Sam and Samantha trudged the rest of the way to the town. They were exhausted and hungry. They were both thinking of how good it would be to get back soon and lay down for a day. As they made it up a rocky and fairly steep hill, they came to a view-point of the town. All Sam could think about was getting to Dean and getting back to his own time.

"There. That is the town where my dad and I are holed up. It's about another 2 kilometers and we should be back." Samantha said with relief in her voice. She felt guilty enough from getting her whole group killed. But maybe she could bring her uncle home in one piece. That could lift some of the guilt off of her shoulders; some, but not all.

On their way down the hill, Samantha kept glancing back at her uncle; either from habit as a hunter or concern; she wasn't really sure. When they reached the bottom she glanced back to see Sam collapse straight down onto his back where proceeded to shake violently. She ran back to him and started to pin down his arms and feet.

"No! Don't you dare do this to me. We are so close. You have to get back up and you can see my dad again. Please… just… don't go!" Samantha started sputtering out as she panicked. Tears streaming down her face she started to panic.

She then remembered something her and Collin were practicing: mental connections between the two. It was the only things she could think of doing while still watching Sam. She closed her eyes and thought about Collin's face trying to get her message to him.

Collin was walking into the shop when he felt something trickling down his face above his lip. The shop keeper looked over at him as he wiped his face and saw the blood. He looked at the shop keeper and gave him a confused look before his eyes rolled back and he collapsed. He could hear Samantha's voice ringing around in his head.

"Collin… Collin… Please… I need your help… Get my Dad to bring a truck over to the hill near town… It's my uncle… he's in trouble.. Hurry!" After she shouted the last word his eyes flew open and he found himself on the floor with people crowded around him with looks ranging from concern to disgust. He could hear a few mutters of the word "freak" but he was dead set on getting to Dean.

He slowly got up and asked where Dean was. He kept spouting that it was important until someone said that he was over by city hall. Collin quickly raced out of the shop, completely forgetting to grab the supplies he went there for.

Collin ran over to city hall and swung the doors open in a panicked searching of the room for Dean's face.

"Dean!" He shouted running over to him as he held up a finger to the man he was talking to before.

"What? Do you need anything" Dean spouted with a hint of disgust in his voice. He still didn't like or trust the kid. He was a "freak that just didn't sit right with him".

"It's Samantha. She contacted me, mentally. She said it's something about her uncle being in trouble?" He said not quit understanding the situation. Dean's eyes widened at the mention of his borther. Then he realised what he said. "Did he say mentally?" Dean wondered.

"What do you mean mentally?" Dean asked completely confused about the whole situation.

"What? You didn't know about Samantha? What kind of father doesn't know that his own daughter is psychic? I should give you a piece of my mind, but right now I think you have bigger concerns you would want to tend to." Collin said shaking his head as he walked away, right before he turned one last time to say something.

"She said to bring a truck to the hill near here; said that we should hurry." He said with one final note of disgust in his voice before turning to leave. It didn't take Dean long to grab a few people and a truck and start heading over to the hill.

A/N: Oh, I am so evil. Leaving it like that? I wonder what Dean's reaction will be to Sam. Will Sam be okay? Will Dean and Samantha have a talk with each other about her abilities? All these questions will be answered in the next chapter which I promise I will update soon. Please leave reviews; they are like pie to Dean. And we all know how much Dean loves pie.
