This was going to be a weird battle for Alex, mainly because he wouldn't be using his pokemon, he would be using his step-dads pokemon, which listened to him and were not bad pokemon but were not his, anyway Nick sent out his first pokemon, a thro, pretty slow, Alex sent out his step-dads pokemon, umbreon "hey stupid umbreon's a dark type, my thro can beat it easy." Shouted Nick. "We'll see." Mumbled Alex. "Umbreon use yawn, then use psychic!" Shouted Alex. "Thro move, quick" but the big red pokemon wasn't fast enough and got a yawn to the face, and took fair damage from the "moonlight Pokemon's" psychic attack that slammed him against the gym floor. "Wow fast" said Nick in an awed tone. "Thro use seismic toss then vital throw" The big red pokemon was still gaining his wits, but went for a seismic toss, which missed, then started for a vital throw, but went to sleep because of the yawn and that's when the onslaught began. Umbreon use dream eater, then psychic, then use hyper dream eater did damage a lot as it was super effective same with psychic as for hyper beam, it was the finishing blow. "How did you beat my thro?!, no ones beaten thro?!" Shouted a surprised Nick. Nick regained his composure "Doesn't matter you won't beat the next 5, go hitmonchan," and out came the punchy pokemon ready to battle. "Come back umbreon and go machop" commanded Alex then came the little pokemon even more ready to battle "machop use Mach punch,then low kick" Nick had an attack ready and shouted: "hitmonchan use ice punch and counter" the ice punch hit its mark, but machop kept going for its Mach punch and low kick,but they powered up hitmonchans counter which was the plan and like that machop was out.
