Hello everyone, and I know I haven't been updating as often as I should. I got caught up in waiting for fanfics to update and my own boredom to remember to update. Bad excuse: yes. I know it's bad. This time I also want to mention a late happy birthday to my co-writer for reminding me to update this particular story, and also because I asked which story to update and gave me two choices, I just simply chose this one.
Disclaimer: I don't own Rosario+Vampire or Kim Possible. If I did then this wouldn't be fanfiction and I would be getting paid for writing this, just like how voice actors get paid for being productively lazy on TV, that joke was ripped from Futurama. This was also co-written with shadowwriter329, as he did with many of my stories and some of which are on his profile.
~Chapter 5: Wrestler and a Vampire~
Ron was excited; he got two tickets for the fight between Pain King and Steel Toe at the Middleton mall. Well Kim got them when the founder of GWA saw her moves, but he was still going. "KP," cried Ron when he spotted her, "We have to go to my house to watch wrestling so we can get excited about the live wrestling match!"
Kim gave him a deadpan look, "Ron I am planning on going to the Cleopatra closet exhibit. Special for all Club Banana members."
Ron gave her a deadpan look, "You rather look at some dead girls cloths then watch wrestling?"
"A duh," Kim answered with a roll of her eyes; "Maybe you should try and get Bonnie to join you. But she just might charm you to go to the exhibit."
Ron watched as she walked away, "Ah man, I do not know if I should risk it."
"Risk what?" Bonnie said from behind him.
Ron jumped and turned to her, well no pain, no gain. "I got these two tickets to the wrestling match between Steel Toe and Pain King. Back stage passes and Kim bails one me." He did not mention where she was going, as he didn't want to give Bonnie ideas.
Bonnie shrugged, "Sorry not much of a wrestling fan, that's more my sisters thing."
"Really?" asked Ron, as he did not see that coming.
"Yeah, they like the sweaty guys rolling around trying to pin each other. I think they like to imagine they're having sex or something." Bonnie answered.
"Ahhh, bad image!" cried Ron as that image got into his head.
"Why didn't you tell me that the Cleopatra Clothes exhibit was today?" Bonnie asked as they looked around at the ancient Egyptian fashion. Ron just groaned as he wound up forced here instead of the wrestling match. He had to admit that the clothes weren't that bad, but he'd rather be watching the match. "Geez Ron, don't you know that wrestling is fake?"
"No way Kim! It's a test of manliness through battle!" Bonnie just rolled her eyes at the statement. Ron was considered the least masculine person in the school, and yet here he was talking about how manly wrestling was. "I don't really think it's that manly for two guys to fight, and don't forget that it looks almost like they're having se-"
"Please don't finish that sentence! For my mind's sake please!" Ron practically begged, not seeing the semi-victorious smirk on Bonnie's face. 'Well, he'll be a good boy while we're here for now, but I hope it doesn't stay that way or I won't be having any fun.' Bonnie thought with a hint of perversion in her mind.
"Good evening," Said the guide, "If you would follow me. It is my pleasure to welcome you to Club Banana's preview of Cleopatra's closet."
They entered and another room but found a security guard was tied up on the floor. Everyone was shocked and Kim sprung into action.
"Get security," she told the guide, "Everyone stay together."
Bonnie was getting the guard free with her nails fast before anyone could see. Kim saw a door to the roof slamming shut and went after it. She ran up the stair and up to the roof. It was quite and was not able to find anyone. She waited, and then there was a glowing behind one of the vents.
Kim went to find out what it was before a large figure appeared and ran. It looked like a monster to her as she gave chase. As they reach the edge the figure jumped, right across the double lane street to a roof on the other side. Kim stopped as she saw the monster go through the door from the roof.
Later Kim, Ron and Bonnie were at Kim's house as Kim explained what happen. "So, was it a monster?" Ron asked.
"I don't think so. It looked like one, but there aren't any monsters that glow like that. And it wasn't sending off any youki. I don't know what it was."
Then the Kimmunicator went off.
"Hey I check the footage and there was only one thing missing, a small talisman given to Cleopatra by the high priest of Anubis. It 's said to be enchanted."
"Really what kind of enchantment?" Kim asked, wondering if that was what caused the monster she saw.
"Super human strength," answered Wade.
"Great," muttered Kim before she added, "Well it's better then immortally I guess. Thanks Wade."
