Finally updated The Secret Army. If you're wondering why I haven't included any progress from the Secret Army Camp, there's a reason for that. For now, you'll just have to keep guessing why.

In the meantime (and if you're in need of some visuals of Gaea's camp and the Grotto) I've finally uploaded the images into my profile. You'll find them at the bottom of the profile.

All I have to say now is, enjoy!

The Secret Army:

Escape

" Put her down in 57A." Nyssa woke to the sound of the Elite Watchman growling to two of the Watch (commonly known as the redcoats). " That way I can watch her."

" You best be careful with this one, though, Pete. She's not like the other demigod spawn." One of the redcoats replied.

" Oh?"

That's when the entire floor A of the Grotto was filled with the sound of a wolf snarling. In the cell next to her, Nyssa could just make out the sound of Travis stirring, but he merely turned over and went back to sleep. Nyssa, on the other hand, couldn't. Instead, she turned and, hiding her head slightly so that it wasn't obvious that she was awake (the bastards still punished you if you were awake), watched as both members of the Watch dragged along a red and white wolf… it was the same wolf that she had been trying to protect.

Eventually, the Elite Watchman got fed up with the redcoats and, after slapping them upside the head, went over to the wolf and picked her up. That's when Nyssa realised that the animal had been muzzled. She had been sure that the wolf was going to bite. With ease, the Elite Watchman flung the wolf over his shoulder and walked away from the cells near the elevator. A few minutes later, a yelp of pain echoed through the floor as the Elite Watchman flung the wolf into her new cell. All Nyssa could do was wince in sympathy.

Only the gods knew what was going to happen to the poor beast.

Tiahna cringed as Jacob Brush and Finis Wolsbrook cut furiously at the rusted metal of the fence. She was almost sure that the noise would cause unwanted attention. Caro (also known as Travis Fry) had reassured her, however, that they were too far away from the main camp for anyone to hear them. The alpha female of the pack prayed to the gods that the brown wolf was right. She was risking everything on this little trip to Gaea's camp. Everything had to be fine.

Eventually Ice, the silver and white male that she still didn't trust, shook his head and went over to the fence that the other two boys were trying to quietly destroy. It was clear that he was fed up with waiting by the way he pushed both Coon and Aron away and dug under the fence and through to the other side.

" Cut along the edge of the ground on both sides of the hole. I'll be back." He growled slightly before dashing off.

Confused, Jacob and Finis turned to their alphas, both of whom were growling in return to the silver and white shape that was loping off into the rock quarry beyond.

" Do what he says." Tiahna finally ordered with a sigh. Somehow she had a feeling that the wolf knew what he was doing.

Sure enough, Ice soon returned with a decent sized rock in his mouth. By that time, both Jacob and Finis (or rather Coon and Aron) had been able to cut away at the metal that rested on top of the ground. With ease, Ice dropped the rock and began switching forms back into his human form. As a human, he was a twenty-nine year old white skinned male with an army style cut to his blond hair. Once human, Charles went straight to work on bending the metal fence so that the hole was large enough for him to fit through easily (he was one of the tallest and broadest humans in the Whitewater wolf pack). Then he transformed once more and began digging at the ground around the hole he had created before. His plan was quickly realised by Rust and Kaige who joined him on the other side of the fence.

" How long is this going to take?" Marik yawned.

" Not long if someone else wants to join me on this side to help make the hole bigger." Ice replied.

" Move." Sabre ordered Rust and Kaige.

He then joined Ice on the other side of the fence and started to dig as well. Not even twenty minutes later, the hole was both wide and deep enough to get through easily. But still Jacob and Finis remained in their human forms in order to make sure that the demigods could get through. It was Terrence's plan, but he hoped that the pack would be able to rescue some of the other demigods as well as Shiba. In no time at all, only Tiahna and Terrence remained on the outside of the fence.

" After you, Kara." Terrence said, looking to his mate.

" I don't think I can do it anymore, Shiro." Tiahna replied, her eyes absent-mindedly travelling to the unborn child she carried.

" Everything will be fine. Come on."

With that, he went under the fence.

Kara shook her head and heaved a sigh before steeling her gaze and following him under.

Stryker led the pack (with Shiro and Kara's permission, first) through the rock quarry. Each step, though quick, seemed to echo on the loose stones below their feet. And each glance at the towering rock walls that surrounded them made each wolf extra cautious. They knew they were in enemy territory, they could sense it, and they knew that they would be dead if they were caught. But one glance behind her told Kara that Ice, Sabre, Kaige and Rust were beginning to tire; Ice even more so than the others.

As if sensing that his pack members needed a quick rest, Stryker stopped. " There it is. The main encampment of Gaea's prisoners. I'm surprised she hasn't killed them all yet."

" Well, let's hope that she doesn't plan on doing so just yet, shall we?" Shiro replied, looking over the encampment.

" You could have told us that there was another fence to get through." Kara sighed.

