Chapter 15: Just a lie

The next morning Pucca woke up alarmed after a nightmare. Garu looked up at her worriedly.

" What's wrong?'' Garu worriedly asked as he wrapped her in his arms.

" its nothing" Pucca answered as she cried.

" well if it were nothing then why are you worried and crying" Garu said.

" I had a nightmare" she cried and hugged him. Garu hugged her and kissed her forehead.

" dear it was just a nightmare, don't let that worry you, by the way I have to do something, ill come back later'' Garu said as he stood up

"alright, please take care" Pucca said while crying. Garu kissed her forehead and walked out the door.

Pucca's POV

I hope that the nightmare never becomes true. Garu is all I have and I never want to loose him. If I were to loose him I don't know what I will do. I was meant to be with him no matter what happens and our present represents that we were meant to be together. But my nightmare seemed so real. If it comes true I don't know what I will do.

Meanwhile Garu went to visit Abyo and Ching and Chibyo. Ching smiled and welcomed him. Chibyo ran and hugged him. Garu carried him and smiled .

" hey little one! How are you ?" Garu asked sweetly as he tickled chibyo. Chibyo laughed and hugged him.

" Im good uncle Garu, how are you and auntie Pucca doing?" Chibyo smiled as he asked.

" We are good thank you" Garu smiled .

" and how is my little cousin? Is it a boy or a girl?" Chinyo asked.

" Well we don't know yet and the baby is good also" Garu smiled and hugged him.

" so where is Pucca?" Ching asked as she served tea.

" well I wanted her to rest a little so I left her home, I came by to say hello but I was going buy something for Pucca, a little gift for her and the baby, but I don't know what do you think I should buy them?" Garu said as he smiled.

" Whatever you want to get her im more than sure she'll love it and be happy" Ching said while carrying Chibyo. Garu nodded and bowed then left.

Garu arrived at the store. At that moment arms wrapped around him and giggled. Garu looked back and squirmed.

" Ring Ring?! Let me go! I thought you were with Tobe!" Garu said as he squirmed. Ring Ring giggled and hugged him.

" Oh please he will never compare to you my dear" Ring Ring said.

" I'm not your dear now let me go" Garu squirmed.

" You are mine and will always be mine" She said as smirked and hugged him tightly.

" Let me go!" He said as he made his way out of her wrasp then pinned her against the wall. " Look Ring Ring don't get near me anymore! I actually thought that you changed and were truly in love with Tobe but I was wrong cause people like you never change!" Garu said. Ring Ring looked at him then kissed him. At that moment Tobe walked in then walked out quietly as tears formed in his eyes, he wiped them off quickly then ran off to his lair as he polished his sword.

Tobe's POV

Who does he think he is? He thinks he can steal my honor, my ex-girlfriend and now the love of my life?! But this is the last time I will be ever humiliated by him. The last time. He will pay for everything he has ever done. I'm sorry Pucca but its something I must do.

Meanwhile at the store. Garu pushed Ring Ring away but then again she accomplished to taste his lips once more. At that very moment Pucca walked in as she teared. She couldn't help but cry and stay quiet as she watched the love of her life being kissed by her worst enemy. Tears streamed down her face as she ran out. Nothing seemed to make sense at that moment. Her mind was full of thoughts and doubts that shattered her heart. Garu broke away from the unwanted kiss he shared with Ring Ring. He noticed Pucca's silhouette fading into distance. Tears formed in his eyes as he ran after the fading silhouette.

Pucca's POV

Why would he do this to me? Was I so unimportant to him? What about all the love he said he had for me? Was it all just a lie? It must've been. A cruel lie that I believed in. After all this time he was still in love with Ring Ring. How could I have been so stupid. Why cant this all be some twisted dream that I'll wake up from in the morning holding Garu closely like I always have. But sadly this isn't a nightmare I'll wake up from. For this is the cruel reality that I am living wide awake. But I Guess that after all the times we said we loved each other. All the memories we have shared , and all the other stupid little things were all a lie, they were all just a lie.
