This Could Go Bad Chapter 5
WARNING: This chapter may contain high quantities of 'the feels' viewer discretion is advised. *serious music plays* JK this chapter is pretty cool imo but it really does have a lot of feels so... yup :P.

Lucy had never seen an enemy with this much power or these abilities. The only thing she could compare the girl's powers to was that of Laxus's or Natsu's. The girl growled and her teeth grew out into long fangs, like one of a vampires. Then Lucy realized why she didn't recognize the girls ability's; it was because the girl was a vampire. " This cant be possible or real, there is no such thing as blood suckers or monsters."
She thought to herself. But if that was true then how come dragons, talking cats were real as day. While Lucy was in thought Loke grabbed her into bridal position and put Happy on her lap. Loke jumped to the exit of the cavern, while the golden menace remained in the air smirking. Loke ran as fast as his legs could carry him through the booby-trapped ruin. As soon as reached the entrance the ruin collapsed blocking the way. Sweating and terrified Loke turned around to see a glowing halo in the distance that was approaching him.
"Loke... What are we going to do?" asked a horrified Lucy. "Your keys! Use them to summon Scorpio, he can break through the rocks with his weathering sand magic.!" Lucy did what she was told and Scorpio appeared. " I need you to to destroy these rocks!" Lucy asked. Scorpio pummeled the rocks with a shower of his sand attack. The grand boulders of the ruins were now merely pebbles. Lucy thanked Scorpio and returned him to the spirit world.
Loke picked up Lucy and happy again after her summoning ritual she ALWAYS does. He soared away from the cave and through the jungle trees like it was a simple task. He soon bounded to the sandy beach part of the island. "We should have lost her by now" said Lucy while petting the unconscious blue exceed. Loke turned around only to see the very face that he thought he had lost miles ago. The golden vampire smiled and lunged forward tackling Loke and throwing Lucy to the ground. Happy fell from Lucy's grasp and into a sand mound a few meters away.
Lucy got up and ran to see if Happy was okay. She picked up the blue cat and put him in a nearby bush to keep him safe. Lucy turned and around and got out her Fleuve d' Etoiles. " Here i come Loke!" yelled Lucy as she ran at the Golden vampire ready to attack. "Stop! Its too dangerous for you just get Happy and get out of here!" screamed Loke as he was throw around like a doll. Lucy didn't move and replied " What i about you i cant leave you here to die."
" Don't worry about me, i have a plan just get out of here! The boat is just a 100ft away." gasped Loke as he was tossed into the air and spiked into the hard sand. Lucy looked back once more with a worried look, then ran towards the bush from earlier and grabbed Happy. She ran and ran untill she was at the boat, she pushed it until it had enough momentum for her to get in.
Then Lucy realized why Loke had risked his life, and what his plan was all along. Since he was a celestial spirit he would force close himself as soon as i was a distance away. Lucy grab a oar and began to paddle quick as soon as she stopped hearing screams from Loke. She looked back to see Loke starting to fade away into glittery dust, somehow knowing he had forced closed the girl turned towards Lucy. Lucy felt herself turn pale as she felt a tap on her arm. It was none other than Happy who had woke up from his unintentional nap.
"Lucy what's going on?" asked a cute sleep Happy " No time to explain, but Happy can you propel the boat forward with your Hyper Wing Speed?" questioned a panic-struck Lucy. " Sure" yawned Happy as he hopped to the back of the boat, and pushed it with a burst of speed that made a HUGE difference. ' There is no way she can catch us now' though Lucy hopefully. but she was wrong. the golden bat girl was actually ahead of them. And since Happy had made such a huge burst of speed the boat wouldn't stop, and they were heading right towards the girl.
The golden menace hands were illuminated and she raised them into the air. She formed a ball of energy that was very powerful and made the sky turn a shade of dark blue and black. All of a sudden Lucy's boat was hit in the front, singeing it and forming another small blast that propelled them back towards Tenrou Island. They hurtled through the air so fast that Happy couldn't even break the fall with his wing burst.
Lucy held Happy in her arms as she hit the ground with a devastating force that caused her to expel blood from the impact. The ground broke from underneath her and the momentum of the blast was still pushing her backwards, while she was going deeper into the ground causing a up till of dirt and sand. After the fire and blasts were over, she looked up with a terrified Happy to see the girl coming towards them. The girl sped towards her with such great speed that the water under her bulked into a 'U' shape, and the trees looked as if they were a rubber band being stretched. The golden girl soon twirled in the air into a ball shape and canon balled into the sandy beach.
