. Anyway on to the story.

Finn walked into the auditorium of William Mc Kinley High he hadn't been back since graduation so needless to say it was a bit overwhelming. He was brought back to a time when things made less sense and were ten times more complicated. He stood on the stage and thought back to the first Glee rehearsal when Rachel made him sing that stupid Grease song while; he was in awe of this girl's beauty and confidence those same qualities scared the hell out of him. She wasn't like Quinn or Santana who were beautiful in their own right but… they were Cheerios which automatically made them who they were. Rachel was so much more than he had ever imagined the more he got to know her the more he knew that this girl was it for him. She knew him like no one else did. Even, when he told her that he wanted to see other people she saw through the bullshit and called him out for being a scared little boy. This was the place that they shared their first kiss, the place that he told her that he loved her, and it was the place that he had asked her to be his wife the first time. This place had really became their Jerusalem every important thing in their relationship had happened right here in this very auditorium. He took a seat on the floor and let his feet dangle over the side thinking about how much things had changed since last year. He can hear her foot steps across the floor.

"Hey, I thought I'd find you here." she says taking a seat next to him.

"Ya, I don't know why but, this place just kind of draws me in." He gives her a small smile. Wondering how he ever got this lucky.

"I know what you mean." she lets out a laugh and places her head on his shoulder. This place was full of so many memories some good and some not so good.

"Remember our first Glee rehearsal?" He asks placing his hand in hers.

"Oh, god I still can't believe I did that." Rachel says embarrassed by her past actions.

"Ya, it was kind of crazy but, if it wasn't for you we wouldn't be here right now." He tells her.

"Ya, but you have to admit I was a tad bit crazy and over dramatic back then." She tells him her thumb drawing lazy circles on his hand.

"Ya, you were quite the drama queen I always wondered who was the bigger drama queen you or Kurt?" Finn jokes with Rachel it was nice that the two of them could just sit here and reminisce like this.

"Hey." She says playfully punching him.

"Did I ever tell you how Mr. Shue blackmailed me into joining Glee Club?" Finn says to her.

"No." Rachel says turning to him wanting to know this story.

"I told you the story about him finding pot in my locker and telling me that he would ignore it if I would join Glee Club." (Rachel nods) "Well…it turns out that the pot was actually his he had gotten it from crazy Sandy and he had heard me singing in the locker room and figured it was the only way I would join. I mean he was right never in a million years would I join Glee Club." Rachel couldn't believe it Mr. Shue had blackmailed him into Glee Club.

"Do you wish he hadn't you know blackmailed you into joining Glee Club?" Rachel asks not sure if she really wanted to know the answer but, she had to ask.

"Na." He smiles and pulls her into a kiss. The two continue to kiss like this for awhile. When Finn breaks the kiss. "We should go see Mr. Shue huh?" it was so weird here they were making out like teenagers in their old high school auditorium.

"Ya, we should." She says getting up and reaching her hand out to his as he grabs her hand and they walk out of the auditorium together.

"Ok, kids as you know I am taking a leave from the Glee Club." Mr. Shue begins to say as he is interrupted by the kids in the class.

"What about nationals?" Arite asks looking at his other classmates.

"Ya, you can't just leave us right before nationals." another kid says.

"Guys, calm down. I have picked someone to take my place while I am gone." He tells them which causes the classroom to get louder.

"Mr. Shue please tell me it's not Miss. Pillsbury." Kitty says in her usual snobby tone.

"It's not Miss. Pillsbury." he tells them.

"Oh, god it's Miss. Sylvester." Tina rolls her eyes.

"No it is not Sue I promise you guys who I have picked will not let you down." He turns to see Finn and Rachel walk in their appearances are disheveled.

"What are you guys doing here?" Tina asks surprised to see her friends here.

"Guys this is Finn Hudson and Rachel Berry they will be taking over Glee Club while I am gone I hope that you give them the same respect as you would me." The roar of the students gets louder. "Uh…Finn you missed a button there." Mr. Shue whispers as Finn looks down and quickly fixes his shirt. You can hear a few giggles in the classroom as they know what Finn and Rachel have been up to.

"What could they possibly do to help us? I mean they are the ones that bombed at nationals two years ago." Kitty says not paying any attention to anyone else.

"So, they are the reason we won last year." Artie comes to their defense. Giving Finn and Rachel a small smile.

"Look, I know that we can win nationals this year. Rachel and I both have heard you guys sing and you are amazing. I promise if you give us a chance we will not let you down." Finn tries to convince the Glee club.

"You're not going to make us sing any Journey are you?" Jake Puckerman asks.

"No…no Journey I have something else in mind." Finn lets out a small laugh.

"Ok, so it's settled Finn and Rachel will be your new Glee coaches until I return." Everyone in the Glee club cheers and Rachel and Finn just look at each other and nod.

"So are two going to sing for us?" Marley who is a bit star struck by Rachel she had heard so much about her and now she was going to be the Glee coach.

"Uh…" Finn turns to Rachel as she whispers something in his ear. " Sure." he turns to the band.

"Ready?" Rachel asks taking the mic in her hand and she begins to sing her part.

