The next day Shinamon comes in. "Welcome back, Keiichiro has your uniform." Ryou said. Just then a guy with brown hair pulled back into a ponytail walks up to the red head. "You must be Shinamon, my condolences for your recent loss." He says as he hands a white box over to her. "Thank you." Shinamon says as she takes it and goes to the changing room. A few minutes later she comes out wearing a maroon colored waitress uniform with brown trimming and a brown bow. "Wow, you look amazing Shina-chan!" Minto beamed. "Yeah, welcome to the mew mews Shinamon." Ichigo says. Shina smiles before Ryou called them back to work.
Just then, a girl with wavy brown hair and hazel eyes framed behind some glasses entered. "Welcome to Cafe` Mew Mew, how many in your party today?" Lettuce asked. "It's just me." The girl replied. "Right this way." She says as she brings her over to a table near a window. "Now, what would you like?" Lettuce asked taking out a pen and notepad. "I'll just have some water and a fruit parfait please." The girl said. "Coming right up." Lettuce smiled as she makes her way to the kitchen. The girl then takes out a notepad and pen of her own but doesn't write anything, instead she places her hand on her face staring up ahead blankly. "Here's your order." Lettuce said as she placed her order infront of the girl. The girl sighs before saying, "Thank you." "Hm? Is everything okay?" Lettuce asked. "Yeah, I'm just getting writer's block is all." The girl smiled. "Oh, you're a writer?" The girl nodded. "What do you like to write?" Lettuce asked. "Well, I mostly write fantasy, but I tend to dabble." The girl replied. "Really? Maybe I'll end up reading some of your works someday, erm, though I don't know your name." Lettuce smiled awkwardly. "My name is Rabbenda Usumurasakiiro." "Nice to meet you Rabbenda-san, My name is Lettuce." "Oi, Lettuce, back to work." Ryou said, walking over. "O-Okay! Sorry, but I have to go, good luck with your stories." Lettuce waved to the girl. Rabbenda smiled and waved back. The blonde guy glances at the girl for a second and then walks away. Rabbenda then takes a scoop of her parfait and took a thoughtful bite before writing on her notepad.
Pretty soon, Lettuce came over, "Did you enjoy your parfait?" Rabbenda nodded with a smile. "Whoever made this did a very good job." "Yeah, Akasaka-san is a very good chef." Lettuce nodded. Rabbenda then payed for the parfait and said, "This is a nice place, I'll have to come here more often." "I'll look forward to seeing you again." Lettuce smiled before the girl left.
Rabbenda then wanders around the park, taking in the fresh air before sitting on a bench. "Now...where was I?" She asks herself as she takes out her notebook and writes. Suddenly, screams fill the air causing her to look up. A giant squirrel monster was attacking. Rabbenda couldn't believe what she saw and dropped her notebook in shock.
Suddenly, Masha and Shinka chirped. "Chimera Animal! Chimera Animal!" The mew mews gasp in shock. "Let's go!" Pixel cries to Ichigo nods as they all ran out of the cafe`. "Mew Mew Zakuro!" Zakuro cried. "Mew Mew Pudding!" Pudding cheered. "Mew Mew Lettuce" Lettuce called. "Mew Mew Minto!" Minto chimed in. "Mew Mew Strawberry..." Ichigo starts off. Then all of the original Mew Mews cried out, "METAMORPHOSIS!" Then they all transformed. Just then Pixel cries out. "Mew Mew Pixel EVOLUTION!" Lightning wrapped around Pixel's body giving her a blue-to-white gradient dress. Her blue eyes flashed a bright red and her once blonde hair turned into a blue-green gradation. Indigo boots and gloves outlined her feet and hands. Then an indigo choker and garter outlined in white trim formed around her neck and thigh. For the final touch, metallic looking cat ears and a metallic looking segmented cat tail sprung from her head and rear before she did a pose.
Shinamon observed Pixel and copied her, "Mew Mew Cinnamon EVOLUTION!" Just then she did some front flips before jumping in the air. Hawk feathers enveloped around her body and then exploded to reveal a cinnamon-red gymnastics uniform hugging around her body. Once she hits back on the ground, she does a hand stand, revealing brown boots forming on her foot. Springing from her hand stand, Brown gloves formed on her hands. Doing some leaps, a brown collar and garter formed around the appropriate areas and reddish-brown wings and bird tail appeared on her back and rear. She then pulls a pose that would cause audiences at a gymnastics tournament to cheer.
The Squirrel mutant then saw Rabbenda, causing her hazel eyes to widen in fear. The squirrel then started heading right for her when a team of anthro girls blocked it's way. "For the Future of Earth, at your service Nya~!" Mew Ichigo cried out. "Woah...no way..." Rabbenda breathes from behind them. Suddenly, one of the heroines dressed in green with antenna turns to face her. She looks strangely familiar...Suddenly, the one in blue cried, "Lettuce! Look out!" Suddenly Mew Lettuce gets hit by the squirrel and was knocked into Rabbenda. They flew into the air together and then hit the ground. "Are you okay?" The green heroine asked. "I'm fine..." Rabbenda groaned. "Wait...-She called you Lettuce...Are you...You're really Lettuce-san!?" Rabbenda gasped. Mew Lettuce then smiled awkwardly. "Yep..." "Eh!? What-...!? How-..?" Rabbenda began. Suddenly something caught Mew Lettuce's eyes. Rabbenda followed her gaze. Tattooed on her ankle was a pink heart with swirls like insect wings poking from the sides. "What the-? How did that happen?" Rabbenda wonders aloud. "I think you may be one of us!" Mew Lettuce cries. Suddenly, Shinka flies over and spits out a pendant in confirmation. "Eh?" Rabbenda gasps. "Mew Pixel! I've found another member of your team!" Mew Lettuce calls. A girl with a gradiated uniform runs over. "Okay, I'll take it from here, go help your team." Mew Pixel says. Mew Lettuce nods and leaves them. "Right, first off, what's your name?" Mew Pixel asks. "My name is Rabbenda." the confused girl says. "Rabbendaa..." Mew Pixel draweld. the girl sweatdropped. "Uhh...yeah?" Suddenly Mew Pixel says, "Alright Rabbenda, I need you to pick up the pendant and shout out the words that comes from your heart." "Um...okay?" Rabbenda gets up and picks up the pendant. "Mew Mew Lavender EVOLUTION!" Suddenly Rabbenda was enveloped in a light and she started spinning as purple flower petals wrap around her body to make a light purple corset appear along with periwinkle colored, puffy arm bands. Her hair was now tied back in a ponytail. She pauses a moment and placed her hands over her eyes before she snapped her hands back as a periwinkle colored mask pronged in three points on each side appeared over her eyes and a choker of the same color appeared with her pendant. She does another twirl as purple petals wrap around her waist and a light purple, flower-like skirt twirled with her She then folds her body in and from her shoulder blades, damselfly looking wings sprung out. She then straightened and did a pose.
