Hello readers! So some really crazy depressing thing happened to me. I lost the two chapters I had worked so hard on writing for this story. Great huh? :( I was so excited to upload them for you guys since I rarely post these days. But it's not of the end of the world because I can write the two chapters over again.

But besides the awful news I hope you enjoy the rewritten less cooler (and probably shorter) second version of this chapter.

Everyone stared at me with a look of shock surprise or horror, even Erza looked surprised at my outburst. Lisanna's shocked expression quickly turned into a sinister one, apparently she thought I fell for her trap, but I proved her wrong.

"Who do you think you're calling weak? I may not be the most powerful wizard in this guild but I can tell you that I've endured a lot just like the rest of these people in here."

"I'm sure you have Lucy, its just too bad that you're a celestial wizard."

"What are you saying?"

"Well isn't obvious?" Lisanna said breaking away from Team Natsu and folding her arms over her chest.

"What are you getting at Lisanna?"

"I'm saying that celestial mages are weak. They depend on other peoples or beings magic to fight for them."

"Excuse me? How dare you insult mine and my late mother's magic! Not just me and her but other celestial mages as well?!" I could literally feel my blood run cold from that statement. No one should insult someone else's magic. Each type of magic is unique and special in it own way and the level of strength varies for each user.

"Well I'm not insulting it, just merely...pointing out its flaw," Lisanna declared dramatically.

"Oh really? Because last time I checked yours wasn't the strongest magic out there either?"

"Oh really and how are you so sure of that?"

"Because your magic couldn't even protect you from nearly dying at the hands of your own brother," I shouted. Ooo that was low Lucy real low.

And the moment I thought that, people throughout the guild exploded with gasps and murmurs.

Lisanna's smug look changed to one of pure hatred as she stared at me.

"And your magic is strong enough to protect you from the beast then?" Lisanna spat.
"Maybe, maybe not." I crossed my arms. I'm in the mood for a good challenge.

"Then how about you prove it?" Okay Lisanna must think I'm crazy if she believes I'm going to fight Elfman with my current magic ability.

"I will...but not now. I have a challenge for you Lisanna Strauss."

The other girl raised an eyebrow,"I'm listening."

"Well I think that me and you should have a challenge similar to what we did for the S class exams on Tenroujima. You and I will go through a maze and throughout the maze will be mages from this guild. The moment we encounter them, a battle ensues. This will continue until we get to the final area where Elfman is in the beast form."

Lisanna nodded slowly, I think I have her full attention now.

"Both of us are allowed to have one partner. The partner we choose can be from either this guild or another one. Said partner will assist with combat. As far as you and I are concerned, Lisanna, whoever is defeated during their battle is automatically eliminated."

"Hmm.. sounds interesting Lucy, but what will be the reward."

I smirked at her. "I was waiting for you to ask me that Lisanna. The reward will be a promotion to being a S-class mage, until the exams which will certify ones newly given S-Class status. But we have to get Master's approval first."

More gasps came from our nakama. Yea, I know it was a pretty big offer I just came up with; but I wasn't just gonna sit here and let that demon girl strip me of my pride as a celestial mage.

Lisanna turned around,"Mira-nee you heard her. Can you get Maste-"

"I'm here Lisanna. And I will approve, but I want to be certain that this is really something you two want to do."

"Yes Master. I will not stand here and have my magic insulted."

Master nodded," I completely understand. And you Lisanna?"

"Yes Master."
