~ No One's POV ~
A couple years later
(Big time jump, eh?)
As time went on, the crimes and villains in New Townsville became less and less. At age five, the little toddlers had started to show their powers. Despite the fact that they were born normally, the Z Rays from the Rowdyruff Boys had transferred over to the newborns, making them able to use their powers at their own will.
When the kids had finally turned eight years old, Momoko, Miyako, Kaoru, Kiyari, Brick, Boomer, Butch and Keiji had given the kids their former Ppgz and Rrbz belts and watches. Even though they were super kids, they still had to keep their identities a secret.
When Akira, Madoka, Tukiko, Seiki, Yukio, Shiro and Kiyoya had put on their mother and father's belts, they were all surrounded in light. The girls were wearing outfits just like the Powerpuff suits and the boys were wearing outfits much like the Rowdyruff suits. Akira was known as Blayze, Madoka was known as Breeze, Tukiko was known as Blitz and Seiki was known as Berry; although she prefers to be called Bearr instead. Yukio was known as Braize, Shiro was known as Blade, and Kiyoya was known as Bruize...although it was kind of hard to tell which brother was who since they loved to be mischievous tricksters.
Akira/Blayze had most of her father's abilities; including his fire breath and not to mention his oh-so-famous smirk. Along with his hat placed upon her head.
Yukio/Braize had some of his father's abilities mixed in with his mother's. He has his mother's ice breath, both their smarts and had also required their leadership skills.
Madoka/Breeze was an almost exact copy of her mother. She's a very shy person but also has a bubbly personality. She has her mother's love for fashion, yet also her father's love for art. And although she's the youngest, she's one of the toughest given both her mother and her father's abilities with water and lightning.
Tukiko/Blitz seemed to be the complete opposite of her parents. She seemed to be a very calm and collected kid, but she always has to put her brothers into their places. And although she's blind, she can see as well as everyone else can. (She's like Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender ^U^)
Shiro/Blade & Kiyoya/Bruize were the most troublesome of them all. They had both their mother's and their father's hazardous attitudes and some may say that they even live inside the detention room. With the two being exact twins of each other, they love to fool around and mess with people's heads. As well as wearing the same thing and pretending to be each other.
Seiki/Berry is yet again, a very calm child, yet she does let her crazy side take over once in a while... And with her father being back in his band, she and her mother sometimes become guests on his tours. She even performed by singing with him, making her become known even more.
And now, at age thirteen, is the time where they all became the new heroes and protectors of New Townsville...
~ Akira's POV ~
"Hey, Mom? Do you think we'll ever be recognized as the new heroes?" I asked taking another bite of my cereal.
"Don't be ridiculous Sis! Of course we will!" Yukio said next to me.
"MOM! MOM! Shiro took the whole box of cereal and won't give me any!" Kiyoya whined to my Aunt Kaoru as Shiro ran over to Uncle Butch. "But DAD! Kiyoya drank all the milk! It was only fair!"
Without letting the parents talk, Tukiko grabbed both Kiyoya and Shiro's ears and yelled at the both of them. "Sometimes I really wonder if we're even related at all! And yet also being the same age...?" she muttered as a tick mark appeared.
"Hey, kiddos! Ya'll forgetting something?" Uncle Boomer asked as he and Aunt Miyako held up 7 different colored book bags.
I jumped down from my stool and grabbed my magenta colored book bag. "Arigato, Uncle Boomer! It's a good thing you reminded us."
Yukio grabbed his own red backpack. "Hai, it is. We might've forgotten them. Arigato, Uncle Boom and Auntie Miyako." Yukio gave a small bow with a pleasant smile.
Uncle Boomer grabbed Yukio and gave him a noogie. "You're definitely Brick's kid. Showing off his charm already."
When Madoka grabbed her book bag, she stared at it for the longest of times before looking up at her Mom and Dad. "Do I really have to go Mom? What if no one likes me! What if they make fun of me again! I just know they'll call me a crybaby again! Just like last year!" she said as tears began to well up in her eyes.
Uncle Boomer got down on his knee and looked up at her. "You'll be fine. I promise. And just like every year, your cousins will be there."
Suddenly, Shiro and Kiyoya were right behind Madoka.
"Hey, if it helps you out, we'll protect ya'!" Kiyoya said as she looked up at them, her face lighting up brightly.
"You will? H-Honto?"
"Certainly, why wouldn't we want to help out our lovely little cousin?" Shiro said with a smirk.
"OI!" The two boys were then being dragged away with Tukiko pulling their ears. "Honestly, you two! Hitting on your cousin is so not right in so many ways!"
