AN: Hi everyone, I am back and ready to go with this story
sorry for the year long wait it was due to school and things but I hope to update very frequently now.
I had a previous complaint about racism, I am not a racist in the slightest Bonnie is a pauper as it worked best for the storyline I have set up around her and kol. I know the story may seem a little slow but I'm trying to let the characters settle into a very drastic enjoy and feel free to leave a review
Chapter 6- Ready or not...
The next morning Bonnie lay in her bed gazing out the window watching the sun rise, she hadn't slept a wink in the original fun house of murder and games.
"oh good you're already awake" sighed Arabelle as she came hurried into the room and set about arranging Bonnie's clothes.
"unfortunatly" Bonnie quipped before turning to see the most hideous green dress, set in the late eighteenth century Bonnie guessed judging from the curtain like material and extreme amounts of Lace.
"He can not be serious, its awful" Bonnie pleaded with Arabelle who frowned at the girl stuck in a terrible situation.
"Oh but I'm deadly serious love" Kol laughed as he waltzed into the room with a long list of chores for Bonnie to fulfil, "I thought old trends came back, well consider yourself a trend setter as I recall you witches like to make.." his eyes wondered over the young girl's body "statements" he finished licking his lips.
It was to be a long day Bonnie thought as Kol once again flashed out of the room and she set about conquering the ugly mess of cloth.
Later on in the morning, in the guest chambers of the Mikealson mansion Caroline was woken to the sounds of morning bird calls and a gentle breeze through her open window. In her first moments Caroline cherished the feeling of such luxury before quickly snapping out of her self deluded state when thinking of her friends settling in to the game and most of all Bonnie, whom would have to endure the company of Kol Mikealson from what she had heard last night.
Wasting no time at all she set about preparing for the day and picking out her clothes however was cut short by a determined knock followed by the opening of the door.
"Good morning sweatheart" Klaus smiled as he strolled leisurely into her room, or what had become her room for the temporary yet never ending time at the Mikealson mansion.
"KLAUS" she yelled and scrambled to cover her semi naked self away from his gaze.
"Personal space. Princess status. Ring any bells?" she flushed red with embarrassment.
"Well of course excuse my awful and invasive behaviour but I just wondered if you would require a breakfast" he stated with the picture look of innocent plastered to his face.
"No thank you" Caroline was irritated by his presence already and wasngt even noon.
"I can get whatever I need on my own, I'm a big girl" she said crossing her arms to emphasis her point.
"Absolutely love, I however have all ready made a few arrangements" and at that point a crowd of compelled servants flooded her bedroom carrying trays of different breakfast foods, flowers in a variety of species, magazines Caroline had been known to read, and her own little stash of type B blood which just so happened to be her favourite.
"I''ll leave you to it" he winked whilst exiting. How was she to compete with the very man whom was competing for her heart in all the right ways, Caroline flopped on her bed. This was going to be one long stay.
"Ouch, hey watch it please I'm not a pin cushion!" Bonnie winced as Arabelle pulled tight on the corset strings of the hideous dress. She turned to examine her appearance in the mirror and gasped at the sight of herself.
"I look awful" she fell back on to her bed in disgust clawing at the floor length skirt made of harsh cloth.
"You know Kol ordered you to wear this dress right?" Arabelle said sitting next to Bonnie.
"Yeah I'm aware thanks" Bonnie snapped back
"Well he didn't say anything agaisnt making adjustments she smirked at the young witch hoping to get her message across.
"You are incredible Ara" Bonnie jumped up taking pieces of the dress in her hands. " We can totally do some serious damage control here, nice thinking" she laughed.
"Hey when you've been compelled enough times you learn how to look for loop holes" Arabelle smiled as she began lifting parts of the dress away.
"i auxilium mihi in sorores invocaverit purpuse" Bonnie closed her eyes chanting slowly taking deeps breaths.
"You have a spell for this" Arabelle asked clearly confused.
"Not exactly, I'm just asking for a bit of help really" Bonnie smiled at the thought of a dress spell. " I'm a witch not a fairy godmother" she giggled.
"...or a Cinderella for that matter so don't let Kol make a slave out of you" Caroline stated from the doorway.
"Caroline" Bonnie rushed to hug her best friend "I thought Klaus would have whooshed you to Paris or Rome by now" she smirked.
"As if I would leave you in Lions Den Bon, now come on lets get that god awful dress sorted" Caroline laughed at the green mess draped over Bonnie's petite body.
Bonnie whirled round to face the mirror, closing her eyes to focus on the image she had in her head and felt as the dress transformed from an ancient artefact to a simple yet pretty green skater dress. Much shorter in length ending above her knees, with lace sleeves and pinched waist.
"I approve" nodded Caroline gesturing at the dress.
"Ready to face the day?" Arabelle asked whilst linking arms with Bonnie and Caroline who looked at each other with determination.
"As we'll ever be" they stated in unison venturing out into the rest of the mansion to face their original buyers.