Kim turned back to the others. "Okay so it might be human with an enchanted talisman. Not much else we can do till he shows up again."
"So now what?" Asked Bonnie.
"Well like I said we wait. I want to show Monique around school tomorrow." Kim said
"Who's that?" Ron asked.
"A girl I met at club banana, and again at the museum. She'll be going to our school, and I was going to show her around."
Kim said it like it wasn't a big, deal even if Ron was a little worried. As Ron walked Bonnie home she asked, "You okay?"
"I guess I mean Kim can have other friends right?"
"Well if she does, then be happy for her. There is no one that can replace you. As a destined one, or a friend." Bonnie said before giving him a kiss.
Ron was still nervous as he walked up to School. He wasn't sure if Kim would prefer Monique to him, and even if he was okay with most of the girls on the cheer squad being monsters, he wasn't sure what Monique would think of them.
"Morning Ron!" Bonnie said as she walked up to him and gave him a kiss. Ron returned it, but Bonnie guessed there was something off, "You still worried about this new girl?"
"Uh, well, yeah. I mean it's nice that Kim has another friend that's a girl, and human, but I've been close with Kim since Preschool."
"And I've known her since before then. I was kind of jealous of you when Kim became your friend." Ron looked at Bonnie with a bit of confusion. How could Bonnie be jealous of him? "I was jealous because you easily warmed up to her, and I was at a different school. That was part of why I was mean with you, but I also didn't think you were my destined one." Ron felt a little better, but he was still nervous about the fact that Kim was going to have another friend.
Ron found Kim at lunch at a table talking with who he thought was Monique. She was telling her about one of their missions. He placed his bag on the table between them.
"Hey KP, is this Monique?" he asked trying to sound normal before sitting down.
"Yeah Monique Ron and viscera."
"What's up?" Monique asked looking at him a bit, "So you're Ron. Kim has told me a lot about you."
"Yep, sidekick and best friend." Ron said a little nervous.
"Kim was saying how you are dating one of the cheer squad, is that true?"
Ron nodded just as two arms wrapped around his neck. He looked over his shoulder to see Bonnie smiling at him. "Hey, I thought we were going to sit together?"
"Oh yeah sorry, wanted to meet KP's new friend."
Bonnie looked at Monique, who gave a small wave. "So you're the girlfriend? I got to say I thought Kim was pulling my leg. You seem like you were out of Ron's league."
Bonnie smirked at the comment, "Well what can I say, when you are in love you are in love."
"Careful Mo, you might make her head explode. Her ego is as big enough as it is." Kim said ignoring the glare Bonnie sent her.
Monique laughed before she got up, "Well I got to get to class, let's meet up later Kim."
As she left Kim notice that Ron was staring at her, "What is with that look Ron?"
"Kim the wrestling match is tonight. We got back stage passes." Ron said.
"Ron I already promise and I am not a fan anyway. Take your girlfriend."
Bonnie shook her head, "Sorry got plans with the family tonight and I am sure Ron does not want me to go unless I say something that messes it up for him."
Ron paled, "Please no. I was finally able to forget about it."
The girls giggle as they left the table leaving a moaning Ron and a laughing Rufus.
That night Ron was allowed back stage and he looked around. He was practically vibrating where he stood. He then saw Steel Toe and Pain King walking down the hallway. He went over to them. "Steel Toe, I am a huge fan and I know you will win this."
Steel Toe looked at Ron and notice Rufus on Ron shoulder, "Dude your gerbil is bald man."
"Yes, yes he is." Ron said before pulling out a notebook, "Can I have your autograph? Make it out to Ron."
The two wrestlers looked at each other, "Sure kid," Pain King said as the two looked for a pen. "You might want to get a pen; Jackie has a bunch in his office."
Ron nodded and ran off before the match started. When he got there he opens the door to find a scary sight. Jackie Oaks, founder of the GWA, growing and glowing. He then shifted into that Jackal monster Kim was talking about.
"Oh shit." Ron said as Jackie turned and noticed him. HE pounced on him and tossed Ron around, with him ending in the ring.
"What the hell?" said one of the wrestlers as Ron fell into the ring. Jackie started to attack Steel Toe, but he seemed to concentrate on Ron. Steel Toe was thrown aside, Pain king helped him up and they turned to Ron, "Okay who's that?"
"That's Jackie," he answered.
"Jackie?" Pain King asked confuses as how a little man could be bigger then both Steel Toe and himself.
