Roy: Hey guys, sorry for the LONG delay but we got caught up and well, we got on a block and we decided to hold this story until we planned it all out to the end to avoid dead ends such as this one.

Edgar 3rd Person POV

Spending the next few hours of the dead night answering a talking snowman's questions while trying to keep a reindeer away from anything that could give them away while gathering information on a pirate infested ship full of hostages was not the red head's ideal way to try and save the ship.

The man had his back on the wall as he peeked over the corner to see an approaching pirate in grimy clothing as he held a flintlock in his hands. Edgar hid behind the corner in waiting as Olaf stood beside him leaning on the wall as Edgar looked at him and put a finger to his own lips in a gesture to keep silent.

Olaf nodded as the pirate came close and from the door before them came out Sven who was wearing a bed sheet over his body so he couldn't see a thing. The reindeer huffed as Edgar clicked his teeth as the pirate said from around the corner "Who's there?!"

As he came around the corner, Edgar swiftly grabbed his hand with the gun and twisted it making him drop it as he pushed the man on to the wall pressing his body and face flat on the wall as he said "Where are you keeping the guards on this ship?"

The pirate growled as he spat "No quarter landlubber!"

With a sigh, Edgar twisted his arm harder as his bone threatened to snap. The pirate yelped in pain and Edgar slammed him on the wall again saying "Change of heart matey?"

"I don't know!" said the pirate, "Me job was just to swab this here part of the ship! The Cap'n doesn't tell me anything!"

He bent his arm more as the pirate hissed and Edgar said "Then who does?"

"Mary!" said the pirate hissing in pain, "she be on the starboard above! Long black hair, golden eyes with the most sinister look you'll ever see! Ya can't miss her!"

Edgar narrowed his eyes and said "Are you sure that's everything?"

"Aye!" said the pirate, "now lemme go!"

Edgar then released his arm and he went to run for the flintlock but Edgar kicked it away as he slammed the man's head hard on the wall effectively knocking his light out.

The pirate landed with a thud on the ground as Olaf said with a smile "He talks funny"

"All pirates do," said Edgar, "this guy was just a common hand but some of these pirates could really be dangerous."

Edgar dragged the man's unconscious body into the room and pulled off the sheet on top of Sven and covered the unconscious man with it as Olaf said "More dangerous?"

The red head nodded and said "See here Olaf that some pirates used to be officers in some military or just some really experienced pirates meaning they know how to shoot a gun and swing a cutlass."

Sven shook his head as he sneezed and Edgar said "These guys are everywhere on the ship, I'll need you to follow what I say Olaf."

"Whatever I can do to help Edgar!" said Olaf, "Sven can help too!"

The reindeer nodded as Edgar said "Alright, here it goes, we learn where they guards of the ship are from this 'Mary' above and we release them since we'll need trained and able bodied people to fight back if needed. After that, we'll find Elsa and Kristoff and help set the civilians to safety while we escape as the guards handle the rest. There are more guards here than pirates, I can tell, after we free them, it'll be easy sailing from there. We gotta leave since some guards here could recognize me and that would be bad."

After explaining the plan, Olaf and Sven followed Edgar as they climbed up the stairs to the next floor above which was a dinner room. Sven's hoofs clacked on the iron steps of the stairs as Olaf climbed each one with his arms since he had no legs but he just ended up riding on Sven's back.

Olaf looked left and right as he said "You think Queen Elsa and Kristoff are alright?"

Sven whined worriedly as Edgar clicked his tongue and said "I'm sure they're fine Olaf."

"Really?" asked the snowman,

Edgar seriously felt like he was talking to a child instead of a supposedly inanimate object but seeing the two of them looked like they needed assurance like his little sister did and he couldn't help himself but help.

The red head gave a rare small smile and said "Oh sure, Elsa with her ice powers will keep her safe for sure. Then Kristoff is tough, he'll handle it well."

Olaf grinned and nodded as Sven happily nodded as well. It was satisfying to see the response. Edgar slowly climbed up and as they came before the turn to the dining room, laughter, singing and cheers were heard.