" I'm sorry, Alpha. This was as far as I was willing to take the other two. But we did learn a lot about the night shifts of this place. The redcoats I believe they're called, they patrol the inside of the camp quite thoroughly but only on the pathways. The sections between the inner and midway fences as well as the midway and outer fences are patrolled by hellhounds; however they only patrol between the mines over in the corner next to our corner and the beast house which is the building right next to this very quarry." Stryker continued.

" What about the area between here and the mines?"

" I can answer that." Caro exclaimed. " The others and I could sense that something was amiss in that area when we were patrolling. I believe, and the others agree with me, that the redcoats have placed hidden security there. Either way, the place is loaded with them. My advice is to steer clear of that place."

" So how do we get from here to over there?" Shiro asked. He was looking at the small cluster of worn down buildings over near the mines.

" Where the two fences join." Sabre said with a smile. " The area is weak and no one goes there. Not even the guards. Okay, I admit. I got back late because I went against Stryker's orders and decided to do a bit of roaming around. I know the perfect way to get over to the bunkers."

" The bunkers?"

" The buildings that the redcoats keep the demigods and CSA members in."

" Lead us there." Kara ordered.

It was his third offense. Tomorrow he would be going into the stadium before being paraded to the Grotto. But right then, he was freezing. He was lying on the snow covered ground at the left corner of Bunker Six, not a single piece of clothing covering his body. His body was that numb that he couldn't even feel the places that hurt anymore.

" What I wouldn't do to be back at Camp Half-Blood right about now." He whispered to himself, watching as his breath turned into steam in front of his face.

" I would shut up if I were you, demispawn." One of the Demititan redcoats growled, slamming his boot deep into his chest. " If you die now, you'll never get to see your dear brother. What was his name again? Oh, that's right, Travis."

The redcoat brought down his shoe on Connor's foot before continuing his round. That's when Connor heard it. It was the sound of feet trampling on snow… but the sound was coming from behind him. Slowly, Connor turned around where he lay, unresponsive to the pain. Standing just in the shadow of the Bunker were fourteen very dangerous looking wolves, two of which were snarling while two more were slinking off. One of the wolves, grey in colour, was looking up at the sky for some reason (Connor got the feeling that that wolf was a female) and another two were sitting down (one of those two were in the process of yawning when he had turned). Everyone else, however, was looking straight at him.

With a sort of growling bark, the grey and white wolf that was stalking towards him, flicked her tail slightly before dashing into a run and leaping over the frozen demigod. Following close behind were the two wolves that had been slinking off as well as the grey wolf that was looking at the sky and the other snarling wolf. Connor could only guess that he was not on the wolves' dinner menu that night.

One of the other wolves, a brown wolf that had been standing next to the grey and white wolf that had led the others away, flicked his tail slightly and turned to face the others behind him before looking back to Connor with what looked like a smile on its face. It was only then that Connor noticed that the only pure black wolf in the pack had disappeared into the night. But it was the shocked scream of one of the redcoats that forced the son of Hermes to look away from the wolf pack behind him.

When he turned back a few minutes later, a thirty five year old man was standing where the first brown wolf had been standing. He looked like he was half African-American with wood brown skin instead of chocolate brown skin as well as the usual black hair. What was slightly freaky, however, was that he had blue eyes. He was wearing a brown snow parka along with black winter pants. With a smile on his face, the man went over to Connor and held his hand out. That's when Connor noticed that on the man's sleeve was a tribal wolf head howling… much like the one that had been on Kayla's arms. Underneath the wolf head, however, were the words and numbers:

Whitewater Pack – Alpha

Terrence Monako

Shiro

856-7854-3263-081

" It's okay, boy. We're all males, here." He said, waiting for Connor's hand. " My name's Terrence."

" Connor Stoll." The son of Hermes whispered, still not sure about what was going on.

But before he could say anything else, Terrence had grabbed his arm and had pulled him off the snow. The next thing he knew was that Terrence had taken off his parka and had wrapped it around him. It was long enough to cover his privates (as long as he wasn't lying down for too long) and what was more, it was warm. Connor was only able to mutter his thanks before Terrence took him over to the silver and white wolf that had been yawning.

" Connor, this is Ice. He's also a lot warmer than his name suggests. He'll keep you warm out here until the rest of us return." Terrence explained before turning to the wolf. " Ice. You keep this boy safe and warm and we'll think about taking you off probation, understand?"

Said wolf lowered himself to the ground with his stomach raised to the man. It was a clear submission. With a nod of his head, Terrence left Connor with Ice before turning back into a wolf and addressing the other males. In an instant, the six were gone. Ice sat up and beckoned Connor closer to him before curling around the son of Hermes once he was comfortably resting beside the wolf. Before long, both human and wolf were wondering where the other wolves were.

" Alpha. The boy's scent comes from this building." Aron called, lifting his nose from the edge of Bunker Six's door.

" Then it is that building we will search first." Shiro replied.

As hard as he could, he pushed on the door with his front paws, confident that Kara and the others were keeping the Redcoats at bay. With an ominous creak, the door slammed open. Both Shiro and Aron cringed at their mistake… or rather, Shiro's mistake. Before he could stop himself, Aron let out a small whimper. Shiro, on the other hand, merely shook his head before turning to the younger wolf.

