I smiled as Lauren was still in my arms. "Bo… are you ever going to let me sit down?" She asked me as I pressed my lips against her neck once again. I sighed and let my arms drop to my sides and Lauren sat on one of the bar stools at the counter.

Just then Hale got up and I he came out into the kitchen. "Yo, Bo… do you think it's such a good idea letting Kenzi date Tamsin? I mean she is dark fae and not trustworthy," he said. I barely was able to stop myself from laughing.

Hale is jealous of Tamsin being with Kenzi. I sighed and looked at Lauren who shrugged and ate a few chips. "Kenzi is a big girl, if she wants to be with Tamsin, nobody can stop her," I stated. I looked over and saw Tamsin was pulling Kenzi close so she could rest her head on her shoulder.

"Couldn't you talk to her, Kenzi listens to you for the most part," he said hopefully. "Hale, do you want to be with Kenz?" I asked him. He stiffened.

"I'm the Ash Bo, I can't date her even if I wanted to," he said quietly. I sighed and looked to Lauren for help. She just shook her head. He sighed and stood up. "Okay then, I'll see you all later," he said and walked out. "Will you stay the night?" I asked Lauren as soon as the door closed.

"I don't think that is such a good idea," she told me. I pouted and she rolled her eyes as she stood up. "I'll see you later Bo, but I'm going to head home," she told me. I stood up and grabbed her hand.

I leaned in and kissed her cheek. I hesitated before pulling away from her. "Can I come see you tomorrow?" I asked hopefully. She nodded and walked away. I smiled happily as she left. Until I turned around and saw Kenzi and Tamsin making out on the couch.

"You have a room for that stuff as you always reminded me of Kenzi," I said loudly. They pulled apart and Tamsin scowled at me.

Chloe's POV

I got to the lab early the next day and was surprised to see I was there before Lauren. I spotted the Ash sitting at a desk in the lab. "Hello sir," I said lightly as I approached. "Chloe, we have known each other for years… you can call me by my name you know," he said.

"Sorry… are you alright, you seem upset?" I said quietly. He sighed unhappily. "I think I lost my chance at being with the girl I wanted more than anything," he said quietly. I squeezed his shoulder sadly. "Sorry Hale," I said just as the lab doors opened.

It was Lauren.

"Hello Hale… Chloe you're here early," she said in surprise. "I wanted to apologize for telling Bo about Kendra, it wasn't my place to do so," I said.

Lauren smiled and put an arm around my shoulders. "You only did so because I know you just wanted to help," she told me. I smiled at her. "So Hale is there anything I can do to help you this morning," she asked?

"There is actually and it has to do with what you two were talking about," he said. Lauren looked at him curiously. I went over to an exam room and started to check on a patient there.

Lauren's POV

"I want you to go with Bo when she goes to see Kendra, if Bo attacks her then it could start a big issue between sides and I know she will listen to you," he explained.

"I don't want to be around Kendra though," I mumble hoping he didn't hear. "I know she is a bad person but Bo will be with you and she wouldn't let anything happen to you," he explained. I nodded. "Bo is coming here in a bit, I'll leave with her when she goes," I told him.

"Thank you Lauren and I am sorry for having to put you in this situation," he told me. I nodded as he got up and left. I went to my office to grab my lab coat and started working. I was in my office testing some blood samples when there was a knock at my door and in walked Bo.

"Hey you," she said as she closed the door. I smiled as I put the samples back into my mini fridge.

"Hey how are you?" I asked as she came closer. "Really good," she replied as she came around the desk and pulled me into a hug. I smiled and laid my head on her shoulder. "I'm coming with you when you go see Kendra," I told her quickly.

Bo stepped back quickly.

"Lauren, no," she said. "You said that you would listen to me from now on and Bo if you get to out of hand I can help calm you down," I told her seriously. She stopped arguing when I said that.

"Only if you promise that if she does anything that offends you or hurts you in anyway even if she just says the wrong thing, you and I will leave," she said firmly. I nodded and Bo sighed. "Are you ready to go then?" She asked. I nodded and we headed to her car.

"She will push your buttons once she finds out who you are Bo, please don't overreact," I said softly.

"I'll be careful I promise you that," she assured me. I smiled in relief.

About ten minutes later we arrived at Dyson's apartment building. "She lives in the same building as Dyson," I said in surprise. "Yeah, which is weird as I normally am able to tell if any succubi are in the same area as myself, but I have never felt her presence before," Bo told me.

I nodded and we headed up the stairs to find her apartment.

Bo's POV

I grabbed Lauren's hand as we headed up the stairs. I looked over at her and kissed her cheek. She smiled at me, but I could tell that she was not comfortable at all.

"I think this is the place," I stated quietly. She nodded and grabbed my arm suddenly. I looked at her in concern. She leaned in and her lips connected with mine.

LAUREN IS KISSING ME!

I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her back eagerly.
