Luffy glances around bored at the surrounding of this marine base. The office was large and well furnished.
"Vice-Captain Shio." Luffy asks the tall black haired man sitting besides, "Have you checked through this marine base funds?"
"I have." Shio answers stone faced, his small narrow eyes seemingly glaring at his surroundings as well, "Normal funds would not cover this added comfort, Captain Nezumi must have another income."
"Mmmm...I smell a rat." Luffy mumbles, causing the brown hair man who sat next to the Shio, to nod. This man's name was Koshō, he always seemed to shadow the vice-captain, Luffy still did not know what rank the man carried.
"On the den-den Captain Nezumi kept trying to put off this meeting," Koshō says to them in a low voice, "Something in not right here."
The double doors of the room open, three marines marched in. As they did Shio and Koshō stood and saluted the captain, while Luffy remained seated.
The man in a blue hoodie seemed to glare towards the other Captain, but this was quickly gone with a forced smile.
Luffy did not return the smile, instead he stared up at the top of the man's hoodie, mouse like ears were sticking out at the top. Then the young captain lowers his eyes to the man's face, under his nose the other captain had trained his moustache to appear as whiskers.
Standing Luffy kept his face downward, his eyes laughing under the shade of his captain's hat.
"Rat." Luffy mumbles simply, then lifts his head and pointed to the other captain, "You are rat!"
The other captain sneered at the younger.
"Captain Luffy." Shio hisses to him, shaking his head 'no' for him not to say any more.
"Wow! What a weirdo!" Luffy exclaims still pointing, his expression seemed pained, like he was holding in his laugher.
"Captain Luffy!" Nezumi hisses out, folding his arms behind his back, "Please may we begin this meeting. I believe you want to decide a pirate you believe to be anchored near here."
Luffy suddenly glares darkly, causing the older captain to jump in fright.
"Yes," Luffy says almost coldly, "About the pirate that has been living near here. There are have questions I want you to answer."
"Of course." Nezumi replies looking very uncomfortable.