" Well, now that they know we're here, we might as well start looking for Shiba." The Alpha said, cautiously walking into the Bunker.

" Somehow I get the feeling that she's not here anymore." Aron muttered to himself.

" That can't be the redcoats." Someone whispered from near the back of the Bunker.

" Shut up. They might still be around." Another hissed back.

" We come in peace!" Shiro barked, forgetting that he was in his wolf form.

Aron decided it was better to wait outside and keep guard.

The awkward silence that followed the wolves' arrival was quickly realised by Shiro and he shook his head, growling at his own stupidity. With a sigh, he set his nose to work on trying to find his adopted daughter. All he got was her cold scent. Shiba was long gone. He did, however, find the clothes that Connor had been wearing before he had been taken outside. A quick order and the clothes sent Aron back to the son of Hermes and Shiro alone in a Bunker filled with deprived human beings, be they demigods or pure mortals. With another sigh escaping his jaws, Shiro allowed his human form to emerge.

" Holy shit, it's freezing." He grumbled to himself before clearing his throat and whispering loudly so that those who were asleep were not disturbed. " I come in peace. I am not a redcoat. I am Kayla's… father figure."

" What are you doing here, Wolf?" Lieutenant Barker called, realising that the redcoats would have a hard time getting through the rest of the wolf pack that was outside the Bunker.

" Lieutenant Barker, Sir! You're alive! We… or rather most of us thought you had fallen. Myself included. I beg your forgiveness for thinking such thoughts."

" You're forgiven, now answer my question. What are you doing here?"

" The Whitewater wolf pack is here to rescue one of our own, Shiba, also known as Kayla Terren."

" You're too late." Someone called from one of the nearer bunks. " They took her to the Grotto a day or two ago."

" The Grotto?" Shiro asked. He hadn't heard about that before.

" Yeah. It's this place where they take you if you've been found awake past curfew three times."

" Or any other time. Remember what happened to Travis Stoll?" another called back.

That's when Shiro got another 'brilliant' plan in his head. " Is this Travis Stoll of any relation to Connor Stoll, the boy outside?"

" They're brothers."

" Then I, Terrence Monako, Alpha Shiro of the Whitewater wolf pack, promise to get both Connor and Travis Stoll out of captivity alive as well as anyone else who wishes to accompany them."

From outside, Shiro heard the sound of people and animals rushing to the Bunkers. If he concentrated hard enough, he was able to hear the shrill whistle of a silent alarm somewhere in the distance. He could also hear the sound of the rest of his pack rushing back to the safety of the other side of the bunkers. It could only mean one thing. They had been discovered.

" You've got no time! You can't take us all!" The Lieutenant barked.

" Then I'll take some of you. Especially you, Lieutenant." Shiro replied.

" No. Katie Gardner! Octavian Abrami! Dakota Ferguson! Will Solace! Melissa Tamworth! Get up and get out! You're all going with the wolf pack!"

" But…" Katia yawned, clearly worried about what was happening.

" Don't argue! Just go!"

Five thuds landed on the floor and hurried as best they could to the Whitewater alpha. It was then that Shiro realised that all six inmates (Connor included) were shackled… which, in turn, meant that they were going to have a rough time getting out fast enough.

" Alpha! We need to go now!" Aron whimpered from outside the Bunker.

" Aron. Get me Stryker, Sabre and Caro! Now!" Shiro ordered, praying to the gods that they would have enough time.

In no time flat, the four wolves were standing in the Bunker and awaiting their next orders. What surprised them all (the inmates included) was that Shiro had begun leading the demigods to the four subordinates. It seemed that his plan, this time, was to ride the inmates to the fences. The look that the four subordinates gave each other clearly stated that they hoped their leader wasn't that insane to make them carry the inmates all the way to the second fence.

" Okay. Demigods, mount the wolf beside you. No objections. Melissa, you will ride me. Lie on our backs if you have to." Shiro explained, before allowing his wolf form to emerge and welcoming the warmth it brought.

" Shiro is insane, I swear. Why did I even marry him?" Kara sighed.

" Um… because you love him?" Kaige replied as Coon tried to cut at least one of the leather shackles from around Connor's ankle.

He was almost done too, when Shiro bounded past leading Aron, Stryker, Sabre and Caro, and with inmates lying on their backs.

" We go. Now." Kara ordered, sensing the urgency in her mate's eyes. " Coon, leave it for later. Connor, get onto Coon's back."

What happened next was a blur to all those involved. Shiro led the run back to the first fence and over to the rock quarry. The inmates had to go under themselves. Kara and Fisk were the only two who weren't allowed to carry any of the inmates to the outside fence, Tena and Kaige being told to only carry the girls. As soon as they were out of the encampment and into the forest beyond, the wolf pack hurried to the cave that they had rested in before where Marik, being the darkest out of the entire pack, kept watch for any danger.
