Sorry for the long wait! I was busy and I got sidetracked with other stories and lost the plot for this one but I remembered vaguely. Anyway again, apologies for the wait. I think it was a month or so... Sorry again! xx

Anya Fuller raised her head as Horatio Caine came into the conference room. It was her temporary office while she was there. She stood up, her glass breaking smile pinned on her lips. "Lieutenant Caine. What a pleasure. How can I help you, sir?" she asked, her golden blonde pin-straight hair flowing soundlessly around her shoulders as the AC blew its cool air.

"Any leads, so far?" Horatio asked, leaning against the table. Anya shook her head, sadly.

"No. Not yet, Lieutenant Caine." she replied.

"How long have you been on Laura Pentagon's case, Miss Fuller?" Horatio asked.

"Five months. Nothing yet. I was happy to hear that you found a similar case." Anya said, sitting back down. "Has your team gotten in touch with both victims' families, yet?" Anya asked, checking their files.

"Yeah. They are not taking the news so lightly. They blame the husbands. Both families." Horatio answered, tilting his head as Anya raised hers to meet his.

"Of course. I would if that was my own daughter laying on a cold metal slab." Anya said, nodding, looking back down at the files.

"You have children, Miss Fuller?" Horatio asked in surprise.

"I kept my maiden name." Anya started, laughing a little. "Yes I have children. Two daughters and one son. My first son and daughter are twins and they are six years old. My youngest, Kayla, is three." Anya grinned.

"I have a son. He's 21 and fighting for our country." Horatio replied.

"We will do anything for our kids." Anya smiled.

"How old are you, Miss Fuller?" Horatio asked out of curiosity. She looked awfully young to have six year olds.

"I am 27 years old. I got married at 20 and had our first kids at 21." Anya smiled.

"Wow, you are young to be a-"

"Detective? I know." Anya giggled. "I get that a lot, sir." she replied. "I graduated law school early due to my lifestyle and my big brain."

"Congratulations." Horatio nodded, standing straight.

"Thank you. Hope your team gets luck on the suspects." Anya grinned, her crystal grey eyes never wavering from his gaze.

"Thank you. I'll see you soon." Horatio replied, leaving.

...

"I've spoken to Artie Lloyd and Bob Kinckle over the phone and well, nothing from them." Calleigh said, sighing in defeat.

"Family informed. Nothing either." Delko said, nudging his eyebrow up and down.

"Well... Prepare to be amazed." Natalia grinned. "The owner." Natalia put up a profile of the owner of Seventh Avenue. "Moises Silva. Aged thirty-four. Single. Dark-brown, tanned, short, and well built." Anya, Natalia and Calleigh looked at Moises' face in appreciation of his appearance. The men cleared their throats. "Back in home country Brazil, Moises murdered five people in cold blood."

"Five?" Ryan breathed out, shocked.

"Yes. Five." Natalia nodded.

"And when we went to investigate the restaurant, we found traces of blood and hair in his office. And the blood matched to both the women who were murdered." Natalia said.

"So they were killed at the restaurant and dumped in their homes to make it look staged?" Walter asked.

"Exactly, Simmons." Natalia said. "And case closed."

"Well done, Miss Boa-Vista but now the question remains, where is he and why did he do this?" Horatio said.

"Already one step ahead." Ryan said. "We started looking for him after he 'disappeared' after Chloe Rhinestone's death."

"Anything yet?" Horatio asked.

"Nope, nothing." Eric said.

"So that means we will post a public statement with the profile of this guy to the news. We have to find him before he makes 7 kills, 8." Calleigh said, rubbing her stomach.

"Don't worry guys. We'll catch him. We have to." Anya said, looking at each individual. "Because if we don't, our jobs could be at stakes."

"Jobs?" Horatio asked suspiciously. "What has this got to do with out jobs?"

"The fact that we are all moving Uptown. I'll be your new co-lieutenant." Anya grinned.

"No way..." Walter said.

"Wow, that's... wow." Natalia said.

"You'll be working with me?" Horatio said, tilting his head.

"Yes, sir. But you'll be paid more and get more credit due to your experience." Anya smiled. Horatio Caine just nodded.

"Anything you say." he said. "But now, we focus on this case. Team, we need to address the public. Now." Horatio said, getting up as the rest of them hastily tried to get up.
