AC: Here comes the chapter 9.

Difference from the prime Universe.

Decepticon:

Megatron: The difference is that his gray body has some blue and red line starting from his feet to his face.

Soundwave and laser beak: No difference.

Starscream: His chest is red paint while the rest is white.

Knock Out: His paint job is pale red.

Breakdown: His paint job is blue light.

Shockwave: He is purple and has some yellow at his arms.

Hardshell: Still the same. He is covered with scar of numerous battles. (Chief of the Insecticon)

Kickback: He looks like all normal Insecticons except a long scar at his chest. (The funny Insecticon)

Vehicons: They are the same. (I just like them that way)

Important one: Steve; the alpha (chief) of the vehicons, Joker; the funny vehicon, Maso the masochist and Silver (The only vehicon with silver paint) the miner chief.

Skyquake: He is similar except that his armor is pale green and close to emerald.

Autobot:

Optimus: His paint job color is the same but way much darker, which seems more close to black than red and blue.

Bumblebee: No difference.

Arcee: Her paint job is blue and black.

Bulkhead: He has dark green paint job with a few black lines and scars over his body.

Rodimus: He looks like in the G1 version but he has an image of dark flame on his shoulders.

Drones: They all have a black body. They have similar body forms than the vehicons but a few differences are visible. They have horns on the sides of their head with silver color. They are also larger and bigger than the vehicons. They have 4 optics. 2 at the front of their face, like any normal human, and 1 for each size of their head. They doesn't have mouthplate and aren't sentient.

Elites Drones: They are the same than the Drone but they have better weaponry and a stronger armor.

One solar cycle = one hour

One orbital cycle = one day.

One stellar cycle = one year

Writing like this (Don't know the word in English) = particular attention to the word, they pronounce it more slowly

Word on computer or book = Computer or book communication

Italic word = thought

Italic word = vision of the future or the past

Word = bumblebee speaking

Chapter 9: Awakening of Skyquake

This moment...

"The enemy is attacking the ship!" Shouts a voice close to him.

"The Mercury cannot handle the attack forever!" Shouts another voice far from him.

"-Attention all soldier! Proceed to the upper floor! The autobot are trying to open a hole on the ship! They are boarding us!-" Says the voice on the comlink.

"Let's go soldier." Says a voice besides him.

"Alright sir!" He answers.

He takes his minigun weapon and runs at the upper floor to defend the ship against the autobot. Decepticons reach the floor where they can see a laser saw opening a hole in the metal of the Mercury ship.

"Prepare to fire!" Shouts a soldier.

He points his minigun at the soon to be a hole. The minigun starts spinning and getting hotter and it is ready to fire any time.

"Time to make them pay." He says looking at the hole. He puts his servo on his chestplate before the fight. "Brother...Maybe I won't see you again."

The ship has been breach and he fires all he has in the minigun with his fellow decepticons.

Nemesis: Hangar room

Shockwave and Knock Out are looking at the pod where Skyquake is and they sigh. It was harder to wake him out of his stasis then they first thought.

"He doesn't seem to want to be online." Says Knock Out.

"So he's going to sleep forever?" Asks Hasher on the shoulder of Shockwave.

"Not exactly. He is...hum...was unconscious...Which stasis mean." Says Shockwave.

"Was?" Asks Hasher.

"Yeah...He is now into a deep...very deep recharge." Says Shockwave.

"He just needs to regain his strength. His tank has been pierce and he loses lots of energon. He was running low for a long time and this fast patching wasn't good enough to let him be online...But it was good enough to make him maintain his spark in his sparkchamber." Says Knock Out. "Anyway...My job is done here and I can finally relax a little...Kickback sure takes my time in the med bay with getting him out of stasis. He is still out of mission for a while." Knock Out sits on an energon cube and he closes his optics.

"Shockwave..." Says Hasher.

"What is it?" Says his guardian.

"I've been wondering for a while but...Why was there a space inside Knock Out when he is in robot mode...I mean...I do not believe it would have been the case. I believe you have no space in you like you told me before." Says Hasher.

