For once in it's long existence Olympus was early quiet, even the wind with usually manifested itself in just a soft breeze strode still in anticipation. Poseidon found it all unsettling, and judging from the reactions of the other gods it was a shard feeling. Zeus was always bombastic, big and loud in his anger, striving for every one in the world to know when he was displeased. But now…he locked himself in the throne chamber and refused to speak to any one. Normal no one would mind if him sulking, but Poseidon knew this was the same silent flame of anger that usually blazed in Ares. Fearing his brother might take the last jump straight into insanity, the Sea goddess went in search of Hera. She must know, something, anything…
Of curse, her luck be dammed…the first person she stumbled on to was the new 'god' of love, Aphrodite in all her plastic, male perfection, dressed in pants that were under pressure sticking to her legs like second skin and nothing ells. Maybe this wasn't bad, perhaps the younger cousin was finely ready for a civilized adult conversation.

"Gah! You're insufferable…you know what? Fine ill take the spell off!"
'You will?" Poseidon blinked surprised.
"Under one condition" He said weaving an elegant manicured finger.
"Oh this will be good…what is the condition?" The goddess crossed her arms.
"She has to haw as many kids as you're son had in that Disney film…what was it called..?"
"Don't you dear…" He despised that mortal thing.
"Oh yes...the LITTLE MERMAID, the story bout the daughter you cud never haw! So guess what? Unless she gives you all thaws granddaughters or she stays whit tits!"
Probably every amount of water being it clean ore mix whit wine or other drinkables at that weary moment decided to boil and fizz out of existence. In seconds the sea goddess grew tenfold taking on a weary scary warrior like perhaps even insane whit rage look . She was like a tidal wave that was building ready to close on her enemies head and engulfed them.
"Impudent brat! " She roared and the columns quivered wit fear. "How dare you presume you can put demands before me! You shoed be happy that I turned you in to a man! Now I see the only rightly punishment would be hawing all you're holes sawn shut so you can't slut you're way true the mortal realm any more!"
"How dear you! " It was Aphrodite's time to stand, he grew engulfed in a pinkish gold light , perhaps not as tall nor as majestic as the goddess that was the pure embodiment of dark foreboding waters, but still. And as things wear to boil a strike of lightning, silent swift and précised sliced the air and kissed the ground right between them. The harmless explosion tore the two away from eth other. perhaps a bit dazed at what happened, Aphrodite landed in a rose bush and Poseidon barely avoided falling in to a fountain, instead stopping herself to sit on the weary edge.
"ENOUGH!" Zeus in al his mighty glory entered the courtyard, his beard trimmed , toga glistening whit a golden thread. He looked younger, more attractive. And jet the only thing that sparked in his brothers mind was "So he finally accepted his middle age crisis" That though how ever was quickly wiped away as the king of gods slowly made his way towards her , ayes cold and stern. Something was brewing she cud fell it in the air. Before anything cud be sad ore don Zeus held his hand out in a silencing manner.
"Olympus is being wracked whit misfortune , anger and fights…I see now this can't continued…we must unite and be a family like we were always meant to be…" He started simply and Poseidon cud not help but be surprised. The thunderer continued.
"I know I haw been...preoccupied whit distractions and it is my own fault that things haw gotten so bad between us brother..."The Goddess allowed herself only the faintest of smiles before answering.
"Perhaps we are all to blame in our own ways…"She tried diplomatically.
"Yes…at any point I haw given it much though and I haw discovered the source of every problem betweens us…"
"Oh?"
"I think you'll agree whit me when I say we must eliminate our problems at the weary root so that they don't returnee…do you not?
"Absolutely" Poseidon stood and nodded her head whit a smile. Finally he seams to be an adult!
"Good…then whit grate sadness I informed you that I haw given out a death sentence to Perseus Jackson. '
"Whet?!" The whole world stopped for Poseidon and a weary cold and sudden rain fell on Olympus" How is that just brother!? How can a mortal boy be a root of problems"
"Surprising and jet it is the truth"
"You cant just go down and kill him! It's against you're own bloody rules! He had not offended you in any way!"
"The bolt.."
"You haw no proof!"
"I need no proof he has disrespected us all he causes fights betweens us…and if that is not enough to cause my interference then perhaps you wish me to send hell hounds to tear him to pieces brother?" His ayes were old and devoid of humanity, for a moment Poseidon wished Hermes was by her side, lending the power of his silver tongue…or hell even Athena so she cud force reason in to that thick cold scull.
"You're son!" She finally said as a though popped in to hear head. For a moment the younger one seamed perplexed.
"My son, what? You wish to kill him ?"
"No…I want you're son to carry out you're so called execution!" breathing deeply" Percy deserves it, I deserve it...hi is my son and he will not be executed like a commoner! He deserves a chance to die in the blaze of glory like a gladiator!"
Zeus pondered it for a moment.
"I presume you hope he cud win against one of mine…even if then I would send the monsters after him...why bother then? My sentence is death and there is no escaping it."
"You know well why…you know the rules of Hades he has the right to die a hero in a fair fight, not executed by beasts of questionable intellect."
"You are in no position to make demands brother"
"Was it not you that said we must stop fighting? If you wish for us not to haw a second argument that will topple Olympus then agree to my terms…after all…we both know you haw children to spear, don't you?" Her ayes narrowed in to almost snake like slits, accusations came out in a hiss. Zeus and she stared in one another's ayes for a weary long moment before the thunderer nodded.
"Fine…Jason will be the one to end this…hi is my son it's a fitting way for him to earn his first human kill…serving Olympus."
The sea Queen straightened her back proudly "If its all brother I think its time I finally depart from Olympus back to my home.."
"Poseidon this is you're home.."