Dancing where the stars go blue
Dancing where the evening fell
Dancing in my wooden shoes
In a wedding gown

Finn thinks back to the first time that he and Rachel heard this song. They had decided to go out to breadstix for dinner and he was driving her home when the song came on.

Finn and Rachel had just finished their first date as a couple. He didn't realize how much fun he would have with her. Not only was she beautiful she was funny as well. He could hear her soft voice sing along to the song on the radio. He looked over towards her, she had her eyes closed letting the music take over.

Finn stands on the other side of the room singing his part and smiling at her.

Dancing out on seventh street
Dancing through the underground
Dancing little marionette
Are you happy now
Yeah

Where do you go when you're lonely

Finn begins to take a few steps towards Rachel letting himself get lost in her voice he didn't care if he was in front of an entire room full of people he did not know. When it came to doing a duet with Rachel none of that mattered it was like they were the only two in the room.

Where do you go when you're blue

Where do you go when you're lonely
I'll follow you

Rachel moved closer to Finn closing the gap between them. She felt like she was right back in high school when they would sing together all the time.

When the stars go blue
When the stars go blue

Ooh
Ooh
Ooh
Ooh
Ooh

They both couldn't help but smile at each other. Rachel remembers when Finn had proposed to her and she needed to time to think about it. He had told her that she managed to hear him better through song, and he was right they have always been able to connect by music.

Finn places his hand on her cheek as he sings. Looking into her eyes.

Laughing with your pretty mouth

Rachel felt like that moon eyed little girl again she turns to where Artie is sitting and sings. Knowing that if she keeps her eyes locked on Finn that there could be trouble.

(Laughing with your pretty mouth)

Laughing with your broken eyes

(Laughing with your broken eyes)

Laughing with your lover's tounge

In a lullaby
Yeah

They continue to sing the song while trying not to get lost in each other.

Where do you go when you're lonely
Where do you go when you're blue
Where do you go when you're lonely
I'll follow you

Yeah
Yeah

Where do you go when you're lonely
Where do you go where you're blue
Where do you go when you're lonely
I'll follow you

Follow you

Follow you

Yeah
Yeah
When the stars go blue
When the stars go blue
When the stars go blue
When the stars go blue

Where do you go when you're lonely
Where do you go when the stars go blue

When they finish the song the Glee Club erupts into cheers. Finn gives Rachel a huge smile as he kisses the top of her hand.

"That was great you two." Mr. Shue beams. Finn gives a slight nod.

"That was amazing Rachel." Marley tells her.

"Thanks." Rachel tucks a small strand of hair behind her ear.

"What the hell is that!" Tina exclaims noticing the ring on her finger.

"Tina language." Mr. Shue scolds.

"Sorry." Tina lowers her head and Rachel looks down at her ring.

"Ok, well since Tina her has pointed something out here I am just going to say it. Finn and I are engaged and we are getting married next month." Rachel beams. While Artie, Sam and Mr. Shue all have strange looks on their faces.

"Wait I thought you two were coaching us at nationals?" Marley asks.

"We are getting married after nationals and we would love for the Glee Club to perform for us." Finn tells them as there is more applause and numerous congrats flying around the room.

"Wow, that is great news you two." Mr. Shue hugs the pair. "Ok, normally I wouldn't do this but in light of this news I am letting everyone leave early but, I expect all of you to be here tomorrow." Mr. Shue tells the class. They all give their well wishes to Finn and Rachel.

"Uh…Finn can I talk to you for a minute?" Mr. Shue asks.

"Sure." Finn says.

"I am going to catch up with Tina." Rachel says placing a kiss on Finn's cheek and walking out of the choir room.

"Have a seat Finn." Mr. Shue motions to the chair as Finn takes a seat.

"What's up?" Finn asks a bit confused as to what Mr. Shue has to say.

"Are you sure about this?" Mr. Shue asks. Finn gives him a weird look. "I heard about the accident and what has been going on. I just want to make sure that this is something you both want. Marriage is a huge step and I don't want you to make the same mistakes I did with Terri." Mr. Shue tells him.

"Look, I know that this may seem all crazy and you might think that we are too young or whatever but, I have never been so sure of anything in my entire life." Finn explains trying to find the right words.

"I have had the pleasure of watching you and Rachel grow into two amazing adults. I always knew that you two were meant to be. While you two maybe the most opposite people on this earth…you compliment each other. I am so proud of you both and consider myself to be lucky to have been apart of the magic that is Finnchel." Will tells him as Finn lets out a small laugh at the nickname that they had gotten back in high school.

"Thanks Will….it really means a lot to me to hear you say that. You know I have always considered you to be a father figure you taught me to how to be a man and I thank you for that." Finn tells him.

"It was nothing and Finn you are like a son to me." Will smiles at him.

"Will can I ask you something?" Finn says nervously.

"Sure." He tells Finn.

"I don't know if you will be back in time but I would really like it if you would be my best man." Finn asks hoping that he would say yes.

"I would be honored." Will tells him.

"I should go find Rachel." Finn says as he begins to walk out of the choir room. "Thanks Will." Finn tells him.