"He got some sort of mystic powers now." Ron added, as he managed to get up again.
The wrestlers and Ron then turned to the Jackal man, "Jackie?"
"You guys said I was too small to enter the ring." He said with a laugh, "Well who is small now. I am no longer Jackie. I am The Jackal!" he growled out before he picked the two wrestlers up in his hands.
Meanwhile Kim was with Monique at a cafe talking, "What wrong Kim?" Mo asked.
"I feel kind of guilty, I sort of bailed on Ron." Kim answered.
"Well why didn't you bring him here?" Monique asked.
"Unless someone gets put into a head lock I think this isn't his scene." Kim answered looking around at the room fill with people drinking coffee, talking quietly or reading a book or magazine. "Besides he is at that wrestling match."
Monique went wide-eyed at that statement before saying, "The big match tonight? Oh man I wish I could see that. Pain King is my boy." She said this in the same tone Kim heard Ron use when talking about wrestling or Steel Toe.
"What?" Kim asked with a deadpan look.
"My brother got me hooked when I was younger. GWA rules!"
Kim then heard the Kimmunicator go off. "Go Wade."
"I looked more into that talisman and you need a special script to read off of before its powers can activate. It is said that the person wearing it will gain powers of Anbus. Some say even controlled by him."
"So this script is?" Kim asked.
"Stolen from the University of Chicago a mouth ago. Here is the police report." And the report came on screen.
Kim looked the report over. The thief was never caught but he was short. Kim then remembered that Ron was excited about the GWA coming to Middleton and said that they have been to places in the last month like Detroit and Chicago. "The GWA was in Chicago a month ago and the founder is really short like what the thief was. Thanks Wade I'm on it." She hung up and got up from her seat. "Sorry to bail Mo but I got to stop this guy."
Jackal was throwing Pain King and Steel Toe aside. Before he roared to the crowd.
"I challenge anyone to fight The Jackal. Right here right now in a no hard bars match."
The crowded boo-ed as he seemed to have beaten their favorite stars. He snared at a banner saying "We Love Pain King!" before she shot beams from his eyes and it burned to ash in their hands. He threw a fireball and burned a banner hanging one the wall with Steel Toe's picture on it. Then he gathered wind in his hands and blow the wind around the stadium.
"Man, killer affect." One man said to his buddy as they watched excited.
"This can't be happening." Ron muttered as he was on his knees, "First I lose my best friend and now wrestling. When will it end?"
"Ron are you okay!?" Ron turned to see Kim rushing in to the arena. He was hurt, but not too badly hurt. If there was one thing that was good about him, in his opinion, was that his adaptability would let him to dodge.
"I'm fine, but Jackie's got the amulet!" Kim stared at him before trying to fight him. Ron tried to help out, but Rufus kept him out, reminding him that his injuries might get more severe if he did help. Unfortunately, Jackie beat down Kim. She wasn't badly hurt, but it was a blow to her pride. "KP, backstage!"
"Is there no one that can match the Jackal!?" Jackie said, admiring himself, as the crowd booed him. Kim and Ron were backstage as Ron rubbed his ribcage.
"I'm not liking this. He could be possessed by something, and I'm currently powerless to stop him." Kim said, knowing that she could probably take him in her true form, but feeling helpless to fight.
"I've got an idea. How about I unseal you." Kim was shocked at the idea, but it would work. "What about the witnesses?"
"We just claim you're a female wrestler. Not sure what to go with." Ron reached out to the Rosario seal and Kim nodded. "I've got something in mind. Go ahead Ron." The Jackal roared again as he pounded his chest. No one could stop him. Then he felt a strange energy from somewhere. Some of the crowd could feel it and some pointed towards the window where the full moon shines down. It turned red and then Ron slide into view and grabbed the mike. "Presenting the GWA's newest and only female fighter! For tonight only against the Jackal, I give you, Scarlet Moooon!"
The crowd went wild as Kim came into view in her unsealed state. She was wearing a full body leather jumpsuit that showed off her curves and power. She walked towards the ring before she jumped and landed inside it. The Jackal growled out to her, "Another one to fall before me."
Kim looked at him as if she was bored, "You are just an overgrown mutt. All bark and no bite."
The Jackal growled out before he charged at her. Kim sidestepped before lashing out a kick. The Jackal was knocked back but was up quickly. He charged again and Kim jumped right over him before she kicked him again. He got back up and tackled her to the mat. She strained but was able to push him off of her.