The weight of her impact on the ground made the gravity of the area fall as well. Lucy gasped with little breathes and thought to herself 'i should have never left Natsu...'. The golden girl was not effect by her gravity warp and neither was her dog, who was still wrapped around her neck like a scarf. The girl approached Lucy slowly with a menacing look on her face that reminded her of the Joker from Batman. She looked down at Lucy and raised her arms, with that rain followed and thunder as well. At this point Lucy had just about pooped her pants. She wonder what she had done to deserve this fate. The yellow haired vampire lowered her arms and got into a squatting position and gave off an outrageous, spectacular, overwhelming amount of energy.
Lucy recognized this magic quickly and thought 'this kid must be a apprentice of Zeref or something because this is insane.'. The lemon haired girl started to drain and steal the energy out of Lucy and Happy slowly. The girl was planning for Lucy to die. " Who are you? Why are you doing this to me?!" screamed Lucy in agony. 'This is the worst pain i have experienced in all my time a celestial mage!".
' i dont think i can fight this any longer. Natsu...' Lucy and Happy fainted at the same time. But before both of her eyes had shut she saw a hint of pink.
When Lucy woke up Happy was still in her lap and Natsu was fighting the golden girl, and he was doing pretty good at that. " Natsu?" asked Lucy wearily. "Lucy! Are you alright?!" screamed Natsu not paying attention to his fight only for him to get knee in the jaw. The attack and propelled him over to Lucy. Natsu asked why she was here and said he would be here for her. He continued to comforted by telling her Erza, Gray, and Wendy we be here soon to help and went back to fighting. The fight got tedious and repetitive. Natsu would attack the vampire, and she would counter it and sneak attack him. No matter how hard he tried he couldn't win, she had too many strong attacks that didn't miss.
Soon Natsu was at that state where he is all beaten up and the smallest blow of the wind could topple him over. But he kept trying. The girl decided to finish him off and turn into a new phase she hasn't tried, a wolf form. The wolf form of her was still golden but about 5x (times) larger. This form was way more powerful and ripped Natsu to shreds(not literally) until he was bleeding nonstop. Then the girl abruptly went back to her human form and collapsed with out a word, and her golden hair started to disappear into a rainbow color making her light brown and gray wolf ears stand out more.
Natsu got up exhausted and said "HAHA I WON!" and he started to dance around in achievement. Once he was done being a idiot he walked over to Lucy. " Lucy, i'm sorry for leaving you alone all this time, this is my fault." Lucy blushed at his sincerity and modestly replied" Nonsense, this had nothing to do with you, this was all my fault for wanting to go on a mission by myself..." Natsu interrupted and grabbed her hands and looked into her eyes" Lucy i don't ever want to go on a mission without you, its just not the same without you." Lucy was a deep red when she heard this and hugged him. Suddenly Gray, Erza, Carla, and Wendy were behind them. There was a large boat behind them and it was docked at the shore. Gray casually walked up said "Am i intruding here?"
Lucy pushed Natsu away and replied shakily and embarrassed" Not at all." Natsu growled "what are you doing here Ice stripper?" Gray replied sarcastically "Hm. Maybe i'm here to help fight Flame brain!" The salmon and raven haired boys began to argue and fight. Erza stepped in and grabbed both of them but the collar and smashed their heads together. "My apologies Lucy we didn't mean to interrupt" stated the scarlet haired hero. "Oh it really wasn't a big deal guys, it was just..." Lucy was interrupted by Wendy "Excuse me but is that the girl you were talking about Natsu, when you contacted us on the Communication Lacrima earlier." The group of mages walked over to the now Rainbow haired girl.
"Wasn't she blond earlier?" stated Natsu. "Her power level definitely decreased." added a now awake Happy. "What was it like before?" asked Carla. "I guess you could say it was... over 9 thousand:D" snickered a suddenly comical Happy. The group studied the girl laying in front of them, wondering what they should do with her. "Should we send her to the magic council?" asked Erza. " Probably, we definitely can't afford another extremely powerful enemy." stated a serious Natsu. Lucy looked down at the girl and felt kinda bad that she would probably spend the rest of her life in a jail.
Lucy let her nice instincts take over and sighed " i think we should give her another chance and take her to the guild."Gray disagreed and said" I don't think that is a good idea Lucy, she would destroy the guild." Wendy frowned " well i think everyone deserves a second chance and i agree with Lucy!" Erza sighed " very well then i guess i agree too as long as she is in this weak state." Natsu added " Yeah, i guess she was pretty puny when she reverted back to this form." Carla frowned and whispered to Wendy" I can see something... something bad happening." Wendy didn't say a word, she was solid on her answer and wouldn't change it.
Soon the mages started to carry the girl onto the boat and head back to the guild. "I still think this is a bad idea" said a slightly worried Gray. "Whats the worst that can happen." Said Lucy.
WOOOOOOOOOH WEEEEEEEE! That was a hard chapter. Man i'm tired and about to play black ops2, don't forget to R&R. Also remember to lick leeches, smell your wolf's pits, steal candy(not really dodoos) and rate fairly. Any-who Buh-bye! WEEE OUT
