A shadowy man said with a creepy and insane grin shadowy man walked up to a balcony,and stood above a above a 1000 people with hundreds of flashing cameras in a snowy land with a blizzard brewing up.
''I now declare the Cipher-Law Russia school of life open!''
The man said, and his clothes was a yellow suit with a black brick pattern and a black dress shirt with a black bow tie, black dress pants,black party dress shoes,a black coat,black leather gloves, a eye patch, a black cane,with a small top hat. Dozen's of reporters came up to him,but the one who came was one from Delaware.
''What kind of students are going to bring to this, ''State of the art,'' school?''
The reporter said trying to act like she cared.
''The ones with the most potential.''
Bill said with a evil smirk.
*With Dipper and Mabel.*
''Hey Dippo! Look what I got!''
Mabel said with her normal enthusiasm. Holding up a letter.
''I got the same thing.'',
Dipper said a little shocked.
''What does it say?!''
Mabel said happly.
''It says: Congratulations your grades were good enough to get in the CIPHER-LAW RUSSIA SCHOOL OF LIFE! Come tomorrow at 7:00 AM at Moscow,Russia! Love, Law.''

''Hey I average C's!''
Mabel said also annoyed.

''Were going to have to tell mom and dad.''

*5 minutes later*
''But you came back from Gravity Falls last night!''
Dad said in shock and worriment. The mom was crying on the couch.
''But this a state of the art prestige school!''
Dipper said.
''How do know that?!''
The dad said still worried.
''It was on the news.''
Dipper said lazily.
''But it's in Russia! and it's a boarding school!''
The dad said.
''Come on please?''
Dipper and Mabel said,putting on there most adorable face.
''Fine you can go!''

Dipper and Mabel yelled out.

''I can't believe we have to get up at 2-2:30 in the morning.''

The mom and dad plane came 5 minutes later .

Dipper and Mabel said. They got on the plane. Dipper got on the plane looking at the world from above. (Never been on a plane before so can't describe it.) They eventually landed in Moscow. Where the man from earlier greeted them.
''I'll lead you to my school!''
The man said. Dipper thought he looked familiar.
''Welcome! To the Cipher-Law Russia school of life!''
Bill building was a sparkling gold and the rest of the building that was covered in was 20 stories with a ''Pine Tree and a Shooting Star dorm.'' It was made of bricks and it had triangles everywhere.