Edgar gestured for them to keep quiet as he peeked around the corner. Safe to say, Edgar was surprised by the room and its inhabitants. The room was massive, gorgeous crafted oak tables were covered by silk woven velvet fabric with intricate designs. The oak chairs were crafted and carved to the finest detail. The floor was covered by a lavish carpet that looked like it was made from the finest fur. The walls were lit with expensive looking lamps and the fires within roared powerfully.

The Herrendonian then narrowed his eyes as he saw pirates all over the room. An amount of pirates, reaching about late teens were everywhere in the room. The room smelled of alcohol as pirates all around held bottles of the expensive wine and liquor that was on the ship.

Pirates were drinking and singing along as near the center of the room, a woman who had a head of long, sleek black hair. A bandanna was on her head as it covered her scalp but her black hair flowed down to her back. She had a glass of wine in her right hand as her other was on the handle of the cutlass on her waist. She wore a blue vest over her striped top and she wore dark blue pants and a belt around her waist as her cutlass and flintlock hung and she wore a pair of black high heels. Edgar scrutinized her but what caught him were her eyes.

Edgar was held aback as he looked at her eyes. They were golden like a cat's and they held a devious look in them as if she was just planning for something mischievous and troublesome. She smirked with her red lips and said "There's all for the night lads! Splice the mainbrace!"

The assortment of pirates, both man and women cheered and held up their drinks as they shared a collective drink. Edgar then thought "She must be Mary…now how am I going to do this…"

The red head hid behind the wall in thought as he silently peered at the group of pirates. As he was thinking, a bald pirate approached Mary and said "Mary ma'am, what does the cap'n plan ta do anyways?"

The female pirate sipped her wine and laughed as she said "Old Yerven plans to pillage this here ship first which is already done; we got the loot on the deck. Then, he's gonna take the women and take'em back to the ship and sell'em as slaves. With all the royalty here I'm sure they could sell for a shiny penny."

A scowl found its way to Edgar's face as she then said "Matter of fact, he'll be taking them off in an hour."

Silently cursing, Edgar growled as how things just got complicated. Elsa was with the women meaning if she was cast off along with the others, it would be difficult bringing her back from a pirate ship nonetheless. He had to go on board and stall but first he needed to know where the Guards on this ship were locked in.

He glanced at Olaf and Sven as he said "I'll be heading there, you two stay here and follow the plan."

"What about you?" asked Olaf,

"You're Queen is going to be sold as a slave if I don't do anything," said Edgar with a clenched fist, "I need to get up and stall but don't worry, I'll be fine."

Sven whined silently as Olaf understood and said "Careful Edgar"

Realizing this was the stupidest idea in his whole life, Edgar still thought this would work. He stepped out into the open as he slapped on the mask from the masquerade on his face and he said "People, what seems to be going on here?"

He put his hands on his hips as the pirates looked at the bottles they were drinking thinking they had just imagined a masked man with two swords hanging from his sides just popping out of nowhere.

Olaf and Sven remained hidden behind the wall as the bald pirate growled and said "I thought we got all of the guards to the storage area!"

"Bingo you fool," thought Edgar,

Thankfully, Olaf was smart enough to know what to do next and he led Sven down the stairs to the Storage Area where the Guards were supposedly locked in. The red head smirked and said "Well you thought wrong!"

"Who are ya stranger!" said a random pirate,

"No one special for sure," said Edgar, "now I came here looking for some fun…I guess this will do."

Mary settled her glass on the table as she stood and gestured to her cutlass and said "We don't know who ya are stranger but you're meeting the captain. We thought everyone was caught by the end of the party."

"I don't think so," said Edgar,

Mary smirked as her golden eyes flashed with malice and trouble and she said "That's a pretty pair of swords you got there, you think they're worth a bit?"

"You want'em?" asked Edgar putting both hands to his sides,

Mary smirked and pointed at him saying "Get him lads!"