"The answer is very simple...I forgot about it but you never specify this about you Knock Out." Says Shockwave.

"Why are you looking at me that way?" Asks Knock Out. "You're one optic doesn't reassure me."

"Tell me Knock Out...You never say to anyone if you were a mech or a carrier...Even Megatron ignores it. From what Hasher says...You are a carrier right?" Asks Shockwave.

"Yeah...I'm a carrier...Happy!" Shouts Knock Out. It was useless to hide the obvious.

"I don't see who it explains anything." Says Hasher.

"It is kind of complicate." Says Shockwave. "We are mech or femme...Like boy and girl...But when it comes to mech and carrier...It means if the cybertronian in question can have a sparkling or not. Since Knock Out is a carrier...He has a space where the sparkling...Translating for baby, can form."

"OMG...I was in his uterus! And he's a femme!" Shouts Hasher.

"NO AND NO!" Screams Knock Out furious about what Hasher says and he already partially checks what he means. "It is a place where the protoform of the sparkling is form over the spark!"

"Like where a baby is taking form too." Replies Hasher. "I know about sex...I have sex education in my school."

"More importantly...I'M NOT A FEMME! MECH CAN HAVE SPARKLING TOO!" Screams Knock Out.

"Reproduction isn't chosen by the gender...If you weren't in Knock Out...You would have been crush. I'm a mech by the way so I don't have time to endure the horrible procedure of life creation." Says Shockwave.

"Now I have robot sex education...I can say I don't want to hear anything more. I wasn't expecting that answer." Adds Hasher.

"Now you know more about me." Says Knock Out. "A mech being able to be a carrier is rare too. So...Can I finally have time to relax?"

"-Knock Out is called on the GB room. Shockwave will stay and watches Skyquake.-" Says Megatron in the comlink.

"Apparently not." Says Shockwave.

"It isn't made to be my day." Says Knock Out walking at the GB angry about the situation.

Sahara desert

The GB opens and Megatron with Knock Out, Breakdown, Hardshell, Steve, Maso and Starscream appears in the desert. They look around and they see nothing.

"Decepticon, Soundwave has detect a large energon mine in the desert. We have to search around and find the entrance...It may already be in possession of the autobot so be on your guard...We will not split in case of a trap. I don't want another problem like 3 days ago." Says Megatron.

They walk slowly and carefully in the desert while Starscream looks around.

"Soundwave...Can you tell us where exactly you can pinpoint the location?" Asks Starscream. "...Alright...To the north of here."

"I hope we find it fast...I have sands all over me and if it enters in me...I'll need a vacuum inside of me." Says Knock Out. "Hum...Maybe Hasher will accept it."

"Focus Knock Out!" Shouts Megatron.

The walk at the direction Starscream gives and they see nothing for a while. They continue walking when Maso sees something.

"There." Says Maso.

"...This can be an entrance to the mine." Says Breakdown. "But...Do you think this place is really unattended?"

"I have some doubts about it." Says Megatron. "Hardshell...Look around and try finding any trace of them."

"Alright Prime." Says Hardshell. He walks around and he uses his senses to search for anything. He walks around and he finds nothing that can tells him that anyone has been there. "I detect nothing...But it is very unlikely that the autobot would have done nothing."

"Alright...Let's go." Says Megatron.

The group walks at the direction of the entrance. It was a hole in the sand that goes deep until it reaches a more solid part deep in the sands. They enter in the cave and they walk in it. They see a corridor and Megatron takes the lead. They continue for a while when Megatron charges his cannon of his arms and he continues walking. His instinct warns him of a danger not too far away. They reach a room where there is absolutely no energon. They enter in the empty room

"I think they are in another room." Says Starscream. "But...Why such a room exist? It seems recent too compare to the rest of the cavern."

"! IT'S A TRAP!" Screams Megatron.

The ground suddenly releases a wave of energy that strikes at every decepticons and they shout in pain. They all fall on the ground except Maso.