"I beg to differ.." She sneered waling away and whit in moments evaporating in to a salty mist.
Percy woke up in her room at the lotus hotel blinking . A strange dream jet again. Horse and an eagle fighting on a deserted beach while thunder clapped, and then suddenly a silence fell on the land as if some one pushed a mute button on a video. The only thing he cud hear was his own hart beat as the eagle charged at him, claws extended and beak opened in a silent shriek. The white horse stopped it allowing the fathered creature to slam in to it's body knocking them both on to the ground. The horse dispersed like a popped bubble and the eagle turned in to a shining ball of light , slowly taking form of a human, a boy his age bathed in a golden glow whit a sword in hand , for a moment she was happy he seamed like an allay some one to help her stop this fight, but then when there ayes looked she saw an fiery inferno in his ayes as he harged at her ready to kill. The last thing she saw was a golden line slashing true the dark sky.
"Weird…wander what Luke would say bout this…" Thunder clapped outside her window. "hym…omens" She shied. Lightning…Zeus…they needed to start moving some, maybe one more day to recover from the road and.. a short shriek and a wosssh of water was herd from the bathroom. A cold chill ran up her spine, did some one brake in?
"Hello?" Percy called cautiously retching to uncap riptide. Slowly she made her way towards the bathroom opening the door whit a kick and rolling to the side, at first it was like something had attacked her but...no…it was just a thick clouds of warm fog that barest out of the room. Looking inside she groaned. Both the sink faucet and the shower were spraying piping hot water at full blow, filling the small chamber whit milk mist, also flooding the floor.
"The hell?" Coming in she tried to shut off the water but to no avail. It didn't even same to listen to her powers.
"Percyy.." A wiper sounded behind her. Jumping she slashed the air whither sword blindly. No one was there. Only a small mirror and…a face n the mist? What the…no wait its her reflection just covered by perspiration. Or was it?
"Percyyy" The whisper sounded again. And try as she might she cud not find it source, her hart beat faster, adrenaline pumped true her veins. "Percy!" The voice sounded just behind the girl as if spoken right in to her ear. Percy sliced the air once more destroying the shower curtain.
"Whose there!?"
"Shh...Percy…you need to run!"
"Is that a threat?' She huffed tightening her grip on the sword, no mater where she stud the whisper was always behind, straight by her ear. A woman's voice.
"No…a warning...you need to goo...run…his gone mad he sent him to kill you..."
"What…who, why?" she blinked "Are...are you a water spirit? Why wont you show yourself…?"
"…Get you're friends...run…theirs no time.."
"Run…from what a monster?"
"Yesss….his coming …coming now! RUN!" This sentence ended whit a yell in her ear. Percy grimaced placing a hand to if.
"Fine! Don't yell…"The mist subsided in a meter of seconds , the taps stopped and nothing seemed to indicate that the thing that happened, happened except now her hair was curled up in an bit of an cherub look and the clothes were soaking wet. Wonderful. She managed to draw out the moisture out of her clothes but the hair refused any alterations. Feh she looked like a cute tomboy now. Aphrodite must be jumping whit glee. No mater, they will straighten out eventually...they haw to...grabbing her back pack she pushed riptide in to her pants pocket and splinted out of the room. If the warning cud be trusted…than what ever was coming for her was already in the hotel. So she needed to be extra careful at the same time finding Annabeth and Grover. Who knows where they can be? Stopping by the elevators Percy gulped hearing the steady ping of the machine moving. No way In hell was she going to be trapped in a small box whit no way out, the stairs were far better, at list you had room to fight of flee. Not stopping for nothing and no one the demigod ran until she collided whit some one turning the corner, at full sped.
"Ouuhh.." Percy groaned out loud holding her nose
"Uh hey…you okay?' came a soft voice, looking up from her place on the flour she saw a blond boy getting up to stand, offering her a helping hand. In the dim light of the stair case he looked…familiar.
"Luke?"
"Am…excuse me?" The boy seamed confused but h squeezed her hand and hauled her up.
"am nothing…you…just reminded me of a friend...um… his blond too."
The boy laughed shortly "Yyeh us blonds ale all the same...copy and past .."Percy couldn't help but laugh at that.
"Ah sorry bout this running...seriously…um you're also...totally not like...that other guy.."
"oh and…is that a compliment?" He smiled. Was he flirting whit her? Mm ah never mind.
" Don't know… do you like stealing things?"
"Um no"
"Then it's a compliment." She shrugged her arms. "Ah by the way I'm P…Perl…"Percy smiled
"Lovely to meat you Pearl...I'm J…' the elevator in the shaft scratched horridly and both of them cringed at the sound of metal and cement embracing.
"UH...sorry...I didn't catch that…J what? "
"J…"the elevator cried once more drowning out the rest of the name.
"Uh it must be stuck ore something.."
"yes…probably.."
"Ill tell the maintenance one I'm down there…"
"Sounds reasonable…but they probably already pushed the emergency button.."

"Thankfully theirs no cops round ." she shrugged. and then...the corridor went totally uteri black, except for the light streaming out of a window at the end of the corridor.
Power outage ? "Percy tried to reason but the cold chill on her spine told her otherwise, there was nothing normal bout this darkness. A dark shape toppled in to there line of sight out of one of the rooms. Shapeless blobby, pith black it crawled on the floor like a maggot. To her surprise Jason stood in front covering the demigod whit his body , producing seemingly out nowhere a golden sward.
"Stand back.."
"Your...you're a demigod!?"
J casted her a dark look and stiffened. Probably fearing he was now surrounded by monsters, so Percy rushed whit an explanation.
"I'm on you're side!" Uncapping riptide she smiled "Family stand's together...!" The blond smiled, nodding.