Edgar immediately flipped a table over to three pirates who groggily ran at him and knocked them down. He dodged one's tackle and jumped on a table as two others ran into each other. A pirate scrambled for him but he leapt and kicked him down as Edgar delivered a swift kick on the neck of the one closest to him.

For a few minutes, Edgar played a deadly game of tag with the pirates in the room who wanted him caught. Finally, the red head picked up a shard of glass as he flipped one of the pirates on the ground and held the shard of glass to his neck.

He smirked but continued to do so as a click was heard behind him and he dropped the shard, put his hands on the back of his head as he stood looking around. A good amount of them had been knocked out by him while others looked like vomiting from the chase especially when they weren't sober but Mary held her flintlock top his head as she said "Nice try stranger, you're coming with me."

Elsa 3rd Person POV

Elsa was shaken awake by Rapunzel who nudged on her and she said "Elsa! Elsa! Pst! You awake?"

"Am now," said the Queen of Arendelle,

It was still night time and only a few hours passed form their capture and she still didn't have her bed head, thank God, but she was wondering why Rapunzel had woke her up at this ill-timed hour.

"Sorry for waking you Elsa," said the short haired brunette, "but I had a nightmare."

"A nightmare?" asked Elsa,

Rapunzel looked terrified, she was sorry for waking her but she needed someone to speak to. Elsa sighed as her kind nature took over and said "What is it Rapunzel? What happened? You can tell me?"

She leaned on the cold wall as the brunette did the same and said "I had a dream where Mother Gothel came back. She grabbed me by the hair and dragged me out of our castle, I cried for help but I couldn't yell."

Elsa remembered how Rapunzel's story went. Mother Gothel had sheltered her life and kept her hidden from the world for all selfish reasons to maintain her immortality. She tried to kill Flynn who Rapunzel saved and she herself saw her mother figure fall off the tower and turn into dust.

Elsa gave her a kid smile as she said "Don't worry; it's going to be fine."

The younger girl still looked sad as she said "I'm scared Elsa, what if we never get out of here? What if I never see my parents, Maximus or Flynn again?"

Elsa could understand her fear, the fear of her future and what could happen. The ice queen had felt her entire time growing up on how she could hurt her family accidentally. She distanced herself, grew lonely and isolated but that has all changed now but that fear was still within her.

The Queen of Arendelle looked at her friend and said "Rapunzel, I'm scared too. I'm trying to find my sister and she's in trouble. I'm worried for her fiancé who is also my best friend. I'm worried for my kingdom about what would happen if something happens to me and I'm even worried about Edgar."

Elsa gave a small smile and said "Being scared is normal Rapunzel but it's up to us to get taken over by fear or fight back and send it away."

The younger girl smiled and gave a nod but just then, the door keeping them locked in opened and a tall, no gigantic pirate, about seven feet tall stood with a grunt and said "All of you come with me, the captain will be needing ya!"

Elsa, Rapunzel and the other three women in the room were brought up and led out the room. Elsa noticed as they were being led through the ship's corridors, all the women were being woken up and being led above as well. She wondered why this was happening.

Soon, they came to the boat's deck where the party was held earlier on. From what used to be a party venue now was a center where a lot of pirates, about thirty of them, were scattered all around. Some were tying bags of loot where the hostages' belongings like jewels, money, gold and valuables were placed. The serving area was now littered with spilled bottles of wine and it seems that the pirates had quite a bit of fun with the liquor.

Barrels of gunpowder were on the deck suspiciously as Elsa pushed onto the crowd with Rapunzel and they looked around to see that they were all women.

A hearty laugh came from the pirate on top of the stage. Elsa's deep blue eyes looked at the pirate and she was a bit angry as he laughed. He was about six feet in height, he wore a black trench coat and a massive beard was on his face. He had a pair of beady black eyes that scanned his haul greedily and he smiled showing a mouth of rotten teeth. His black hair was short and slimy and a cutlass was sheathed on his belt.

