Betty walked into the bedroom she shared with Daniel and stopped in the doorway, seeing him zip up his suitcase filled with clothes and angrily take the suitcase off the bed and walk over to her. She frowned deeply at him.

"You're leaving?" She said softly.

Daniel nodded with a look of hurt.

"There's no need me staying here Betty." Daniel said softly, his voice slightly cracking. "I think you made your feelings about our relationship clear."

Daniel slightly rolled his lightly tearful eyes at her before walking past her. Betty closed her eyes tight with a deep frown of hurt. Damn it, this was not what she wanted to happen. She quickly spun around to face him.

"Daniel, I'm afraid alright?!" Betty said through light tears.

Daniel stopped in his tracks, in the doorway and looked to his right slightly. He turned around and looked at her with a sniffle and an eyebrow raised.

"Of WHAT Betty?" Daniel said almost coldly.

Betty slightly shook her head and frowned with lightly, tearful eyes.

"Daniel, I'm not like the other women you've been with." Betty said with a lightly tearful voice. "I - I just get afraid that eventually you'll get tired of being with me and leave, just like you did with all the others before me. I'm afraid that if I marry you, you'll leave and I'll get hurt. Daniel, I don't want to be HURT, not with you."

Daniel stared at her with a faint frown of emotion. He dropped his suitcase and walked over to her, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her to him.

"Betty, that will NEVER happen." Daniel said warmly. "Remember, I followed YOU here to London, I asked YOU out. Betty, I've been in love with you for four years - FOUR years. That will never change."

Betty stared at him with her eyes clouded with tears.

"You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, Betty Suarez," Daniel said warmly. "I am SO in love with you and I promise you that will never, ever change alright?"

Betty nodded as tears streamed, Daniel gently wiped the tear from her cheek and kissed her warmly. She kissed him back with equal passion. She wrapped her arms around him as he picked her up and carried her to their bed, continuing to kiss her...

As Betty lied beside Daniel in bed, watching him sleep, she felt no more of the fears she once had, the only feelings she had was the feeling of how lucky she was to have the love of Daniel Meade. She smiled as she stared at him warmly. Now that her fears had diminished, she was ready to marry him, she was ready to become Mrs. Meade. She was ready to officially spend the rest of her life with the man lying beside her.

In the days following, Betty and Daniel had went full speed ahead with planning their wedding. From Betty inviting Amanda, Hilda and Christina to London to help pick out her wedding dress and the dresses of her bridesmaids, to Daniel inviting Hilda's husband Bobby, Marc and Claire to help him pick out he and his best men's tuxes. The days continued with both Betty and Daniel planning their wedding together, down to the very detail of napkin colors. Everything was going according to plan as it lead up to the day of the wedding. It was going to be a great event, the greatest event of both Daniel and Betty's life...