"That was soo good! Again!" Shouts Maso.

"Maso...Shut up." Whines Steve.

"Look at this." Says a voice. Sentinel Prime appears from the next room where they were heading. "The great Megatron failing to find such a simple trap...Must feel ashamed right?"

Arcee, Bumblebee and Bulkhead appears besides him. Wheeljack, Rodimus and elites drones appear from where they enter.

"Now...How can we offline you? Hum..." Thinks Sentinel.

"Remember to not hurt Megatron." Says Bulkhead. "Optimus wants to offline him personally."

"Who cares about what he wants?" Replies Sentinel. "I am in command and I decide what I want to do."

"Does Optimus even know what we are doing right now?" Asks Bumblebee.

"Your sire? No. We can do it without him." Says Sentinel. "Maybe I can open your body open and extract everything inside of you? Maybe I can cut your energon cable and watch you getting offline slowly and surely...One at the time and force to watch one decepticon getting offline while wondering who will be next? So many choice and I don't know what to do."

?: Mercury ship

Back on the upper floor of the Mercury ship, decepticons are fighting any autobot who are trying to enter in the ship. Lots of offline body is on the ground. The problem is that the victims are the decepticon in majority. A grenade appears in the room and it explodes violently. He is thrown back and his back hit the wall.

"Urgh..." He whines in pain.

"Looks like the offensive is paying off." Says a voice.

He looks at the enemy and he sees Sentinel entering in the room. He looks around and he sees few decepticons remaining and ready to fight.

"Sentinel...It was all you're doing." He says.

"Hum...Skyquake...You are here again." Says Sentinel. "But...Where is your brother?"

"..." Skyquake says nothing and points his minigun at Sentinel.

"You should surrender...You cannot win this fight." Says Sentinel.

An alarm is rising in the ship.

"What?!" Shouts Sentinel.

"-WARNING! THE SELF DESTRUCT SYSTEM HAS BEEN ACTIVATES! EVERY DECEPTICONS MUST EVACUATE THE SHIP! REPEATED! THE SELF DESTRUCT SYSTEM HAS BEEN ACTIVATED! EVERY DECEPTICONS MUST EVACUATE! THE AUTOBOT CAN STAY HERE AND DIE!-" Says an automatic voice.

"...Well...I'll take my leave after I- Argh!" Shouts Sentinel when he is hit at the face by Skyquake.

"You will not get out of here alive!" Shouts Skyquake.

Sentinel turns around and he shoots at Skyquake at the tank and it pierces him.

"Urgh!" Shouts Skyquake.

Every decepticons remaining fires and the autobots run away.

"I'm sorry Skyquake but we cannot heal you right now." Says a decepticon. "We'll bring you to the escape pod."

Skyquake slowly falls in stasis has his level of energon is decreasing.

"Brother...I'll be gone now." Whispered Skyquake before entering in stasis mode.

Nemesis: Hangar room

Shockwave continues watching Skyquake in the pod without losing concentration. Hasher was starting to get bored. He watches it with his guardian for an hour without anything happening. Shockwave face shows a little emotion for a second.

"What is it Soundwave?" Asks Shockwave. "Hum...What?! You lost contact with Megatron! Are you kidding me? Don't bother answering me. Of course not."

"What's happening?" Asks Hasher.

The pod starts to open but none of the 2 is noticing it because of the urgent news. Skyquake slowly gets out of the pod and he looks at Shockwave. He immediately recognises him when he hears his voice but his optics show surprise when he hears Shockwave talking.

"Megatron signal has been lost and everyone with him. Soundwave suspects that the signal is jammed. So I'll have to go there with a few soldiers and rescue them." Says Shockwave. "It must be a trap so I'll have to bring help."

Hasher turns at the direction of the pod and he sees Skyquake walking away at the direction of the bridge.

"Might I suggest hurrying up...Because the one in the pod is going to the rescue party." Says Hasher.

"Alright...It's a good thing Knock Out refuel his tank in energon." Says Shockwave running at the direction where Skyquake is going.