Rapunzel looked left and said "What are they going to do to us?"

"I don't know," said Elsa,

She looked at the pirate and whispered "I think we're about to find out."

The gruff pirate then called out and said "Avast ladies! I am Yerven the Scourge! As ye all know, this ship here now be under my crew's fingers."

A murmuring was in the crowd but the women were in a circle as pirates armed with guns and swords surrounded them. The leader growled and hissed "Shut yer yaps or I'll blast all of ye to Davy Jones' Locker!"

The crowd went silent as Yerven then said "I bet ye'r all wondering why all ye fine ladies are doing here on deck?"

Yerven ran a hand through his hair and said "You all will be comin to me ship and will be sold as slaves!"

A collective gasp came from the crowd and he then laughed as he patted a barrel of gunpowder and said "After we leave here ladies, all this gunpowder will be scattered through the ship."

He shot his gun in the air as he said "Then boom! This ship along with all the other landlubbers will be shark bait smithereens!"

A panic started among the crowd as Yerven then said "Take'em to the boats!"

Suddenly, Rapunzel said out loud "Nobody sells me!"

Yerven gave her an eye and approached her as he chuckled saying "Well lassie, you don't look half bad; maybe I'll just keep ya!"

Elsa growled and narrowed her eyes as the temperature dropped and said ". She knew she shouldn't use her powers, she knew they had to avoid suspicion but her friend was on the line here. She knew she had to do this otherwise; Rapunzel could be taken away for good.

Suddenly, a figure whose head was covered by a bag was shoved onto the stage. From the back, a golden eyed woman kicked him forward and said "Cap'n! This here fool was lurking around below! He had the idea of escaping!"

Yerven turned his look away from Rapunzel and said "Who be the fool!"

The woman pulled him to his knees as Yerven pulled off the bag to reveal a masked face with a head of dark red hair. Elsa recognized that hair anywhere and thought "Edgar?!"

His hands were bound by rope and he was pulled by the hair by Yerven and said "Well, a masked stranger! Who could you be?"

Edgar remained silent as Yerven pushed him down on his chest to the floor. Elsa was losing control of herself seeing her friend get hurt. Edgar grunted in pain as Yerven pulled him up by the hair and said "I'll ask again, who are ye?"

Mary then pulled out his two rapiers which were still on his belt. She held the belt and said "Never mind that, look at these! Must be worth a fortune!"

Yerven eyed the rapiers greedily as he said "Amazing treasure could be worth more than everything we've gotten today!"

Yerven noticed a pendant around his neck and pulled it off holding the golden torch amulet to his face and said "What is this? Another thing to put in with the loot!"

Edgar's voice became deadly as he growled "Put that down…"

"So he speaks?" asked Yerven, "Shame, it doesn't look like much."

Edgar growled as Yerven drew his cutlass and put it to Edgar's neck in front of all the women and said "Let this here be an example of what happens when ye mess with me! Yerven the Scourge!"

He brought the blade up as time slowed down for Elsa, she was about to do something until a loud yell was heard. Everyone's attention turned to see the ship's guards surrounding them armed with swords and guns. Edgar smirked and stood swiftly, knocking Yerven's cutlass away as the ropes on his wrists dropped down on the ground and Elsa noticed it was burned off. He kicked Mary away as he stole his belt back, snapped it on and drew his rapiers and a Captain of the Guards yelled "Secure the hostages! Go men!"

The guards ran forward and knocked away the pirates from the hostages making them go back under the deck away from the party area. The captain yelled "Lead them to the safe area! To the other end of the ship!"

The guards led the women away and Elsa gave Edgar a worrying look which he returned with a encouraging nod. She was cut free by a guard and she led Rapunzel through the crowd down below.

Soon, Elsa dragged Rapunzel by the hand and she said "Elsa isn't that you're friend?"

She nodded and said "He'll be fine! Let's keep moving!"

