Kaoru looked around as they walked, trying to see where they were going.

"Don't bother, young demon."

"Young demon…?"

"Yes, you won't be able to see anything."

Kaoru sighed and continued following the man, trying to be careful. But it all ended up being for nothing when he tripped and felt himself hit whoever he was with, sending them both tumbling down the spiral cement staircase. They both hit the bottom with grunts.

"You fool!" The Leaver shouted at him, "Can't you be more careful!?"

"Well sorry I can't see…" Kaoru muttered, sitting up and rubbing his shoulder.

"Let's finish this, shall we?"

"Nekozawa, I don't know what you're talking about."

The Leaver turned and pulled down his hood, his blonde hair being revealed. His blue eyes sparkled with excitement. Kaoru stood and looked the man in the eyes.

"By you knowing it was me I can already guarantee that you're lying," he smirked.

Kaoru's eyes widened as he realized his mistake. Nekozawa began to chuckle darkly and moved the torch that he was carrying over to the right, a pit sparked to life with the fire and then was spread to candles and other torches around the space.

"I still don't know what you're talking about," Kaoru told him as he watched the chain reaction the fire made.

"You claim to be loyal, yes?"

"Of course."

"That you'd never stab the people you love in the back, correct?"

"Yes, yes, I agree to all of that."

"Then I have two theories. One is that you don't love anyone in that Host Club but yourself and possibly Haruhi. Or the other one is that you're just too naive that you don't realize what you've done."

Kaoru lowered his head and a smirk appeared on his lips, the boy began to chuckle, "I'd stick with your first theory, Nekozawa. I do love my brother, but not enough to the point where I wouldn't backstab him."

"That is what I'm talking about, Kaoru. I guessed awhile back at Ouran that you had an untapped dark side. It appears this revolution helped tap that."

Kaoru held out his arm, flipped it so his palm was up, and then poked the middle point in between his wrist and elbow. An orange light began flashing. Kaoru looked up at the stunned black magic guru.

"Is that a tracker…?" Nekozawa asked in a low voice.

"Yes, that's how they've been able to find us all this time."

"How… Who put that in you?"

"Kasuke. He followed us in the beginning and I let him put it in," Kaoru replied, chuckling darkly, "They never suspected a thing."

"We need to go that out of you, Kaoru! There's a deadly toxin in those things! If you do one thing wrong he'll kill you in the blink of an eye…" Nekozawa's blue eyes were wide with fear.

Kaoru stared at him, "What?"

"You can't trust them, Kaoru…" Nekozawa whispered to him.

"But…"

"No, you can do this another way."

"How?"

"Give me your hand."

Kaoru held out his hand to him. Nekozawa took it and led him over to a table. He placed a bowl under his hand and grabbed a copper colored blade. He turned his hand so he could see his palm and brought the blade to his palm. Kaoru stared wide-eyed.

"What...What are you doing?" Kaoru asked.

"A ritual for the Queen," Nekozawa replied bluntly, slicing the blade into his hand and blood dripped into the bowl.

Kaoru watched as his blood formed into a puddle in the bowl. Nekozawa placed the blade aside, Kaoru's blood still lined lightly on the edge. He grabbed a few bottles and came back, unscrewing one of them. He poured a lavender liquid into the bowl and then a red and after that one that was a black goop. Kaoru frowned, his amber-green eyes reflecting the glowing and bubbling mixtures, his hand beginning to tremble.

"Calm, boy. It's supposed to do that," an old voice said from the shadows.

Nekozawa quickly got down on one knee and bowed. A cane came out of the darkness first and then an old man came with it. There were many age lines among his body, he had a scraggly mess of a beard and a mustache that resembled a flattened mouse. He had on old kimonos and robes in many layers and fashions. A sash was hanging around his waist and glittered along with his blue eyes.

"Who are you?" Kaoru asked.

"I am Tenshi Kito. I've lived here for years, helping to get the revolution together and bring the Queen to us," he explained, watching Kaoru closely.

"This is the betrayer?"

"Hai, sir," Nekozawa replied, standing up straight.

"He isn't what I pictured."

Nekozawa wrapped Kaoru's hand up in bandages and then stirred together the contents in the dish. He grabbed a clear cup and poured the dark red substance into the cup.

"So what is this for again?" Kaoru asked.

"A drink for the Queen. She needs it in order to continue her transformation," Tenshi explained.

"Transformation?"

"Yes, the Haruhi you all know will soon be gone forever once she is completely ready for coronation."

Kaoru was beginning to regret doing what he had done. The Leaver grabbed the younger twin's arm and sliced where the tracker was and then pulled it out with tweezers. Kaoru yelped and rubbed the area after Nekozawa had placed bandages over the area.

Tenshi stepped forward and ran his hand down in front of Kaoru's face, "Sleep and return to where you belong. Speak of this to no one."

Kaoru felt his body tingle and then it began to burn. He frowned and opened his eyes, he was back in the cell with the others. He looked down at his arm and saw the bandages were still there.

He sighed, "I'm so sorry, Haruhi."

The boy fell asleep after that. Unaware someone in the room was still awake. The male still awake turned his head towards the boy. His fists clenching, What does Kaoru have to do with any of this? He looked over to the boy's twin and then down to the blonde curled up next to him, trembling from the cold. He pulled his blanket off of himself and put it onto the shaking boy. He relaxed immediately and then the curious man slowly fell into slumber.