They already reach Skyquake when Shockwave calls a few Insecticons for help.

"Wait!" Shouts Shockwave.

Skyquake continues walking.

"No time. Our Prime needs my help and I have to rescue him." Says Skyquake.

"You only regain consciousness! That is foolish after what they have done to rescue you." Says Hasher.

"..." Skyquake turns around and he looks at Hasher. "I do not know what you are but this is not the time for this."

"What you are doing is not logical." Says Shockwave. "Let me handle the rescue mission."

"Sorry but I cannot accept this. I have to act now." Says Skyquake.

"Alright...Hasher. You'll stay here while I'll go rescue Megatron with Skyquake and the others." Says Shockwave. "A vehicon will bring you to the control room."

"Alright." Says Hasher. Shockwave puts him on the ground. "Kick those bot arf!"

"No problem." Says Shockwave.

The Insecticons arrived and Shockwave opens the bridge at the location where Starscream has confirmed the cavern and they are out.

Sahara desert: Cavern

"I think I know how I'll finish you." Says Sentinel. "I'll make sure Megatron will witness the dead of all of his soldiers when I cut their main cable and splash their energon at your faceplate Megatron. You will realise how much of a failure you are."

"Don't you dare do this!" Shouts Megatron. "If I could fight...I'll offline you right now!"

"But you can't!" Says Sentinel. He smiles and walks closer. "Now...Who shall I offline first? *BAM* ARGH!" He screams when Maso shouts him. "How?"

The autobot points their weapon at Maso.

"I didn't fall on the ground dah! Can you electrocute me one more time? Maybe after this...Nah...You're an autobot." Says Maso. "But do it again anyway!"

"...I'll offline you first so you won't blow off my processor." Says Sentinel.

"Optimus will be infuriate if you offline Megatron. He always wants to end it in a duel against his nemesis." Says Bumblebee.

"I do not really like to end them like this...I prefer in a battle." Comments Bulkhead.

"Me too." Says Arcee. "Even Optimus would be has low."

"That...I can believe that." Says Starscream.

"I can agree too." Says Megatron. "Optimus is a manipulating bastard but he is not a bastard like you."

"I am the second in command and I know what I'm doing. Compare to all of you. I'll offline the Prime." Says Sentinel.

"I hate him." Whispered Rodimus to Wheeljack.

"Agreed." Answers Wheeljack.

"Let's begin." Says Sentinel. He takes Maso and he draws his blade over his hands. "Any last words."

"You sparkling of a «Censored»." Says Maso.

Sentinel faceplate shows only anger by the insult of Maso.

"You accurse decepticon. DIE!" Screams Sentinel.

A blast appears and hits the side of Sentinel.

"I promise I'll offline you Sentinel...And I will." Says Skyquake appearing with Shockwave and the Insecticons.

"What?! You! I thought you die when I pierce your tank! The Mercury was in self destruction too so you couldn't be healed!" Shouts Sentinel.

"That's the problem with you." Says Skyquake heating his minigun. "You're thinking how much superior you are and not what the others say."

"Finally a fight." Says Bulkhead.

"Give me a diversion while I deactivate...Whatever the trap is." Says Shockwave.

"That's what I was train for." Says Skyquake smirking.

He fires at will with the Insecticons charging at the autobot and a big fight occurs. Blasts pass everywhere and Sentinel grunts furiously when the situation is getting out of his planning. Skyquake shoots a few times against the autobot before putting his weapon on his back and drawing is long axe and charging.

Shockwave finds the source of the trap and he starts searching for a way to deactivates it. He opens the panel and he looks in it.

"That's...a piece of cake." Says Shockwave. He takes out his knife and he cuts the source of energy and the trap deactivates.

The decepticons are relief of the trap and they immediately stand up and they point their cannon at the autobots who see this.

"This is getting bad." Says Wheeljack. It was clear they are outnumbered.

"I propose a strategic escape." Says Rodimus.

The autobots run away except Sentinel who notices they are retreating.