Madoka's face blushed as me and Yukio went over to her, placing a hand on her shoulders.
"We'll be there for you." We both said in unison.
"And if that doesn't help, I could always beat the tar out of anyone who messes wit' ya'. 'Kay?" Seiki said as she smiled widely.
Madoka nodded happily and gave us a big hug. "Arigato! You guys are the best!" she said before skipping over to the table.
"Thanks you three." Uncle Boomer and Aunt Miyako said to us.
Suddenly, beeping sounds filled the manor and we teens all looked down at our belts.
Our parents all looked at each other before looking at us and nodding. "Just don't be late for school!" they all yelled as we ran out of the manor together.
Huddled on top of the building, I opened my compact to see Ken. "Is there really trouble in the city, Ken?" I asked as he nodded.
"There is. This will be your first heroic deed, so be careful you guys. And try not to mess up the town as much as it already is; I'm talking to you two, Shiro and Kiyoya."
The two boys smirked as the high-fived each other behind their backs.
"So who is it? Who do we get to fight?" Yukio asked next to me.
"It...it seems to be... Hm..."
I looked at Yukio before looking back at Ken. "Is something wrong?"
Ken looked back at us before shaking his head.
"It's fine. But...your parents have told you about the Powerpunk Girls and the Rowdyrunk Boys, right?" he asked.
Seiki nodded. "Hai! The Runks never fought our parents so we don't know what they look like, though, only the Punks. And Blurry, the counterpart of my mother, is the Punk who made Tukiko blind!"
Ken nodded. "Exactly. Well as it seems, the two groups have also had kids of their own. They seem to be about your age, maybe a few years older."
Me and Yukio nodded. "We're on it."
I shut my compact and we all transformed, heading in the direction of the destruction.
"There they are!" I yelled as seven super teens took notice of us.
I stared at the boy that was supposedly my counterpart. My heart fluttered and I growled inwardly at myself. He was the enemy! Definitely NOT!
"C'mon, we gotta-"
A loud ringing bell cut Braize off as we looked toward the school building.
"Oh, no! We're going to be late!" Breeze yelled.
I looked back where the Punk/Runk teens used to be, but they were gone.
"Let's just head on to class, they escaped anyhow." Blitz said as Berry groaned. "I can't see anything flying up here, anyway. Berry, help me on the ground please."
"Hai."
As I headed to Study Hall, I made my way to the only seat that was left, a seat in the far right corner at the back of the room.
I sighed as I sat down and put my head on my desk. Although I preferred sitting up front, right now that wasn't what bothered me.
How could I let them get away!? We were so close to almost having our very first fight! I'm the oldest here! Besides Yukio, I'm the leader! I didn't very much prove that with today... I bet Mom didn't have this kind of trouble crime fighting.
Something hit my head and I slowly looked up. There was a paper airplane on my desk, and there seemed to be writing on it.
I raised my brow in confusion as I opened the note:
'Are you alright? You seem a bit down...'
I looked around to find everyone either sleeping or talking quietly to someone next to them.
Who could've...
I looked to my right where only one boy sat. He was staring at me with a smirk and had a red pen in his hand.
My heart fluttered for the second time that day and a blush rose to my cheeks. I quickly fiddled with my bookbag to find my own pen as I hid the blush.
Grabbing my pink pen, I wrote back and tossed him the note.
Seconds later, the note landed on my desk again.
'I like your name. I'm Akio, I'm also new here.
You're really cute when you blush. It matches your eyes...'
A small gasp escaped my lips as my face flushed bright red. I looked over at him to see him lightly laughing. He had dark ginger red hair and wore a red bandanna, his bangs hanging in front of his eyes slightly. And his eyes...they seemed to be magenta; just a bit lighter than Yukio's.
For the rest of the school day I couldn't seem to pay attention at all. Akio was practically in every single one of my classes and he wouldn't stop staring at me.
But the weird thing that I noticed, was that Yukio kept glaring at Akio. I also noticed this dark pink-eyed girl kept staring at Yukio.
Madoka seemed to have her own fan club made up of almost the entire male population. And this one boy always made sure that none of them touched her.
Tukiko managed to charm a boy, who she almost threw across the room, and Shiro and Kiyoya haven't stopped being chased by these two identical twins.
I also noticed that Seiki made friends with a boy who keeps teasing her.
On my way back home, I couldn't help but feel that we met those people before. And I could've swore that I seen Akio's eyes somewhere...
Wulfy-Chan: And we're done. I'm not very sure where I was going with the ending, but this is what happened. My friend thinks I should do some sort of sequel with the Puff&Ruff teens. If I get enough reviews I might consider it! See you in the next story I'll be doing! ^U^