Kim was back on her feet before she ran to one side and against the ropes. The Jackal saw this and charged at her before she could do her move. Kim sprung from the ropes and cloths line The Jackal right in the chest. The Jackal was on the ground in pain, but before he could get up he was caught in a headlock.
Kim strained as The Jackal grabbed at her arms to pull her off. He was getting stronger by the minute and if this kept up she would be force to use more of her youki in this fight. The Jackal then was able to get a good hold and flip Kim over his shoulder. Before she could react The Jackal jumped and slammed down into her. He laughed and picked her up ready to throw her, but she moved and he got a kick to the face.
Kim back away to give her room, this guy was really taking her hits even with all the youki she put into those attacks. Was he absorbing it? She ran at The Jackal but was caught and lifted into the air. He slammed her down hard. He got on top of one of the post before he jumped up and gave Kim a body slam that shook the whole ring; this whole body covered Kim's. The crowd gasped as The Jackal chuckled softly.
Then he got a look of surprise on his face as he shifted. Then he was slowly lifted up as Kim got to one knee before she stood with The Jackal high above her head in her arms. The crowd went wild chanting, "Scar-let Moon! Scar-let Moon! Scar-let Moon!"
Kim could not keep the grin off of her face, she stood proud and tall with The Jackal above her head struggling to get free. She took a step forward and slammed him down onto the matt. He laid their dazed and Kim walked around the ring, waving her hands up and the crowd got pumped. Ron then shouted, "Finisher!" before the whole crowd started to chant that.
Kim looked at The Jackal as he managed to get up holding his head swaying, "How can it be? This is impossible." He muttered.
Kim smirked as she got into her stance, "I am just better then you," she mutters to him before she shouts out of the whole stadium to hear, "KNOW YOUR PLACE!"
She turned on one foot before she stretched out from her ball of her foot and stretched her leg into a kick right into The Jackal's jaw. He head was knocked back before he crash to the ground. The crowd roared as Kim walked to The Jackal and pulled the talisman off of his neck. The Jackal turned back into Jackie Oaks where he laid unharmed as the monster form took all the damage, and the crowd loved it, "That was epic." One guy said to his buddy.
"Get real that jackal was totally fake." He replied.
"But dude that Scarlet Moon really trick it out. She even made the moon red just for the show."
"No way, that was just a projection or some light show man."
Ron laughed as he heard them before he got into the ring with Steel Toe and Pain King. Jackie got to his feet holding his head when he noticed the three wrestlers, he counted Scarlet Moon, were glaring down at him. "Hey guys, it was all a joke right?"
Pain King then said, "Jackie, You are going down!" he cried before he picked the little man up with one hand and spun him around a bit before she threw him into the crowd. Both Steel Toe and Pain King grabbed each of Kim's wrists and held them up, showing that she was the winner.
The next day it was chow time at Bueno Nacho. Bonnie would've come along, but she said that fast food Mexican doesn't work with her diet, and she had plans with Tara, but Ron blushed when she whispered something in his ear and swayed her hips just right while walking off with Tara.
"Girl I swear I wish I'd been at that match! I've been on the net and people on the GWA forum are talking about the crazy match The Jackal and this mystery girl called Scarlet Moon."
"It's no big Mo. I only saw the match and I doubt Scarlet Moon's going to make another appearance anytime soon."
'At least I hope I don't have to transform. Can't solve all my problems with a vampire powered kick.' She thought as she started to take a sip.
"SM" Rufus said, which got Kim to spit out her drink.
"You know, Scarlett Moon did look like a bondage queen in that jumpsuit." Kim looks at Monique after she said that, who did not notice what she said had an affect on Kim. Kim's eyebrow twitched, she would have expected Bonnie to make a comment like that. 'Note to self don't leave those two alone…ever. '
Mo then grabbed a burrito as she glanced at Ron across the table, as he did the same, "As the words of Pain Kings would say, 'you're going down'."
"Oh but it will you who will be going down." Ron said.
"First one to dribble losses," declared Monique.
"Better get a bib baby," taunted Ron.
"In the words of my girl Scarlet Moon, 'know your place'." Mo said before they started to eat at their burrito's fast. Kim looked at them both in shock and slight disgust.
"This is going to turn into a weird friendship." She added more to herself while watching the burrito-eating contest continue.