"Curse you all!" Shouts Sentinel when he sees the autobots retreating. He gets out a black smoke and he escapes with the others.

"They already escape." Says Megatron.

"Skyquake...You are alright." Asks Knock Out. "You should have waited for the doctor to give you the authorisation to get out of the Nemesis."

"I'm sorry doctor but a Prime was in danger. As one of the Prime close guard. It is my duty to make sure everything is fine." Says Skyquake.

"It is good to see you back in the online world." Says Megatron with a smile. "It's been a while since we have seen each other's."

"It is true. Prime...I am ready to become your guard once again." Says Skyquake.

"I do not really need a personal guard. I can protect myself efficiently. I need someone who is ready to fight to protect this planet and his inhabitants against the autobot." Says Megatron.

"...Now that I think about it...Where am I?" Asks Skyquake with a nervous smile.

"Being nervous? Never see you that way." Says Starscream.

"Shut up you little flyer." Says Skyquake.

"You'll need a disguise thought...You are a flyer so we'll have to find you one." Says Breakdown.

"With Soundwave...No problem at all." Says Shockwave.

"Let's check if there is energon here." Says Megatron.

They walk deeper in the cavern and when they reach the end, they see that the cavern is empty.

"It was only a trap after all...Sentinel planed all this...Let's return to the Nemesis." Says Megatron.

"Shockwave...What was the organic being earlier?" Asks Skyquake.

"It was Hasher. My mission is to be his guardian and make sure nothing bad happen to him. Something I enjoy by the way." Answers Shockwave.

"W-...What?" Asks Skyquake. "You accept such a mission? I cannot believe you will do this...And even like it."

"That is not my character I know...But he is a good friend." Says Shockwave.

"Those are humans. It is the one of the important habitant of this world." Says Starscream. "There are a total of 4 that usually visits us. One time to time and the majority doesn't know of our existence. It is a secret after all."

"Alright...I think you need to give me more information about this world..." Says Skyquake.

"Soundwave will fill you about this and maybe Hasher too." Says Megatron.

"I'll give you a check-up to be sure everything is alright." Says Knock Out. "Maybe before I can clean myself of this sand...I hate the sand."

They get out of the cavern and return to the Nemesis by the GB.

Sentinel was in his quarter when he hears footsteps. He turns around and he looks at who is entering. He sees Optimus with Bumblebee.

"What do you want my lord?" Asks Sentinel.

"I've heard about your little...escapade." Says Optimus. "It didn't end well."

"Bumblebee...You little-" But Sentinel was cut.

"HE has done the right thing!" Says Optimus. "Do not try to put the blame on my sparkling. Now...Let's have a little...chat."

"Listen my lo-" Sentinel was cut.

"YOU LISTEN! You try to act on my back Sentinel...You know what happen to those who act on my back! You may be my second in command...That doesn't give you the authorisation to act on your own! The trap you pull end up bad...It was...very bad...It ends into a catastrophe if my soldiers didn't decide to run away. If it was only that...You wanted to kill Megatron while I say and order to let me be the only one to kill him! I am disappointed in you Sentinel. You know what happen when I am disappointed." Says Optimus slowly and very dangerously.

"...Do not come closer." Says Sentinel.

"I hope you will like your punishment...Bumblebee...Get out of the room." Says Optimus.

"Alright...Just...Don't offline him." Says Bumblebee getting out of the quarter.

"Now...Let me remind you who the leader of the autobot is." Says Optimus walking closer with his blade out and ready to strike.

"No...Please...Don't!" Begs Sentinel. "I will not disobey you again!"

"I'll make sure of it." Says Optimus darkly.

Sentinel screams of pain when the sound of metal being cut is made.

AC: This is the end of chapter 9.

Chapter 10: 3 side's battle. The autobot and decepticon fight at one of the decepticon mine while Julia and Mullen follow them when they thought it was safe. The other enemy strike and try to capture an autobot or a decepticon.

An important revelation hides in the next chapter.