"Alright! Welcome to the Evolution Mew Mews, Mew Lavender!" Mew Pixel cheered. Mew Lavender looks at her hands then touches her face in amazement. Suddenly, she sees the others get thrown into the air. "Lettuce!" She cried. She knows she must do SOMETHING to help her friend. "Damselflute" Mew Lavender called out. Suddenly, a silver flute appeared and she grabbed a hold of it, twirled it in her fingers and then held it up to the sky. "Ribbon Lavender Serenade!" She calls. Then she presses the heart-adorned mouth piece it to her lips and played a melody. Sound waves poured out of the flute and hit the squirrel causing it to chatter and hold it's paws to its ears. "I-..I did that? But...I don't even know how to play flute!" Mew Lavender gasps. "Good work Mew Lavender!" Now, Try attacking, Mew Cinnamon!" Pixel called. The hawk girl nodded. "Cinnabaton!" She then did several backflips and sprung in the air, Catching a maroon colored stick with a brown ribbon hanging from it. as she backflips in mid air and Then she sticks her landing, throwing her arms in the air as if in finishing a routine. She then spins around and cries out, "Ribbon Cinnamon Swirl!" She cries as she whips the ribbon at the Chimera Animal. The squirrel reared up and chatted irritably. "Now you, Tokyo Mew Mew! After they attack, Mew Ichigo, let's attack together!" Mew Pixel cried. They nodded and got right to it. First Mew Zakuro attacked "Ribbon Zacross Pure!", then Mew Pudding was up. "Ribbon Pudding Ring Inferno!" She cries. "Lettuce Tannets!" Mew Lettuce called. "Ribbon Lettuce Rush!" "Mint Tone Arrow!" Mew Minto chimed in. She then fires her attack. "Ribbon Minto Echo!" "Strawberry Bell!" Ichigo summons her bell and Pixel summons something similar, only this bell was metallic looking and had segments like on her tail, and the crest and bell were silver. "Lightnibell!" Then they both spun simultaneously. Pixel had lighting flash around her as she spun. "RIBBON..." They both cried. "Strawberry Surprise!" Ichigo shouted "Pixel Sparkage!" Then they aimed their bells at the Chimera Animal which chattered before disintegrating into a normal squirrel and a jellyfish looking alien. Shinka swallowed the flying Jellyfish. Before chirpping away. Both Mew Ichigo and Mew Pixel then land on the ground. "Good work team!" Mew Ichigo cheered before clasping her hand with Mew Pixel.
Meanwhile, Mew Lavender was looking for her notebook. "Here, is this what you were looking for?" Came a familiar voice behind her. She turns and sees Mew Lettuce with the notebook she'd been looking for. "Thanks Lettuce-san." Mew Lavender said, taking the notebook. "Who would've thought...you being a super heroine?" "Yeah...kinda crazy, I know." Mew Lettuce smiles. Mew Pixel then walks up to Mew Lavender. "Now we must head back to the cafe`. Akasaka-san and Ryou will need to get your uniform." "Huh? Uniform?" Mew Lavender blinks.
At the Cafe` Rabbenda comes out wearing a lavender colored uniform with periwinkle trimming and a bow. "Wow, that looks nice on you!" Lettuce smiled. Rabbenda smiled back. "Thanks!" "Okay girls, Ryou says it's break time. Which means, we need to have a meeting." Keiichiro said. Everyone nodded.
"Alright, first I'd like to formally welcome Rabbenda to Cafe` Mew Mew...and to the Evolution Mew Mews." Ryou said. Rabbenda blushed meekly. "Second thing I'd like to bring up..." Ryou then clicks a button on a remote. A screen behind him appeared and showed everyone fighting the Chimera Animal. "The alien organization is starting it's attack now. Which means we must be on our toes from now on. Remember, you girls may have defeated this Chimera Animal, but if you encounter the aliens themselves, we are not ready to take them on yet. Until all five members of the Evolution Mew Mews are found, we must not engage in battle with them." "Understood." Pixel nods. "Alright then. Unless if there's any questions any of you want to ask, you are all dismissed." Ryou says. The floor remained silent and one by one they left.
"Hey, Lettuce-san." Rabbenda called. The green haired girl turned around. Rabbenda shyly rubbed the back of her neck before saying, "I'm not usually good with this kind of thing, but...let's be friends?" Lettuce looks at her for a moment then turns to fully face her and smiles. "Of course we can be friends." Rabbenda's eyes opened wide and gave a gaping grin. "That's great! Well then, see you tomorrow." She waved. "Ja ne." Lettuce waved back.