Amongst the crowd, they spotted Flynn who was frantically looking around while Kristoff peered from his height to look around. Flynn's eyes landed on Elsa and Rapunzel and they ran towards each toher and Flynn caught Rapunzel in a hug and a swift kiss as she said "Flynn!"

"Rapunzel you're okay!" said Flynn happily,

Kristoff game a sigh of relief seeing Elsa and he said "Elsa glad to see you're okay."

Olaf and Sven trotted behind them and Elsa raised a brow in surprise and Olaf said "Where's Edgar?"

"Olaf? Sven?" asked the Queen, "What are you doing here?"

"A talking snowman?" asked Rapunzel,

Kristoff nodded and said "No time to explain, Olaf said we need to leave as soon as possible since the guards will recognize Edgar."

A gunshot was heard from above and Elsa said "I need to get Edgar! Go!"

"But Queen Elsa-" said Kristoff,

"Now Kristoff!" said Elsa, "Queen's orders!"

He nodded and led Olad and Sven off and the people didn't really seem to care but gave a small looks seeing a reindeer and a snowman on a ship. Elsa nodded at Flynn and Rapunzel and said "We were glad to meet you, I'm sure we'll meet again."

"Save your sister," said Rapunzel with a shimmer in her green eyes,

"Watch out for Edgar," said Flynn, "He needs some help at times."

Elsa nodded and ran back up to see Edgar along with several guards fighting off pirates. The queen saw him slash down a duo of pirates and kick one away and he saw her, ran to her and said "Elsa! What are you doing here! I told you to run!"

"We need to go!" said Elsa,

Just then, a stray bullet knocked down a lamp and a fire started spreading on the wooden ship deck. The fires roared as the pirates' eyes widened as it crept towards the gunpowder barrels and Yerven said "She's gonna blow! Abandon ship!"

He along with his crew leapt off the boat and Elsa and Edgar looked down to see the rest of the crew on some of the escape boats. They got on as they started rowing away. There was no catching them now but Edgar's eyes widened in horror as the guards were unnoticing to the fire and as it came closer to the gunpowder, Elsa yelled "It's gonna explode!"

Edgar grit his teeth as if he was torn on what to do. The guards saw to late and the roaring fire reached the barrels and a powerful explosion shook the ship's deck and Elsa, being close to the barrels expected to be burned away, looked in surprise as Edgar stood before all of them, holding his hands up as if the fire was being held back as the explosion continued from the other side.

His mask was burned off and his hands sparked into flames and he said "No! Not now!"

His body burst into flames but he didn't seemed affected at all. He had his swords in their sheaths as one of the guards unfroze and said "It's the demon!"

Edgar dropped his hands as the explosion stopped and shot a powerful torrent of flames which made the guards part and he then said "Elsa let's move!"

She ran after him as the guards ran after the duo. The fires on his body died down and when they made it below where the crowds were, the guard had lost them. Edgar moved though the crowd, gripping Elsa's hand as thoughts ran through her head.

"Did Edgar just…stop the fire? Did he just cover himself in flames and use it like how I use ice?"

They made it to the third floor of the ship and there Kristoff was with Olaf and Sven on one of the spare little row boats and Edgar heard steps behind them and said "Get on!"

Elsa hopped on as Edgar stood on the boat, drew his black rapier and met eyes with the guards and slash horizontally, making the boat fall down to the water and Kristoff started to row away.

Sheathing his sword as they slowly started distancing themselves from the now liberated boat, Edgar sat on the boat and closed his eyes as Kristoff, Elsa, Olaf and Sven gave him a collective looks.

"What was that just back there?" asked Elsa to the red head as she sat down as well,

Edgar sighed as the sun started to rise from the East and said "This is going to be a long story…Mountain Man, row towards the sun, that's where Herrendon is at."

Roy: Done! So finally revealed Edgar's 'special' talent! We'll explain somethings the next chapter and hopefully we do so swiftly!

Jake: How was the action? Hope you all liked it! Edgar uses fire like how Elsa uses Ice and it seems as if it's a long and sad story for the red head.
